Although it’s an extremely tough car to service, they knew I was from out of state and needed assistance right away so they did everything they could to help and it was much appreciated! The manager over the business was great. I love my new tires. The issue I had with FIRESTONE is one of the mechanics took me to my truck to show me slmething they were going to repair & while I was with him I told him the main reason I was there. He listen to my problem & said they would look at that & fix it for me. When I picked up my truck, the issue wasnt touched. I was very upset.

Went to get tires at 5 PM. Tires were in stock. Tires mounted and filters were replaced for cabin and oil. Got $100 off coupon . Ready to roll at 630 PM.

We still in the MIDDLE of a PANDEMIC. We got to develop PATIENTS because we are running short of help. I was patient and service was OKAY. Overall was great.

Traveling through town when a tire on our trailer blew. Called the guys at Firestone to get a repair. The gentleman placed me on hold to check to see if he had our size on the shelf. Came back on the line and said we dont have one but I called around for you and found one. They didnt get my business today but they will get my business in the future! They went above and beyond without any benefit to themselves. That is top notch customer service. Thank you for helping us get in our way today!

A little slow for time. But awesome service and reasonable prices. I got $300 worth of work done. Two new tires, and engine air filter changed, and alignment. Very glad I went here for service. Only thing you may want to drop your car off rather then wait in the waiting room.

3 visits later, $1200 in, less than 24hrs and check engine light is back on... wow

Been there 2 times before warranty was out to check my alignment and everything was good and as soon as my warranty is gone I see my tire is slick on the corner on one of my brand new tires . Now this is a car I barely ever drive. I replaced everything under my car new after the 1st time. so I know it has to be the workers is not any good.

I brought my 2011 Jaguar XJ in to have a tire looked at and I was advised that they could not take my off of my car. When I asked if they could simply remove the tire and allow me to inspect it, I was advised that they would not. It’s a bit ridiculous that a “professional” auto repair shop would not even take a wheel off of my car. I do not recommend this place. If you have wheel or tire issues, TD’s next door is a much better option.

I had tires installed and a alignment done. Im very pleased with the excellent service. All the workers were very knowledgeable. I felt right at home. My 09 maxima rides like its brand new.

If I could give negative five stars I would! Horrible place. Our car would not start while we were taking a client to an important meeting. Firestone tested the vehicle and said we needed a new alternator to a tune of close to $900. I called my son and he said no, it is not the alternator. So my husband walked to a shop right behind Firestone. They did the exact same tests. It was not the alternator, only a bad battery. We saved $700. Do not trust This particular Firestone. We were going to buy tires from them in August (next week) but will not now. Stay far away from them!!!!!

At Firestone, their always helpful. They get you in and out. If they have a heavy load they will let you know, there will be a wait. Firestone in Vicksburg has a great group, they have excellent customer service, thats why we go back.

Went in for a tire patch for my GMC Denali, THEY OVER TORQUED MY LOCKING LUG NUT WITH AN IMPACT AND BROKE IT!! The GMC dealership told me that EVERY tire store knows NOT TO USE AN IMPACT ON A LOCKING LUG NUT!!! I had to buy all new ones from the dealership, so $80.00 dollars later my tire is patched thankS to Firestone!

While passing through Vicksburg I had an engine light come on I stopped here to see if they could tell me what the problem was with my car, I was a busy day and Mike informed me that it may take time. After an investigation a quick check of the tire pressure Mike informed me that I was in good shape for the rest of my trip. Leaving a satisfied customer with directions to I 20 I was able to continue my journey. Thank you Firestone and thank you Mike.

Im actually getting my car serviced as I write the review. The oil change and tire special was good. However, I had some outer tie rods that need replaced. I was quoted 260+ dollars for two outer rods installed. Having some automotive knowledge, that price sounded steep. I did some calling to parts houses and to my father whom is a 40 year mechanic. I found out it was a half hour repair and the parts cost to the public 50 bucks. How should that be over 260 before tax? It shouldnt. Rip off.

We had a reservations at 3 for an alignment but they didnt start working on it until a little after 4. The customer service was very friendly.

Just your average all purpose auto shop. Could have a nicer waiting area, but its ok.

I made an appointment to avoid having to wait. Well I was wrong. I arrived to my appointment on time and the guy told me that it would be an hour before they got my car back. Well, 1 hour and 40 minutes pass, and they finally got my vehicle in. What is the point of scheduling an appointment if you have to wait hours anyways. It is ridiculous. Also, on two previous occasions, they mechanics did not replace my hubcaps on completely, and they fell off as I drove. This happened twice. I highly do not recommend this place.

Went just to get my tires checked for the air pressure...the thick black guy told me to wait for him, he had to do a couple things....Im sitting outside a whole 1 1/2 And he still hadnt looked at my tires...too busy laying his thick self across that front counter. I dont think Ill be going back there anytime soon.

Horrible!!! My mother is 70 so she took her car in for an alignment and the mechanic decides to take her car around town for 3 hrs. Her car was in worse shape than before she went! We had to take her car to another mechanic to fix what they messed up. Furthermore the company hasnt even tried to compensate for their blatant negligence.

Three visits in as many years and I have yet to have even a satisfactory experience. Save yourself time and frustration and go elsewhere because I can assure you they are either short handed, out of a reasonable prices product for your vehicle, or forget about you and have other customers who came in long after you out the door as you continue to sit and wait, and wait, and wait...

They were very helpful and would recommend them to anyone.

Terrible service. They took apart a non serviceable wheel bearing while replacing a rotor. I brought elsewhere and paid another mechanic to fix. They told me bearing looked bad and they repacked it with grease. I kept the old rotor with hammer marks and chips from them beating it off. The other mechanic said they did not know how to take the rotor off and ruined the bearing.

Slow working been here for over two hours for a simple tire change

Went to get my oil changed and was told my belt needed to be replaced as well and some more things i need to replace so I ended up paying for them 2, (oil change and belt),which was well over $100 and I got into my car afterwards and it wouldnt crank.i was then told I have a bad battery!I waited for well over 2 hours for to find out it wouldnt crank!one worker was very disrespectful toward me during this time.this guy rung me up but didnt work on my vehicle but I didnt catch his name I was so disappointed!!

Showed up at 10 A.M. car didnt go back till 12. The car still isnt fixed $160 dollars later.

Always finding things wrong with your vehicle and dont fix what you brought your vehicle for. No need of buying lifetime alignment because they find every reason not to do the alignment.....

Had auto issues after leaving Little Rock and stopped here for assistance. What a waste of time. They said, NO, before I asked for assistance, it was a Saturday and near closing time.
