Put in a $75 deposit for my rear windshield and waited over a week with no call..showed up to empty shop multiple times and no one was there..seemed like a great guys but during a pandemic money is tight for everyone...I will remove comment if I ever get my deposit back. If not Ill leave this here

Left my car Thursday said it should be finished that day. Told my husband that the windshield would be there that morning and it wouldn’t take long to put it in. He didn’t call until 4:30 that evening to say that the windshield came in broke. He had to keep it until Friday. Said he would make sure it was safe My husband drove by before he picked me up from work that evening and it was nowhere to be seen. He had to much in his garage to put it so without our concent he drove my car. He threw my stuff in the back. I just found a water bottle in the door. No one sits back there. So I’m very upset that he done this. He did a good job but will not recommend you leave you car there over night.

I waited two days ... Never was once called or notified when my window had been broken I had called several times. Finally returned a call and told me at 4 pm after being told 10 am . long story short .... My handle on my door from the inside will not open up so I will be fixing myself because I happen to know how ..but really poorly run business

Really Cheap Auto Glass replacement. Better than Safelite. Safelite want 500 for a windsheild repair but Conrad only want 195. And thats with installation. They have multiple options on bedliners and they can order floor runners for my truck totally using this company again. They were fast and efficient.
