Always a great experience with Discount. My dad made sure I knew to only go to Discount when I got my first car and Im forever grateful. Today they were able to repair my flat but if they couldnt, they would have replaced it for free. Thats a huge deal when you live paycheck to paycheck and payday is still 4 days away!

Good service. Got a nail in my tire which was a tire that came with car and they fixed it no charge. Used to the price included, disposal of old tire, mounting, balancing etc. Now the piece meal it so you have to ask what is the on the ground cost to get true cost.

I made an appointment for a tire rotation. Even though I knew I didnt need an appointment, it sped up the process. Everyone is top notch, courteous, and they know how to take care of their customers.

They just helped me out with a flat tire even tho they looked pretty busy. Dalton will get you the help you need. I made an appointment for later today to buy all four tires for my work truck. Great job guys 👍👍 TTU.

The guys at Discount Tire are amazing. I came in for a flat tire repair. They got my flat fixed, returned the spare tire to its place in the trunk, reset my sensor and didnt charge me a penny. All under 30 minutes in a very busy shop. I called and told my husband. He said as soon as he needs tires for his truck, hes taking it to them. Ill be buying my next set of tires from them, too. Everything from the moment I walked through the door and was greeted to them handing over my keys, was top notch customer service.

Called ahead an hour and 15 minutes prior to arrival to hold tires and install, and when we got there they told us it was an hour and 40 minute wait to start.

The young man who help me was great he even saved my around $200 it was a blessing

Super fast and friendly help. I was on a long road trip when my low tire alert came on. I always buy my tires from discount tire, so I Googled the nearest location. 20 miles from where I was I found a location. I didnt even have to leave the car. I pulled up curbside, and a friendly employee had my tire filled, checked the remaining tires, and had me back on the road in less than 10 minutes.

They are almost always super busy, but despite their appearance, they can usually get you out in a decent timely fashion. Definitely call ahead to both locations on North Navarro and try to figure out which location has the shorter wait time. I have had tires replaced and patched at both locations, and they do a good job with both. Customer service is almost always good, and the employees a very informative. They do have a tendency to try and up-sell, but it is their job, so it’s to be expected.Oh, and they put their toilet paper on the roll the incorrect way.

I picked up a nail in my tire. They fixed it and were very friendly. Mardi was very professional in dealing with me. Hard working bunch of people!

This store has the fastest service out of all the Discount Tires I’ve been to.Note: It is best to schedule an appointment. Discount Tire is the only place where I get my tires and then with that their complimentary rotations and balances.

This experience with discount tire did not go so well. New tires purchased in another location in the same town apparently sold me a new bad set(4) of out of round tires. This store tells me that the tire is no longer available and tries to sell me on a more expensive tire, before I the option of warranty covered tire. The bad tires had less than 3000 miles on them. I feel they could have made more effort in compensating for my lost time from work and aggravation. Not going to recommend, and future purchase will be questionable. Good luck if you use them.

Carlos was in a mood today. Very dry, short, and unfriendly. As someone who has been in customer service for over 8 years, I can say it takes just as much energy to be nice, as it does to be rude. Except, being nice yields its benefits. Gave two stars because my routine rotation and balance was quick. I will re-rate this location IF I decide to come back.

I had an appointment for tire rotation and balance. I asked upon arrival how long it would take and they said 15 - 30 minutes tops. It was about 18 minutes. Fantastic experience and great staff. Highly recommend.

Extremely classy tire shop. We are travelling to Canada and stopped at an RV park in Victoria and noticed a screw into one of our fifth-wheel tires. I took the tire off and dropped it off around 3:30pm. By 4:30, they had a plug in place, but get a hold of this, THEY DID NOT CHARGE ME!!! They also took the tire off the rim and replaced the valve, AWESOME, totally impressed, thanks Roy!!!

My son had a dental appointment at 7am in Victoria and my truck needed tires. I attempted to get both done in the same morning. Dentist was finished by 7:45 and I was second in line at Discount. There was an issue with my bill being processed but I needed to get my son to school. The back tires were separating, making it unsafe to drive, so Galen let me take his personal truck. I live in Hallettsville. This is service and trust that is above and beyond. They also put my truck in to get tires before the approval so it would be ready when I got back. #customerforlife.
