The service at cellular sales is and has always been exceptional!!! They are second to NONE. All my concerns and questions were addressed by John Slaughter. He took the time to setup my new phone placed all my newly purchased accessories on my phone as well. They only thing I needed to do was swipe my car! Which is how I like it. He even recommended a wireless charger that I have fallen in love with! Please go see JOHN AT THE VERIZON STORE!!! He is the BEST!!!

They did not hesitate to answer all my questions. They also told me about the HUM. Which I definitely wanted and needed. Walking in I w a s instantly greeted by Kristen Smith. She helped me with everything. Explained everything until I could understand it. She was amazing. Everyone is nice and very helpful. They make sure you do not leave with an unanswered question. I will refer everyone I know to this store.

Called to get itemized receipt for cash collected from me when I purchased phone and tablet. Employee was devoid of any customer service skills. He would not allow me to finish speaking. When I told him he needed to allow the customer to finish, he accused me of talking over him, when in actuality, he interrupted me with, Listen to me, Maam, repeatedly. He responded to the criticism of his customer skills by wishing me a good day and hanging up on me.

I was greeted by the sales teams immediately upon entry of the store. They provided me with excellent customer service. My sales representative John went above and beyond to answer all my questions and setup my iPhone 11 pro max and Apple Watch series 5. I will definitely be returning to this store in the future. John is the very personable and professional.

I was in the middle of a cell phone nightmare. I had purchased cell phones and service from another provider. Horrible service. Dropped calls. No service at all. I phoned the Verizon store in Vicksburg. I spoke to Jason Berry. I made an appointment with him. When I arrived at the store he had everything ready for me. He took the time to explain everything to me. I purchased 3 phones, an unlimited service a liquid glass and a charging stand. He was very pleasant and easy to understand. Im so happy that I was able to have Jason take care of my cell phone needs. Thank you Jason Berry.

Great service with no wait!!!! My problem was taken care of in 10 min. Had been trying for days to fix problem by talking with customer service over the phone, had not talked to a live person after waiting for over an hour each day. Glad I decided to stop in and see if they could fix my problem.

Justin was very polite, courteous and patient. My phone had died and he went through a lot of trouble to retrieve my contacts, pictures and text messages. He also asked me several questions that ended up getting me some discounts off my plan. I wish there were more customer service people like him!!

Ive been lied fromday one at this place by both the salesman Blake and manager Charles, they sold me on a supposedly half price promotion on this Motorola phone and Ive been billed full price the whole time. For a year now Ive paid full price in fact the phone should be paid for now and instead I still have 12 months to go. Oh Ive talked them about only to be lied to again and again. Do your self a favor and stay the Hell from this two bit place. They must have sold used cars before they landed this dream job.

Verizon is the worst carrier ever just look at there Facebook Page at first I thought it was the best until my experience and realize they have no customers because they lie just to make commission customers beware of Blake Cupstid he constantly lied to us about everything I kept calling customer service to get issues from the lies addressed and they refused I went to social media and they blocked me because they dont like negativity but they have tons of it and only 1 star rating on BBB that tells you alot about a business they owe me about $2000 in personal belongings I had to sale because of his lies Ive been banned from them because I threatened them after they told me they wouldnt give me my money back it took over a month to receive the phones they couldnt get my original phone to work on there network so I used another personal temporary phone and I wasnt really looking to buy new phones but we are also limited at my residents on carrier options but he lied and told us that was there nearby tower and he lied and told me it wouldnt be any cost other than taxes on the phones we went in 3 weeks before black Friday and wanted the buy one get one free deal so he promised to order the phones so we waited for weeks thinking they were being shipped but he didnt order the phones for whatever reason and we missed the deal talk about being angry than on black Friday he said we could get a new deal $400 off each but he told us we had to come up with a $500 down payment WHAT!!! what happened to just paying taxes on the phones by this time we had missed the 15 day grace period and remember it took a month to receive our phones so we couldnt cancel and we were just hoping things would get better when we questioned him he said because of my credit but why did he lie at the beginning we could have used the others credit or opted out completely before the grace period and we just did not have that kind of money we had to sale my belongings which loses value when you sale it so I didnt get but about $600 for $2000 worth of Electronics if I had to rebuy it I could have made other options but he lied he also stole my smartwatch after lying once again and telling me the credit would go towards two otterbox cases for the phones after leaving I noticed on our receipts he charged me for the cases anyway and customer service just wanted to give me a $150 credit for a $350 smartwatch uh No Thanks he also offered us a hum he claimed was free and kept trying to talk us into it after leaving and investigating he once again lied he charged us taxes on it and we were going to be billed every month for 2 years for it we went back in the store to get a refund and return it and kept telling the other rep he was a liar she didnt like it and basically took up for him because I was causing a scene he also lied about Verizon phones being carrier unlocked and they are not he did not tell the truth on anything but im leaving them a bill over $3,000 which includes device charges and Ill never pay them unless they give me my $2000 back to repurchase belongings I had to sale because of his lies and Im disputing all charges with collections I also changed my debit card number so they cant draft illegally which they are known to do according to Facebook posts from others I took there phones to a new carrier in exchange for credits instead of using them for fear of them blacklisting them and got a better deal better service at my residents and better plan and is a heck of a lot cheaper and they only charged me taxes on the new phones which was only $90 Verizon will continue to lose business because they refuse to tell the truth

Cudos to reps Jason Berry and Asinia Adams for their patient, courteous service while in Verizon store today. My grandaughter’s phone was damaged and we were unsure of whether to get a replacement under warranty or to upgrade to later version iPhone. Jason and Asinia worked with us and we finally decided on upgrade. We, especially my granddaughter, were very happy with our decision and with the service received.

I was sold on the idea of switching to Verizon from ATT based on Verizons offer to install their wi-fi system, but the one they signed me up for wasnt up to the job, so they took it back and scheduled me for installation of their more powerful unit. THEY STOOD ME UP 3 TIMES. No show, while I cooled my heels waiting for their installer to show up. Each time they rescheduled me, they sent me to the back of the line. AFTER 7 OR 8 WEEKS WITH NO TV AND NO COMPUTER, THEY FINALLY ADMITTED THEY NO LONGER CARRIED THE TYPE WI-FI SYSTEM REQUIRED for my needs.Also, I went there with the stated purpose of getting the latest iPhone, but they talked me into a different brand which I hated. Since it was within the allowable return time they reluctantly allowed the exchange, but claimed some of what I had paid wasnt refundable. I could forfeit this amount or walk away in which case they claimed I would owe the full amount of the 2 year contract. They ultimately rescinded more of this charge after I went the excruciating route of demanding to speak to a supervisor to whom I gave the name of my lawyer. I couldnt believe there was actually a company worse to deal with than ATT. How wrong I was!BUYER BEWARE!

They offer you reward cards for phone purchases but somehow the form was deemed incomplete and I never received the card. Basically they are false advertising to gain customers.
