Went there with my car to do a preventative maintenance transmission flush on my Jeep as soon as I pulled off the lot I noticed a huge crack in my windshield and my transmission was making a weird noise I drove back to the lot and told one of the employees they refused to take any ownership of the issue before we even went there my car was fine not making any noise and definitely did not have a crack in the windshield they insisted it was my fault and that they would not fix what they broke DO NOT GO HERE THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS!

Very disappointed with refferal gift supposed to give 100 dollars when referring people. I have referred many here some I didnt know well so I didnt mind they forgot my name . And I deal with older population this last referral was someone I did know I even lent my truck to him to go there . Hes confused I took photo of car he purchased went to dealership several times and still no referring money now time passed . I feel icky like some grub .why would I go there with proof. The man I referred seems to think its going to cost him the 100 and keeps giving confused messages . Stepaneks auto sales and service are extremely amazing they are so sweet all of her staff are amazing they really do work hard to try to work around your payments and they help you out as much as they can I can honestly say from my experience with especially my husband having two cars from there my sister having a car from there and then now me getting a vehicle from there they really do treat everybody with so much respect and they are so nice and so sweet I have had nothing but pleasurable experiences from stepaneks I have been with the stepaneks with my vehicle for over a year and a half and my husband has been there for four years when he has gotten his vehicles so altogether it’s been roughly about six years that Me and my family have been going to stepaneks. They are the worse place to get a car. All vehicles break down and rigged to drive and dont plan on driving to far because they wont sell you a vehicle because of mileage. My son got a car from them and only made it 15 minutes down the road. Got it to the shop it was unfixable. Then they refused to let him get a different vehicle because it was going to be used for work and it would be to many miles being put on it So if anyone is looking for a good vehicle please go somewhere else. We are contacting the BBB on monday

Horrible place. Let me start by saying some people will tell you they had a good experience. Some will say they had a bad experience. All I have to say before you buy a car here do your research first these people will sell you a car and say its covered under warranty and refuse to fix. I brought a 98 crown Victoria there and stepaneks refused to fix the electrical issues even though there covered under warranty. I had such a bad experience there Im giving the car back. Now Im stuck without a car. I was paying $75 dollars a week, keep in mind it was a 98 crown Victoria with well over 150,000 miles. Thats about $300 a month!!. And these people do not care at all If your reading this avoid this place at all cost cause I promise you they will screw you over. Im not saying this over anger or animosity but this place is bad. I swear on my life I would of kept the car if they would of just fix it. They prey on low income people that are desperate for vehicles. Ask around Vero beach, they do not have a good reputation at all. They have been in business for years and I dont understand how. Avoid this place at all cost.

I cant speak highly enough about Stepaneks Auto Sales, salesman, Brandon Neal, and everyone I encountered there. I recently purchased a used Chevy Silverado pickup from them and Brandon worked very hard to make the deal work, giving me a fair trade on my Dodge Caravan and dropping the price on the vehicle so that it could work. After an awful experience with Dyer Chevrolet in Vero Beach, dealing with Stepaneks was like a breath of fresh air. Go there first (or last if you want to shop around) if you are looking for a used vehicle, or if you need repairs.

These people are awesome. They sold the original SUV I had my eyes on but they quickly suggested several other SUVs in my price range. My sister and my brother in law bought a car from stepanicks in vero. WORST PLACE EVER to purchase a vehicle from. They bought a 2006 dodge charger that was driven 15 mins down the road.. died on side of the road. Tow truck came from there business and they pulled half the front bumper off acting like nothing happened. Get it to shop they said it will be ready by 3 the next day. We show up to no vehicle because it was unsalvageable. Then they chose to deny another vehicle because of to many mile would be put on the vehicle manager said they chose to deny to sell we asked why do you sell cars if they arent meant to be driven all cars put miles on we said is it because you sell bad cars that dont work he said yeah so be warned dont go to stepanicks for a vehicle

My husband and I went looking for a vehicle for our son. We assumed they had decent cars due to all the cars we have seen with their name, however his prices are absolutely insane. We had asked to negotiate for 2003 vehicle they wanted 7,000 for. They didnt wish to wiggle at all. The I assume BIG boss came out and wouldnt budge on price. By the time this vehicle would have been paid off it would have ended up being a $12,000 vehicle. When we told him what we were looking to put down and pay we were told your not gonna get that price here so you can go somewhere else. So needless to say we left and got an amazing price and vehicle through the ford used car vehicles. Saved me $4,500 off their price. We were not happy with our experience and will not go there again ever.

Repossessed my car with an up to date payment because I put “too many miles”. Worst customer service ever! Every one is rude and brief. They put a gps on my car to turn it off if it’s even one day late that messed up my starter. The owner is very nasty! I had problems with the car since the day that I had it and they blame me for the problems when I had the car less than 5 months. Please do not go to them. I had a 2022 Ford Focus and after all taxes and fees they were charging 20,000 for the car. I sent my car in to be serviced and kept getting the runaround about what was going on with the car . Then I get news that they are cancelling my loan because of too many miles being put on the car now I have to pay 75$ to get my belongings out of the car but the whole time it was sitting at stepaneks I was told that they were working on it . I now have to go way to fort pierce to pay for my belongings when it was at stepaneks for a week and they were telling me that it was getting worked on. One employee told me how they rigged a customers engine then tried to blame the customer for it and make him pay 2000$. If you want a lemon go ahead and purchase a car with them.

WARNING! Do not buy your next car from these guys. I stopped in to look at a few SUVs. They were closed. It was Sunday. I saw 4 vehicles that I liked. Between 2002 and 2005. I called today Monday to find out the prices. OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Book value on a 2002 Ford Explorer is around $3,500. to $4,000. They wanted $9,995. ( ARE YOU KIDDING ME? REALLY!!!!) I told them they were way over book. He came back with, They come with 3 year warranties. What a scumbag! I hate people that rip others off. BUYER BEWARE!

Wish I could give -5 stars. Worst possible experience. I came in out of the rain reeking of desperation for a car to go to work. Naturally these vultures picked up on on situation and took me out behind the woodshed. I was stuck paying 320 a month for 3 years for a 2000 Tuarus that came up as $1,200 on kelly blue book. You do the math. Then when I finally got some balls and confronted them about wanting to give the car back they attempted to scare me and talked down to me. I tried to ask a question in the middle of the owners rant which made him blow up. What happened to trying to support the community that you profit off of? What happened to the customer is always right?Bottom line, these people prey on those of us in less fortunate situations with no remorse.

Do not buy from this company. I bought a car from them that turned out to be a lemon. When I returned it, they reported to the credit company as a repo. Now my credit is ruined. God, do I have other words. 😡

We went to the lot hoping to save money and upgrade our car to something newer with lower miles. Instead they wanted a ridiculous amount of money for something that was just as bad and old as our current car. They wanted $220 every two weeks ($440/month) for a 2006 Hyundai with 108,000 miles on it.....SERIOUSLY?! We went down the road and bough a BRAND NEW car for $350/m. This place is a joke.

This place is a complete scam! Do NOT DEAL WITH RICARDO! He is a lying jerk! I travelled many towns to go here an get a car an he is like bi polar and changed his aditude on me! I WILL NEVER contact them again! He would not let me text drive the vehicle I went there to purchase, he was DEMANDING that I buy insurance first! Then he said he could not find my old plates in the system, then passes me off to a stranger and they pull up my plates. He was rude and unprofessional to myself and another customer and his pregnant GF. I give this place negative stars!

Worst experience ever. I bought a 01 ford escape for 7500 of course I had no room to negotiate my credit is bad and was in need of a car. The dealer was an a hole not helpful or very knowledgeable on cars at all. I test the the car it had an idle problem when first on. Was told the car would be fixed the next day. Went the next day started the car seemed fine then. Started it the next morning and it stalled out of my driveway. Called the daler they told me there was nothing they could do their tech wasnt gonna be in town for 2 weeks. 2 weeks later after having problems the whole time I bring the car back they said they fixed the problem again which they did not I had the same problems the very next day called again to bring the car in again was told the tech wouldnt be around for a week or so. Brought it again the car was never fixed still had the same problems. I finally gave up trying to fix the car after they told me I had to but a $200 piece becuse it wasnt under warranty even though the car had problems from day one that were supposed to be fixed. I would never but from there or recommend it to any one they can keep the 100 for a reterring a friend. On a good note ricardo I believe his name is is a decent guy He was the only bright spot
