I was having a hard time with my purchase and was getting very frustrated. I finally got ahold of a manager named Corey he was very respectful and willing to fix the problem, and he did. Meanwhile I was waiting in line the store was absolutely packed, he handled the customers and the other employees quickly I was impressed. Valuable employee hang on to him home Depot.

Great selections at the store however employees are not able to assist when you have questions.

Finding what I need was great but at check out the customer service was horrible !

Went to get a tool that the website said was in stock. As usual, it wasnt on the shelf where it should be because this place is always a mess. Also as usual, the workers were much more interested in chit-chatting with each other than helping me. So here I am, standing right next to an employee who is studiously ignoring me while he talks to his buddy. Home Depot has been my favorite tool store for over 20 years, but after this repeated treatment, Ill be shopping elsewhere from now on.

Could have been a lot better. It was near closing but i really needed to get an item. The lady in the checkout line ahead of me had a few items being scanned by the cashier. However the cashier was talking (loudly) to another employee and paid very little attention to the customer. Even when the customer was seemingly having an iserting4ue inserting her card in the machine to pay and asked the cashier what was her total. The cashier only turned her attention to the customer long enough to tell her the total due. Then immediately went back to her conversation with the other employee. I thought it extremely rude and unprofessional.

Same as always. No one to help when you need it. Couldnt find several items I was looking for.

I love the small hardware organization. Always able to find exactly what I need.

Worst visit ever. Ordered concrete and unable to get any employees to come and load pallet from the pro desk. All employees at pro desk had left at 5. Store only has an asst manager and she asked me why I did not come and find her. 5 different employees were asked and 2 did not even know the managers name. What is going on here?

Always helpful, a big thanks to Kaylnn for her Skillful and Knowledgeable help at the customer service desk. They do need to have a talk with the day time hardware manager though, he gets somewhat impatient with the customers. But Home Depot is my favorite Store. Ive recently made the switch from Ridgid to Milwaukee and havent looked back since!!! Thanks Milwaukee for keeping it Real. Milwaukee tools are hard to beat.

The people in the rental/repair shop were all friendly and professional but the rest of them need more customer service training .

Called this evening to check if an electrical item was available. The internet said 3 were in stock but knowing this is not always correct I called.After several holds looking for an employee to answer my question I was able to speak to “Larry” who said he had 14 years of experience.So I gave him the sku number and within less than a minute he was telling me he did not have that product.Please tell him I walked in to buy extra items since we wanted to get a head start tomorrow and the items in which he said you did not have were on the shelf in the exact spot that the label was located.We left him two just in case he would like to sell something for his company.

The employees are very attentive (different from many other Home Depots Ive been in) but they had stock problems. They couldnt get the fittings we needed because the aisles we being changed around.

The knowledgeable people who work here are always willing to both help you locate what youre looking for and recommend the best product for your application.

After awhile met some helpful people.

Always find what I need fast but if I didnt, a helpful employee is right there. Also about the employees, they have always been pleasant, helpful and very knowledgeable. (You dont always get that in big box stores)

Huge well stocked store. Little tricky to find and getting in and out of the parking lot. Hurricane Laura coming so I bought a generator online, received text order ready en route. Should have specified curbside pickup as generator weighs 200Lb. No problemo, two guys quickly put the generator in my vehicle. Spent 15 minutes in the store including a restroom stop.

Love it here.

Here again they have no competition. No such thing as customer service. And Lord dont order on line for pickup. Because you still have to pull the order yourself.

This store is always clean and organized and the employees are extremely helpful! Good, safe, private location right off the highway with plenty of parking.

Loved how you can get in and out with ease

This is a smaller Home Depot than other locations however they have a good inventory. The store associates are nice and friendly. It can get crowded in here so be prepared. Sometimes you may have to order items because they arent in stock and this can be quite a delay in certain items especially with home appliances. So if you dont mind the wait, its fine. If you do mind the wait, you may want to try to have the items expedited if it is possible.

This is the perfect place to find all home repair items that you will need, prices are good value too.

The Vicksburg Home Depot is my favorite Home Depot because the store is the closet to my residence. I shop there frequently and usually find what Im looking for. At other times I place Special orders that are shipped me or to the store, depending on my preference.

Today was like most not to helpful they have been getting better. Still think they should keep the pro line open later

Came to this Home Depot to buy a lawnmower the ones they had on display in the box there were three different ones two had a price one didn’t, I had to go out to lawn & garden to get some help there were three employees standing together talking I ask them for help one of them said he would come Assit me I went back to the mowers but he never showed up, I started to leave the store but I went and found another employee he found the price and then went and got a cart and put the mower on it and we took it to check out and was going to help load it in my truck but disappeared while I payed if I didn’t need a mower so bad I would have just left it there but I took it home

Always a fun trip. They even have a couple cool car shaped buggies for he kids . Always find what I want and the service is amazing. Ariel is the best kitchen and bath designer ever . Very knowledgeable and doesnt mind helping no matter what you need . The lot associate Jerry helped me to my vehicle and was super friendly. Could not say anything better about this store and staff.

The store is fine. It generally has what I need and is clean for the most part. The customer service is better than most places in Vicksburg, but not as good as many of the other Home Depots that I have been to.

Bought an awesome dyson vacuum here. So many choices

Vicksburg store has lots of employees walking around but no one to help you. I had to load and unload a counter top by myself. I hate this store when you need help. Someone needs to get these peoples attention. Pay check for no work

Good selection of goods, friendly staff, more than adequate parking and fast checkouts. The only thing that I can see that needs improvement is way to many isles are blocked by restocking at the same time. Maybe a system where quick moving items are restocked prior to other isles.

I used Home Depot recently for a renovation. The employees got to know me pretty good since I was in there everyday for something. They were always really nice and knowledgeable.

The supervisor at the self-checkout was very nice. The other workers on the floor were very knowledgeable of the whereabouts of the products in the store.

Took the children to the Home Depot childrens workshop, hosted by Jenna. She did an awesome job, but she does every time. The children had a fantastic time.

Indoor flower center was a mess. Leaking hoses, knocked over flower pots, stocking carts sitting in the way of aisles. Needs some attention.

This Local home Dept has employees always eager to assist. They seen to always have what I need when I need it.

The staff is always very nice. Some of the organization seems a bit off. Not as bad as some locations, but not the most intuitive place. Some of the staff is very knowledgeable, some have to look up everything on their phone. All in all its perfectly fine.

Crowded over priced on a lot of items but they have everything you need

Deliver to thos store often and theres always a long wait even when they day they are coming right now over an hour to unload 1 pallet rude people in receiving that get mad when you hold them to their word

They carry all tools and materials use for all kinds of construction and house work.

Nobody wanted to ask if we needed any help they walked around with their hands in their pockets and I wanted to ask them what the hell they were doing when theyre not on break

Well, it was the same experience as always at a Box store.... No Help .. No one offered assistance, But when I look around I see several Employees standing around talking. Took over an hour to go in get checked out for just 12 1x4s and three boxes of crews ... As always no customer service and the store wasnt that busy... I didnt even want to give them a star,but has to in order to send this review.... I guess yall would rather get one star forcefully.....

I cant ever find Spectricide concentrate in 1 qt. size at this location. Good weed killer for the price.

Its a nice place for what your basic needs but the stuff I need isnt there. Like aluminum wire or anchor bolts. The workers there are usually nice.

I will start out and say I dont give the store a 5 star Im only giving the stores workers Millie and Ariel that are in kitchen cabinets and flooring a 5 star rating. These two are so awesome. If you ever need help in these areas please ask for one of these employees. Im always telling them they need to run the entire store maybe the atmosphere would be better. They have always been so helpful and goes over and beyond the call of duty. Excellent customer service. I wish the others could all be as helpful in the store as these two ladies. Ive always received help from Millie but met Ariel when I was shopping for kitchen counter tops. She was very thorough and answered all of my questions and gave great directions and guidance throughout my entire process. Thanks Ariel and Millie for your dedication!!
