Used their towing service two days ago which were your standard rates thru my insurance, then found out they also were a repair shop and boy was I in luck ! They replaced my water pump that bit the dust due to a coolant leak on my Y hose that I already knew about but didn’t have time to fix it due to work so I had been feeding it water. Long story short they helped me with the tow, took me to my hotel, I took it in the next morning due to the closeness and convenience of the shop to i20 and my hotel. They fixed all my issues along with a couple other things in the process and dropped me off at a hotel for a few hours due to the extent of the work needed and then came and picked me up when done. Oh yea, after paying very fair rates for labor and parts I was on my way back north 3.45 hours to Little Rock and my truck ran smoother than before obviously but they also greased some bushings I know for facts because now they longer squeak !! Outstanding people I would recommend to anybody !

Disappointing and frustrating experience at E-Z Auto to say the least. It escalated to me being on the receiving end of threats and hostility.Even if it hadn’t escalated, the lack of communication, care and basic customer service is enough to lose my business and recommendation.The $90 diagnostic fee is on the high end in my experience, though I paid without a word or complaint. Normally, if there is great service, I am not too hung up on the price tag, especially in trying pandemic times, but with the poor service, it just felt like a slap in the face. While there are a few kind folks there, the overall experience was pretty terrible as a woman who was from out of town and having car troubles. I do wish them well in their future endeavors, and with that wish is a hope that my experience was a one-off and/or that there is better communication and consideration for people giving them business.

Great towing service. Treated my car like it was there own. Then let them fix my problems the car had. They adjusted towing expense. The techs was knowledgeable and had me back on the road who quickly. Way to go guys.

So a BIG branch fell on my vehicle and I needed to get it towed and fixed. I was calling around and E-Z Automotive not only came out but also fixed my car up. Tracy and Fran was VERY nice. Curt also did an awesome paint job on my car. I’m definitely one satisfied customer😊😊😊. Thanks Guys😊😊

I highly recommend this establishment for service. There has not been nothing but good services from Tracey and the staff. I have taken several different vehicles of mine to this establishment for service and every one has been running good every since. I can truly appreciate the honesty I receive from talking to Tracey regarding my vehicles.

I broke down on the side of I-20 due to my starter on my car, I called A to Z towing and the guy came promptly and quickly. They were very nice and helpful and got my car to their shop E-Z Automotive, everyone up there was super friendly and helpful. They had my car back running by the next morning. I was super satisfied with all the work done and the friendly customer service I received. I would highly recommend them and use them again.

I have been using this shop to do all of the maintenance work on my car! they are very honest about whats going on with it and if I ever need any extra things that I dont realize is time to be done. they always try to work with me on the price. I just recently purchased new tires and got my brakes done. I was very pleased with the time of the work being done. I wont be going anywhere else for my auto needs!

They were so good at telling me exactly what was wrong and why. Made it easy to understand and saved me a ton of money on something that was severely misdiagnosed by someone else! Loved them. Well definitely get more of my business!!

I took my Honda CRX to EZ Auto because of a water leak. They were very professional. Their mechanic Billy took me back to the shop and showed me where it was leaking, ended up being a bad hose. He said they had to take the breather box off to get to it. They were able to order my part and get it their in less than a hour. once the part arrived they replaced the hose, put the breather box back on and I was on my way!

They towed my car. Asked if they could repair it. They called me. Said I need another motor. Quoted me $2500-$3000. I gave them my credit card #. After several months of them looking for perfect motor, they called. Said they found a great rebuilt motor and soon Id be driving the SUV I loved. When I finally went pick it up, $4755.22 bill!! 😲 I was horrified! They also charged me for a new alternater and battery (with labor) that I told them Id just gotten and were still.under warrany. I drove it home, got it the next day, the motor would not start! They wanted me to bring it back. HA! WHY? So they can run up MORE money? Its been sittiing.in front of my apt since then. They are CROOKS and targeted an elderly woman on SS. I was looking under the hood yesterday and found the serial number on the motor is the same on the SUV!!

I was traveling through MS and my vehicle broke down. They showed up promptly and assisted me by dropping me and my family off at the hotel. Very professional and helpful. The driver who was also a mechanic got to my repairs first thing in the morning to get me back on the road quickly. They completed my repairs ahead of schedule and they even picked me up at my hotel saving me time and an Uber. I was extremely impressed with the business and how they helped me in my time of need. Extremely happy!

My husband broke down on a Saturday driving to TN and so he had it towed to the shop (John said $80 for the tow). My husband was told that it would not be worked on until Monday. I brought my husband our other vehicle and had a friend follow me to take me back home (3.5 hours away). We had planned on them working on it (hence the tow) but some friends offered to help bring it back so it could be worked on locally. My husband called early Sunday and told John (the dispatcher) this and he was told call back on Monday at 10. Well, my husband had class at 10, so I made the call trying to make sure that the truck was not worked on. John not only interrupted anything I had to say with maam..maam (as if that makes it polite) but he told me I owed $80 for the tow and $85 for a diagnostic. I said when did you have that done because you said it would not be worked on until Monday AND my husband called yesterday and asked for nothing to be done with the truck.He did not give me a time but said he would let me know at 1 the EXACT time the diagnostic occurred. Of course, he did not call me...so my husband called when he was done with class.John then told my husband that we can pick up the truck but we owe $150 for the tow and $85 for the diagnostic. Ummm. What?!My husband was able to talk him down to $175 total for us to get our truck from them, but I think we dodged a bullet not having them work on it. So disappointed to have had this experience. Integrity goes a long way in owning a business...my personal interaction with this company would lead me to believe they have none.

I was passing by this shop on a road trip with my family when my Suburban experienced some problems. they quickly towed and diagnosed my car and got to work on it in a timely fashion along with being reasonably priced! if your in the area i would highly recommend this shop for your auto repairs!

1 star because my car runs. But customer service doesnt exist here. They had my car for over a month replacing my engine. I had to constantly call for updates because clearly no one intended to call me. I had to initiate every call to Tracy. Then they threw me off on Mr. George because Tracy didnt like being told about his lack of customer service apparently. Think twice if youre big on communication and the need to know whats going on with your vehicle.

Best experience ever, ran by Veterans with excellent work ethics. Were fair and honest,. Mike the tire truck operator was so professional and the owner lead by example. Appreciated their help. Awesome experience

I had a flat tire on my truck. I had to have my truck towed into the shop. They were able to tow my truck to their shop, and have me back on the road within a few hours.If you ever need a dependable and fast place to work on your vehicle, this is the place to go

WORST PLACE EVER. Y’all please do not go here. They charged me $60 to look at my car to make sure I was ready for a road trip and didn’t even do anything!! They didn’t even check the minimum such as oil and tires ...., guy just stood out there and Looked under my hood kinda confused and honestly don’t even think he was a mechanic. HORRIBLE customer service and quality. Please do not come to this place

I highly recommend this company. We have used them for our tires and oil changes. A friendly and professional staff. I can send my kids by there and know they will be taken care of and NOT taken advantage of. I appreciate everything they have done for me and my family.

Had my car towed in with damage to the front end and by the time I got it back you couldnt even tell I hit a deer. They did mechanic work, body, and paint in one place. I was very pleased with the service and price

I was on my way from Texas to Florida, when my car broke down in Louisiana. They picked me up, took me to get a hotel room, and had my car fixed for me the next day. I was very impressed with the quality of service by both the tow truck driver and the mechanic.

Kind people and great service! They replaced all four of my tires and two brake pads in less than an hour for a reasonable price.

I had three different shops quote me a price for a transmission for my F150. These guys had the best price and had my truck back on the road faster than I expected.

The work was done fast. The only problem I had was lack of communication. I talk to 3 different ppl to get assurance that I would be informed of exactly what it would cost to repair my vehicle before the work was done. But the mechanic who was supposed to check and see what all the work would Intel and cost took it apon himself to go ahead and fix the problem without informing me of the exact cost. Leaving me no choice but to pay the high amount before I could get another quote. Will never have work done here again.

I brought my car in for an oil change and one of the mechanics found a nail in one of my tires. They were able to patch it for me. I will be going to them from now on.

The owner was very rude and I was like less than a mile from him and it took 20-30mins for them to come change my tire

This guy Tracy is a theif and lier had my car for 4 months kept telling me I think its this and then that wrong with my car wouldnt give me an estimate gave me the run around never fixed anything and left me with dash tore apart and a destroyed batteries dont trust him hes no good charged me 285 dollars too screw my car up hes a shade tree mechanic at best hes all talk know action if your smart take my warning and dont let him work on your vehicle

I use EZ for oil changes for my vehicles and have always had good experience and great customer service. Their prices are very affordable

The owner is a thief, crook and a liar! Tried to manipulate a vulnerable, trusting older person with an outlandish buy here/pay here contract full of enormous useless words (I believe to purely intimidate for his bullying practices) and strong-arm them out of their last penny. Theyre on a small fixed income as it is! Shame on you!

The owner is very rude. I called about my car being towed and he had the worst attitude ever ! I am very soft spoken and that man talked to me like I was a nobody ! When I called to ask his address, he gave me the address with an attitude and hung the phone up in my face. His attitude is beyond unacceptable.
