Budget Blinds did a great job in furnishing our our previous home with plantation shutters so we decided to call them again when we moved. Carolyn came out and measured and explained all the various available options and was very knowledgeable and professional. Right within the time frame they promised their installers came and put up all the shutters plus vertical shades within several hours time. They lined up the shutters perfectly and were pleasant, polite and friendly. Plus they cleaned up everything and didnt leave any mess in the house. The shutters look so clean and dont detract at all from the furnishings of the house. We can easily adjust them to control light and privacy. Everyone in the office that we spoke to was polite and helpful.

Budget blinds of Indian River County provided me with free in-home consultation and helped me find the best and the perfect window treatment for my home. I absolutely love the way they look! I just got them installed today and I am so happy. If you are considering blinds, shutters, drapes, or shades they have so much to choose from and are amazing. My experience is not what other reviewers seem to have experienced working with this franchisee. I ordered 11 window treatments just over two years ago for my new home and 4 of the 11 are not operable. It took three calls to their offices before I received an email (not a call back as I requested) with a form to complete and request to send pictures of the problem window treatments AND to agree to pay a $106 charge before they would come out to evaluate the issues. In addition, they could not tell me how much the repair parts would cost until I paid the $106 charge. I decided to contact another company and they are willing to come out to see what they can do for me. I know, in part, that is because I have more window treatments to order for my home. But they were willing to help out when Budget was not.

Excellent customer service and products. Friendly and knowledgeable employees who focus on pleasing the customer with product, service and truth. They are the best in the business.

We hired Budget Blinds to install some custom arched shutters in a guest room. The challenge was to match the existing wood blinds as closely as possible, in both style, color and an unusual shape. Mark put a great deal of effort into getting something wed be happy with and that was within our budget; and the custom color he came up with was a perfect match! Were thrilled, and so are our guests!!

We are working with their team on our new home in Vero. They have come out to our house twice and the whole team has been very helpful in the process with our window covering options. We just had a meeting in their showroom this past weekend where they showed us the products and we finalized our initial order.

Budget Blinds Truly had the most options and BEST pricing!I had requested a Consultation Online, i got a call back in a timely manner and was able to schedule an appointment quickly!I had the pleasure of having John.C come over and give me the best recommendations for my window treatments ; SUPER polite and patient especially with my 4 year old son who kept interrupting (lol). was really nice to have him measure all the windows so i dont have to doubt myself.Even better he even put a temporary blind in a window that was awkwardly facing my neighbors shower! We always acquire two or more quotes when researching vendors for our home. Budget Blinds was our second presentation for window treatments in our new home, and the search was over. Jarred the salesman had samples on hand knew his product thoroughly provided ideas and solutions. From the consultation, sale, installation and interaction with their office we have had nothing but a helpful friendly experience with a quality company and product.
