One thing about Publix is she know all the stores of the same they’re pretty much laid out the same good food quality and great prices

It provided a lunch for me, ready made soup and salad and it was excellent. I also attended a wedding reception and the special wedding cake was baked at Publix. Kudos to this supermarket chain.

I stopped by customer service and ordered Mayfield chocolate yogurt. It is so rich and so creamy it is better than Mayfields regular chocolate. Yum They said they would try their best to get it in for me. I love Publix!

Always the best place to shop, always clean and the employees are always so helpful and in and out quickly. They see there lines getting long they just open another register or two. They really r about customer service.

Got a sub at the deli. Publix subs never disappoint. The service today though was not what Ive come to expect from Publix. Also I was unable to get cash back when I checked out at the customer service counter.

I ordered a custom cake for my 8 year old sons birthday party 🥳 it is the coolest cake I had ever seen and they customized it for me making is smaller. The original one shown on their site was way more cake then we needed. They did an excellent job. 8 round 4 layer cake with Kit Kat candy bars surrounding the cake and topped with M&Ms ! Thank you Publix Bakery

The butcher department is always so helpful. all of the cashiers are wonderful as well.

I seriously would give a5 star evaluation, but, its more expensive than Walmart. When you are on a certain budget is best to shop where the offices are consistently cheaper than Publix. It really is a great store, clean, friendly employees and fast checkout!I have to say that unlike Walmart they seem to have plenty of supply stocked on the shelves. Thats my only issue with the store is its prices, otherwise as the saying goes.. . Publix, where shopping is a pleasure.

Ordered two subs online, took them 45 minutes past the pickup time before the deli made them. Seriously why even bother ordering online, waste of time. They didnt even offer any concessions or discounts for wasting my time.

Went to get one sub. Stood in the marked line for service. There was at least five employees in the deli with only two customers being helped. People were skipping the marked line and standing by the sub case for their sub. I was skipped twice eventually asked the deli where I should be standing for service. No one answered. Asked again louder and every single one of the staff made eye contact with me as I asked only to be ignored by everyone. This is a problem almost every time I go to the deli. Why is this not being addressed? You shouldn’t have to be humiliated for a sandwich at Publix.

I was waiting in line at customer service desk and it was people in line before me so a Publix worker walked up and the cashier took him before me and I thought that was very rude of her

Make sure you check the register when shopping BOGOs, it happened to me several times, the merchandise they advertised, buy 1 get 1 free is hiding behind some of the same brand but much more expensive, to confuse the customer.When you go to complain they make you feel like you are stupid, but how come when I purchase BOGOs at Winn Dixie, I never have the same problem.Publix doesnt need to rip off customers.

I went to the deli last night and was very happy with the service. It was late but the lady that helped me (a blonde lady I believe her name was Christina) was so nice. I felt bad because I was ordering two subs and I could tell they were trying to close but she helped me and was very kind.

This is absolutely unacceptable. This is the third to fifth time I’ve went to the deli to order a sub I get the same sub every time I go. I simply only use lettuce and pickles for toppings and EVERY time there’s onion on my sub I’m guessing in the lettuce but this has seriously have to stop! I’m highly allergic to onions and hate the fact that I have to constantly throw away my entire sub when I see it on my sandwich. I’m absolutely tired of it and something has to be done. Thankfully I don’t consume the onion so no Major issues have happened but today I did and nearly had to go to the emergency room if I didn’t find my epiPen 🗣

Oh, there is a new manager? I feel like Gary Webster and experienced many similarities. Out of that and that, we will order it - come again - still not there. Bakery is not a real bakery. I think they still warm breads and other stuff just up. Next day it is totally hard and dry. The Croissants are the worst - you have to bake them at a lower temperature for a little long to give it time to rise.I was promised a call about the OREGON SHERRIES in a can. I am still waiting and waiting and go not back right now. :(I stopped going to Publix in general because they always ask for donations EVERY time!UPDATE 2021: Nothing changed - still no Oregon Cherries and warmed up bread. I think they have too much business to care - not one bottle of wine for buy one get one free. Needed to go to Winn-Dixie and got what I wanted!

Christine in Deli made the best sub I have ever had! Very patient and happy to do her job. i love it! chicken tender sub tossed in ranch and honey mustard toasted with peperjack cheese!!!

I went to pick up money from western union today and Christy helped me. There were about 5 or 6 people in front of me and she was the only one at that station. She took care of them 2 at a time very fast. And when she got to me i didn’t have all my information so she took care of more people while she waited for me and she was still super sweet to everyone.

Went to 2 Publix stores looking for Polar soda water today .( sale paper ) - Orange Vanilla flavor. And neither store had it . Kind of crazy seeing it is a stock item . It always seems to be hit or miss at their places !! Kind of tired of running store to store hoping to find what I want too . And I end up frustarted and wasting my time Most of the time you can only afford to buy things here, is when they are buy 1 get 1 anyways ! Now they dont even have what I want !! . What is up with that ? It cant be that popular ! And, people, Its not the first product either folks !

Very well stocked and recovered. Did encounter an employee at this location that was quite out of the norm concerning their customer service. He seemed a bit bothered when approached with a question. He was also unsure of where the product was located and rather than asking another employee for assistance he simply pointed in a direction and said maybe over there before walking away. The front entrance of this location is always a bit congested as well, mainly by the employees outside smoking which is unlike many other Publix locations. Apart from that, this location is clean and organized, stocked full.

Even on days like today, when it is super busy, it was easy to navigate through the aisles and the check out was fast.

Deli has let us down the past few times. Yesterday we ordered two subs and one had a huge piece of plastic inside of it. All the Avacado on mine yesterday and the previous time were rock hard and not edible.

Great store, usually well stocked and helpful staff. Ive been to every Publix in Vero and this is the best one...My only issue is with one bagger, and older guy that will not stop talking, nice guy but when I have frozen stuff to get home, the dude cant take a hint. Otherwise, I couldnt be more happy.

I love Publix in all of its forms, Love you.You are absolutely ruining your puff pastry items by encrusting them heavily with sugar.The last few turnovers I bought were so encrusted with sugar that they were inedible.I am a heavy hitter Pastry Chef who knows what He is talking about.Easy with that sugar.JBH
