I have used VLZ for many years on dozens of vehicles and they have never been anything less than upfront, honest and professional. If you want grrat work from honest people, this is your place! We were told our paint job would take two weeks it took almost 2 months. We were promised almost every day that it would be ready that week and it never was. We were never given any updates until the last week and that was because I insisted they call me with updates every day. They broke our radio antenna and just left the broken piece in the truck without acknowledging they had broken it. I will NEVER use them again. They ruined what should have been an incredible gift experience for my fiance.

If you’re wanting to get your vehicle worked on and don’t mind waiting be my guest. I had an appointment to take my truck to get worked on to install some side mirrors and I had left my truck there for over 24hrs. The next day I called to check on the status and they told me it will be ready at 4pm. I go there only to find my truck wasn’t touched at all and they said they were backed up on cars and to bring it in another day. Meanwhile I was without a car, catching rides and missing work. Won’t be coming back.

I love going to VLZ collision and automotive. Every time I go they give me great service and they always have a great attitude.I needed to get tie rods put in on Both the driver and passenger side and each one was supposed to take an hour. Well the mechanic got done in head of time so I told him about a ball joint I had that been sitting in my car and asked him if he can replace it.With no hesitation he agreed to get it done with out a problem.I recommend going to them.Thank you so much VLZ Collision and Automotive.

I have taken several of my cars here to either get custom painted or body work done. It always comes out great. This is the only shop I will take my car. I have been to other shops and have had nothing but problems with those other shops. If you want it done the right the first time this is the place.

VLZ Collision is probably the worst place I have ever taken my vehicle to get fixed multiple times and every time I receive it back it’s late and a new problem is occurring. The work that was done was extremely poor. I also took my vehicle to another place and they showed me everything that they had done and told me I was screwed over and felt bad for me. Highly advise you take you’re vehicle else where!!!! Please don’t make the same mistake I made coming from a mother. Waste of time and money! Worst, worst, worst !

I would not recommend this place to anyone they did poor work missing a bunch of bolts, clips under fender and scratches they didnt fix. They also didnt do a wheel alignment when it was needed and they let us have the vehicle with no right turn signal working.

Great service, very friendly! Dropped my truck off Monday night, done Tuesday afternoon.

Do not reccomend this place to anyone. They tell you one thing but do another. Brought my vehicle in when I had it scheduled to get worked on monday. They didnt start on it until Wednesday. Saw it parked in front for 2 days before what it looked like they moved to back.

Very bad service, they made me believe that they had my car when my car was really in another shop, leave the parts that my car needed, I think they should train the staff more so that at least they know what to tell the customer, they received my parts, knowing they didnt have my car 👎👎👎👎

Vincent did an excellent job in repairing our vehicle which was damaged from Hurricane Harvey. He had the repairs done in a timely manner and worked well with the insurance company.
