Super place to accomplish shipping needs; even an early start to the holidays.It was busy in here with other customers, yet, I was able to get in and get out quite swiftly.The customer service was exceptional! They attended to my needs, and were extremely professional and caring.Ill certainly be back when the need arises. Until then, I greatly appreciate The UPS Store and the exceptional service I received.

Worst experience ever. Tried to get form notarized. Employees couldn’t confirm via phone what could be notarized. Took for inside store. They refused to notarize it. Went to another UPS store...completed with no problem.

Very good service. Clean store. Good hours. Polite staff. I come here when I need to send stuff to my parents in Texas. They make the process simple and quick, so I like it. I think this place is worth your time.

Worst experience ever. The associate over the phone was extremely rude. Talked down to me. Treated me in the worst manner possible as if I didnt know my phone number to find my tracking number. I would beg any consumer to drive the package to the destination themselves before having to come here. I would leave 0 stars if I could.

My experience here was more than pleasurable! Ms. Irene guided me through the whole process with ease. I woulda highly suggest coming here for any printing, shipping, or faxing needs!

1 star is too generous. A package I shipped never arrived and tracking said delayed. This store never answered the phone when called. I called the 800 number they couldnt get the store by phone or email either. Come to find out my package was damaged but no one contacted me. Now until someone can reach the owner of this store nothing can be done about my lost and damaged item.

Ms. Debras service is absolutely wonderful! I had to send my dad here to overnight me some very time sensitive items here to me in North Dakota. Hes never really sent anything outside snail mail and Ms. Debra took very good care of both of us. The world needs more people like her 😁
