Quick in and out. Clean, busy and found what I was looking for.

This is a very nice and clean supermarket. They were well-stocked in all Isles and as I was shopping they were continuing stocking shelves. As always friendly employees and everything you expect from Publix. Parking is another issue as it is a busy store so dont try to go down the middle Lane Park over to the side a couple rows itll be easier for you.

Publix is always on their game. I can honestly say that I have never been disappointed. I think the employees are given in-service on product location,At any time of the day no matter what Publix location I may be visiting I can ask which Isle is a certain item in on and without a moments hesitation Im given the information. The employees are helpful and kind and the store is impeccably clean.... even before the pandemic Publix was the leader in cleanliness... Yes ... as l said in opening Publix is always on their game!!!!!

This store is always clean and provides great service. However, the prices are much higher, as compared to Walmart. Also, perhaps this shouldnt matter, but it does to me...Publix Inc.is associated a lot with the Republican party i.e. financial support, support of Trump and his policies...which makes me not want to shop there. I only take my elderly neighbors there to shop, because that is their preference.

Store was well stocked and staff helpful. This location was not crowded on Friday night at 6:30 pm.

I use the pharmacy there regularly the entire staff goes out of there way to make sure everything and everyone is taken care of. The management there really dose a great job making sure the customers are taken care of as well.

Nice Publix with everything you would expect to find in the mammoth of a supermarket chain. Excellent deli and subs, great produce selection. Beer, wine, drugs, and baked goods. What else can somebody ask for. Staff is friendly, prices are Publix type prices, selection and stocked items are above par. Parking and accessibility in and out are within reason.

I live closer to the Oslo Publix, but theyre always out of everything this Publix is better stocked!

Publix cashiers and associates are stellar.But the parking lot is a no mans land, so I duck into the first right parking lane off 12th Street and drive to the east side of the lot to avoid pedestrians and unpredictable drivers.

Great place for quick run in after work.

I usually come in here a lot whether i’m working or off work. i came in earlier tonight and a customer and employee loudly made fun of what i was wearing.... i get customers can be rude beyond comprehension but for the cashier to encourage the behavior was crazy to me.

The Management and Staff is the Best in the Country, everyone is so friendly and helpful

Were in this store two to three times per week. Fast service. I hope they never get a self serve checkout lane. Publix self service checkout, like the miracle mile store are terrible.

Beware of the liar Wayne at customer service. Unfortunately had horrible experience here today. I buy refrigerated dog food from Publix twice a week. Usually no problems. This time the food was spoiled upon cutting into it. I came into the 12th street plaza Publix to get store credit for the rotten dog food I was sold. As it turns out Wayne decided not to follow company policy and refused the exchange because they did not have it in the store. He insisted there was nothing he can do and i must drive to the store that it was purchased at. He said that because it was purchased at a different store that the refund wouldnt be able to be applied to his store ? His reasoning clearly made no sense. I was frustrated but was forced to drive to store it was purchased at. On the way to that store I saw another Publix (south vero). I stopped in to see if this Publix location had a logical and level headed customer service rep working. Sure enough they did. The rep at south vero informed me that Wayne was not following company policy and insinuated some Publix customers service workers can be lazy at times on returns like this since it required a few extra steps to call to get the price from another location. The south vero location actually handled the entire situation including the store credit quicker than clueless Wayne could explain why I couldn’t get the store credit at the 12th street location. I am shocked that Wayne straight lied to my face like that. I get people have bad days but there is no reason to lie to customers to save yourself some time.

Publix on Miracle Mile is cleaner & employees more helpful. Produce & meats better quality. 12th Streets prices are slightly lower.

Very nice customer service and lots of selections on items

I am extremely pleased dealing with the staff in customer service in particular due to my occasional special needs. I think almost every associate working in the store does an OUTSTANDING job and the reason I gave four stars is the same reason I say almost every associate... some of the employees do not wear their masks over their nose and mouth which angers me because they are dealing with the public all day and can be spreading coronavirus.There is a scientific reason to wear the mask over your nose and mouth ~ like doctors, nurses and anesthesiologists do when they are operating on you.I do not understand why Publix cannot post a sign on their doors simply stating no mask, no service.Its amazing how many customers are shopping without wearing masks and/or not wearing masks properly… This is not a fashion statement; its for everybodys protection. It would help to prevent not only coronavirus but other infectious airborne illnesses none of us need.I received my first shot at the store and will receive the second later this month. I am very grateful. Overall, I think this is an excellent store. Thanks!

Clean Bathrooms, central location. Everyone was nice and the air conditioning was top notch.

Store is not handicapped friendly. At my last visit, I found an electric cart that showed a full battery. I rode that down one aisle when it suddenly said that the battery was dead. After getting another electric cart that also showed a full battery, I had better luck - it actually lasted for several aisles before it started to warn that the power was low. I barely made it to check out with only part of my shopping completed. I had to take a 3rd cart out to the car. I reported it but staff told me that carts are old and that they cant get someone out to repair.So I should not have tried this store again but we ate lunch nearby. I got into store and they were taking a cart to get plugged in and had no other carts available although I only saw one person riding one in the store. I walked to get milk, bread, and other necessities only. Ill finish shopping this week at another Publix.I spoke to a manager but quickly identified the problem - she said that it is because the carts get used so much. Seriously? Heavy use does not explain a battery that shows fully charged and then goes dead in 5 minutes. Which is why other Publixs (Ryanwood and Oslo Road) with heavy cart usage dont have this issue.Its true that they dont need to supply a cart for those of us who are handicapped but its also true that Ill go spend my money someplace that can - any of the other Publixs in town who maintain their equipment and replace it as needed,

As old as this Publix location is, its still in pretty good shape. This location seems to have better in stock than some of the others in Vero Beach. The only downside is the displays in the back aisle across from the dairy coolers. If someone stops and opens the doors and someone stops on the end of an aisle, youre not going anywhere until they finish getting their items. Its just not wide enough for that added congestion.

Great store, well managed and maintained employees are very kind and helpful. Definitely makes you want to spend more time here than the local Walmart supercenter.

Just a final word on Milliken and Michaels. This is a great company and it is a great place to work . The seasoned Veterans like Pat and Benn are super talented and will help and lend you on your way as you learn your craft and get better at your job on a daily basis. In addition the management team Cameron, GiGi Rich and Cheryl will help guide you and teach you this amazing business which encompasses many facts about business and debt ! I have used Publix at 58th for my monthly prescriptions for over 4 years. Now all of a sudden, there are issues filling them. I changed and went to this us1&12th street, the pharmacy took amazing and FAST care of me. This is my new pharmacy!!

I love this Publix!I really wanted to recognize the young woman who prepares the sushi. She is so knowledgeable, friendly, and wonderful to my children (and myself) each and every time we stop in. We just adore her!! Thank you for making a normal shopping experience so special!

The pharmacy is incompetent. Three times they have frozen our insurance because they did not input the information correctly. They have charged our insurance for prescriptions we did not receive. When they fill the wrong prescription they refuse to correct there mistake.Do not ever use this pharmacy.

Called customer service because we wanted another bottle of wine, knowing there was only 1 bottle left, they put it aside for us.
