I would like to personally thank Crystal for her patience and knowledge of the situation in transferring my old phone to my new phone . Crystal showed customers service at its finest . She answer all my questions and offered me some products of AT&T . I would also like to thank Jake ( Assistant Manager) for helping to make the process move smoothly by checking to make sure all my apps was installed and all functions worked. These two individuals are a valuable asset to the Company and I wanted them to be recognized. I truly had a great experience and I encourage everyone to visit the Vicksburg Ms . AT&T store number 1004.

Usually there is someone to greet you,but not this time.I walked in and took a seat,then about 10 minutes a young lady came out the back.She gave me bad news that AT&T no longer does prepaid plans anymore,and that Walmart may give me my money back for the card I purchased! I was disappointed when finding this out,but I do realize that things change with time.

I just wanted to leave a bad review (which I never do) for the two white guy technicians that work for AT&T Uverse. I live at an apartment complex out here by open wood plantation (I will not specify) & they did NOT help me at all (I’m a black woman) they came & said that an outside technician would come & fix our internet bc something was not right with it (everyone around us has at&t internet) anyway, they came out Tuesday, September 28 & said that an outside tech would come fix it. They marked it as “completed” which it was NOT. Then I also found out that they marked their assignment as “completed” the next day saying they showed up but did NOT. I called to get another appointment scheduled & another nice man came out today (he was black) & the internet was up & moving in less that 30 min!! I WILL be calling corporate on these two men who did NOTHING to help me.

The White guy did an excellent job.He was helping another customer and helped me once he was with his customer. 2 ladies was helping another customer. But 2 the other ladies looked at me without speaking, and did not ask if I needed help but helped one of the other ladies who already had a customer. I was very disappointedIn their actions.

The ladies at the AT&T store in Vicksburg are amazing. The manager told me they only had a limited amount of ppl working today but they still manage to assist me with adding auto pay and lowering my bill. I had no ideal I could add auto pay and save 30.00. This will make my husband very happy

VISITED THE VICKSBURG, MS AT&T STORE ON SATURDAY, 4/17/2021.Jake is very PROFESSIONAL, KNOWLEDGEABLE about transferring apps from old phone to new phone. He is an EXPERT. I DID NOT LOSE ANY INFORMATION STORED IN MY PHONE. JAKE IS THE BEST!! 5 STARS . I WOULD GIVE 10 STARS IF I COULD.I LEFT THE STORE AND WENT BACK TO ERASE ALL INFORMATION IN MY OLD PHONE. THIS TIME JALEN HELPED ME. JALEN IS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. JALEN IS AN EXPERT TOO. I FORGOT MY SAMSUNG PASSWORD AND BY NOW PHONE BATTERY WAS ALMOST DEAD. NO PROBLEM. Customer service was terrible especially coming from a Manager who’s suppose to lead colleagues and show leadership traits. Lakenya first stood at the door didn’t greet customers, busy playing on the phone. They were already short staff, but assisting customers wasn’t her concern. Then preceded to get an attitude when I wouldn’t move from in front of the door when she never told me it was a wait from the time I walked in the door. Poor management skills.

I found it frustrating that only the most expensive model was in stock & the employee couldnt help me transfer my data from my old phone. She had no reason not to use my current SIM & i lost #s bc she didnt. I am very happy with the phone I got however & service was fast.

I came in with a phone issue, I was greeted instantly and everyone was so friendly and helpful. I was with Jelon he helped solve my issue and told me all the great promotions. I didn’t release we qualified for half of em. He set me up TV and Internet - I also got a new phone which I LOVE!!!!!! The store manager Carol was equally helpful and great you can tell she knows what she’s doing and it shows in her employees. Great job AT&T !

Went by today about 10:00 AM. Was greeted by a very nice guy and made to feel very welcome! Not only was this gentleman very friendly but he was very good at taking care of business. I was in and out in about 15 minutes.The store was very pleasant and well lit with good music while I waited a moment.I highly recommend visiting here if you need something! Proud to have this kind of service here in Vicksburg!

Since management changed the wait time is soooo much better!!! I was going to make a payment at the kiosk but the representative took my payment instead and I was in and out in no time. Also being greeted by all the reps ready to service me was really nice!!!

Ive been an at&t prepaid customer for at least 2 years I had to lower my plan on a couple of occasions but I was still a loyal paying customer all cell phone providers seem to think of prepaid customers as second class and I dont understand why? In my case they never gave me service that was paid for up front they never had to worry that I would pay only part of none of my bill. So I was at this location to inquire as to what deal they could offer because my phone was shattered and no Insurance( its not offered to prepaid customers)I needed a new phone and no shocker even though I paid faithfully fir 2 years that wasnt enough for credit. So my review of the store is this the employees were helpful and pleasant but the company ties their hands. My review of the company is where is the reward or return for being loyal how long do we have to be customers before we are afforded the same goodies that account holders receive. I switched to C-SPIRE

I typically never buy on a whim. Got caught up on the fact that I needed something and totally forgot to do my research before purchasing. I ended up buying headphones which I could have gotten from Amazon for about $70 less. Just another notch in the love/hate saga with AT&T. I like it but for what I paid, I could have upgraded to a whole lot of awesomeness.

Called Saturday and was told by a guy working there that a prepaid sim would cost only $5.35. Sunday went to store and had to wait almost an hour before seeing a clerk. Went throught the whole thing of setting up the sim only to be told it was gonna be a activation fee off $9.99 added to it. Told the girl and the manager.what I was told and they told me it must have slipped his mind about the activation fee. I would have to pay it. I said cancel it I would go to Walmart where there is no activation fee.

It was not good at all I bought a ear piece there it started not to hold a charge so the young tells me she cant order it and I had the paperwork so then she tells me they dont have anymore then I end up getting one thats way cheaper than the first one because I have to be hands-free because Im always on the go I will be calling at@t first thing in the morning highly disappointed

I like at&t. I had internet service installed at my house. And the promo was that you recieve a gift card when you sign up. 2 months going and I still havent recieved one. So they gave me another one a month a go and am still waiting on that. They do not have a public bathroom either; however the lady was kind enough to let my 3 year old son use it. It USUALLY takes a while to be seen but they do have 2 kiosks to pay your bill and skip the line.

Went in after Christmas to add a new phone to my plan. Spoke to Jerimi about making my data plan unlimited. Was lied to and told I had to purchase an Apple Watch or UE speaker. Really didnt want either, but got a speaker so I would be eligible for the plan I needed. He then sent me home with 2 speakers and insinuated that he was giving me a deal. Turns out he had charged my account for both speakers that totaled $300, AND I later found out I wasnt required to buy anything to get the plan I wanted. Supervisor of the store was suppose to get back with me weeks ago- you cant get anyone form store on phone. Going back today for the 5th time to try to get something done. 😡
