Absolutely wonderful experience with this auto care center.I came in on an early Sunday morning as soon as they opened at 8am as I had a tire give out on me on nearby I-20 on my way back to North Carolina from Dallas, TX. The workers quickly attended to me and got my two rear tires replaced in less than an hour, all while keeping good conversation with me.Im so thankful for these guys for saving my trip and for getting rid of the headache from my tires. Thank you guys so much!

They are on the border of being outright rude. There is no customer service and there never has been. It is a mind numbing experience and I only go because of necessity and lack of options.

So I went in a few weeks ago to get two tires put on my new to me truck. Not really the only complaint that I have is that I own the vehicle. To me if I want to put a bigger size tire on my vehicle I should be allowed to. But not according to Walmart tire center. When I asked for nothing dramatic were talkin one size larger Tire. I was told that it had to be the size that the manufacturer recommended. I asked was there a waiver that I could sign and I would sign off on the waiver contending that I knew that I was putting a larger size tire on. I was told there was no such waiver and that it had to be the size tire that was on the door or Nothing at All. So really thats my only real complaint. Everything else was handled well other than the fact that when I asked to have a certain Tire a certain make put on they told me that they would have those two tires put on by 8. At 7:15 they informed me that they were evidently not in stock any longer. Not the end of the world they had another brand but it was not what I had asked for. And had I not already been waiting for over 2 hours I probably would have left. But since I had already been waiting over 2 hours to get the two tires put on and it was so late at night and I needed the tires that day so I went ahead and let them put the tires on.

New battery and 4 new tires while l picked up groceries And looked at fishing gear. No one tried to sell me a $1000 worth of random this and that For the car that has been running perfectly.

Literally the worst auto service I have ever encountered. I stood in line for 30 minutes, to stand in line for 10 minutes, to wait another 30 minutes, to go back and to stand in line but decided to ask for directions instead of them just looking at me, to go outside and be ignored by the workers, and then to be treated like I dont know whats going on... I will NEVER go back to their auto service, NEVER buy their tires ahead of time to save time because it clearly didnt, and NEVER put up with that poor excuse of an auto center where people treat you poorly and do their job so slow that it backs everything up.

Ive never had this problem before with any other service center but if you have a 1992 Buick Roadmaster Walmart cannot do a basic oil change. What was explained to me is their books dont go back that far and they cant determine what oil filter is needed. Well at least I was able to get my tires balanced and rotated.

Disappointed with the auto care center today. Oil all over both front seats inside my car now. Needed a basic oil change but picked up my car to oil on both the drivers seat, doors, and passenger seat. Not sure why anyone needs to be in the passenger seat for an oil change..... Not recommended if you have a clean car and dont want oil all over both front seats and doors.

Terrible service. This has been common at different locations for Walmart auto centers. First car up behind another car already being serviced. The wait time for an oil change, being next up took well over an hour and a half to complete. This is way to much time for such a simple task. Noticed the staff talking and hanging around not working on the vehicles. Would recommend going to other places for service. Here they seem to be getting worse.

I just got an oil change. They did something to my van and now it is leaking oil all over the ground. They refuse to do anything about it because they said it was leaking before!! It was not!!!!

Fast and easy lube and filter, shop while you wait

2 hour wait for tire&lube,also stopped the guy that didnt read or maybe even misread my instructions of what and which tire was recieving service,he removed the WRONG tire,and I just casually so happened to walk out@the right time,to correct him,He had no apology,just another example for their low ratings!!!!!!🤨

Walmart has a good selection of paint and the sales team try to find just the right product

Went in for a tire change. took my car and made me wait 2 hours and then they gonna tell me that they do not have enough tires for me. (the worker was kinda cute tho)

They are about the cheapest place around that does tire work, or that sells tires.

Not as timely as i hoped but a Great deal On a brand new tire.

It took me 12 minutes for someone to put my car in the system nobody outside to check it when I went inside to ask them an o supposed to sit outside all day or come inside to have yall come outside to check it rude service I swear this is the worst walmart Ive been to check my review for the store side to see all the reason why this walmart sucks

Every time I get a tire they are so slow. I’m not waiting 3 hours for a tire. Last time I waited 2 it’s ridiculous.

They stayed open late for us got an emergency replacement tire, super friendly staff

It was horrible I had a lot of heavy pit was not stopped well the manager at the Vicksburg Walmart is horrible the bathrooms usually look what ponly one toilet working not even the handicap was working toilet tissue everywhere nasty sings its gross man they were a lot of people in there and everybody was just appalled the Vicksburg Walmart is absolutely horrid and has been for months I wont even be going back to Walmart Ive had enough for months

Wait time at registers was 30 - 40 mins, which is ludicrous.

This is the slowest place I have ever been to. I was there when they opened, and it took 30 minutes for the techs to even walk out into the shop.
