My buying experience was a dream. Nancy was knowledgeable, friendly, and we didn’t feel pressured to BUY NOW. She showed us plenty of choices and was generous and kind with our kids while we tried out the different mattress styles.We purchased the mattress and it was delivered the next morning by kind and courteous delivery guys. They also hauled our old mattress away. We loved that this was a locally owned and operated company. Their customer service really was above and beyond what we’ve experienced elsewhere.This was the most pleasant painless mattress purchase we have ever had. My wife and I recently purchased a mattress, two pillows and base from Steve and Janice at Mattress Market. Wed been putting off the buy since the start of Covid and now that we have our new bed, I dont know why we waited.Ive had 2 back surgeries and the bed Steve suggested was spot on. He took his time showing us everything he thought wed like and when the decision was made, he sharpened his pencil and we havent slept better since! He took the time to walk us through the pros and cons (werent any) of the beds we looked at and explained the proper care and breaking in of it as well. Not only did we leave with a new bed but now Im an expert on mattresses! or at least sleeping on one.

This is our fourth deal working with Steve and his wonderful sales and install staff.Nancy in sales helped get us get the right size boxsprings and great install and delivery was a snap. I give them 5 STARS!

This place is the first mattress store I have ever worked with that I didnt feel like they were trying to upsell me and rip me off. every single person from the owner to the delivery team were exceptionally committed to helping me stay within a budget and provide high quality mattresses. We have several rental homes in the area and many guests have asked what mattresses they are so I know I got a phenomenal value from this team. I highly recommend them.

My review is not so much about the store and its staff, which was all fine. It is about the product that they are selling. We came in to buy a guest bedroom mattress and ended up buying that, as well as a new Posh and Lavish mattress for our adjustable king size bed. This mattress is not in expensive and I feel it is not living up to its price. Not only has it not improved my back as I was hoping, it has a topper that is constantly on the move... it drives me insane, it slides down, and off to the sides, and it is a real pain to make your bed. Just not that impressed!

We bought a bed from Mattress in July when we moved to Vero Beach as well as my daughter and son-in-law. Bed was absolutely the best investment for our bodies! Went back two buy two full beds for company and was just as pleased. Customer Service was excellent! The delivery men were just as professional as the salesman (Tony) and owner!

I would give 10 stars if I could! Wonderful sales staff, Diane was no pressure, experienced, and directed us to exactly what we were looking for. We ended up buying the first mattress she showed up. Last night was our first night sleeping on the new bedding. Slept amazing! Love it.The other sales staff, Tony, was very helpful also. The free old bedding removal was what brought us in to Mattress Market. They also had a promotion which offered QUALITY 2 queen pillows. bamboo sheets, and a mattress protector. The delivery guys arrived within the time we were told. They were professional, efficient, and very polite. Absolutely recommend Mattress Market if your shopping for a mattress.

We were given a 120 day period to decide if the initial mattress we bought was our best sleeping option. We got a mattress with different firmness delivered and we are sleeping great! If I could give this zero stars, I would. I stopped in here 8/1/18 at approx. 5:30 pm. Upon entering the store, the showroom was empty. As I walked around for the next 5 minuets, I overheard the F word used at least 100 times as two men carried on a conversation out back at the delivery door. I left and went across the street and bought a $1k+ mattress and box-spring. This store should be embarrassed!
