BEWARE! Very Unprofessional! This Store needs to take better care of customers vehicles when parking. After installation, the technician pulled my car around to front of the store and while on street was rushed by traffic, drove my BMW over a curb head on into their parking spot, then states he does it all the time when confronted.Manager states he drove over with one side slow and that the city is responsible for curb being in the way of their parking spot. BS! I seen him with my own two eyes. He drove straight over with both tires into the empty parking spot shown in the photo while rushed by traffic.This store is unprofessional..THERES A REASON WHY NO IS PARKED THERE.THANKS FOR THE ALIGNMENT BILL.YOU BE THE JUDGE!

I made an appointment to get a chip fixed. I showed up 30 minutes early and they took the truck back. I got the notice that they started on it and it was done in 30 minutes. The ppl were very polite, and the place was clean. I will definitely go back to them if I need too

Fast, friendly service. Technician greeted us at the our vehicle. Listened to our request and saved special emblems for us. Ladies in the office were great at keeping us informed on the progress of back glass repair.

Tech did a great job fixing the chip on my windshield.

After installation of my windshield I noticed the trim is coming off. I waited a week for the tech to come to me for repairs. The trim stayed on less than 15 miles. Waited another week and the tech glued it down. Now I hear a whistle and I will NOT call again

I would have given 5 stars if the 4th time they came out had been done the first time. 1st time left me loud wind noise for the 8 hours I traveled the next day. 2nd time they said that it was cowling but couldnt fix it from that shop. 3rd time left me with horribly loud wind noise, as in cant hear the radio. 4th time.....after 3 weeks the young man that came out was so sweet, cleaned off the glue residue left on the other vehicle in my driveway, put in the glass with shaded band, that I was told wasnt available the other trips and did it all even when I was a bit grumpy with him for all the trouble. Jaime, out of Victoria, TX was fantastic!!! Very professional and dis a great job.

In and out with windshield and wiper blade replacement in less than 2 hours. Fast, professional, and reliable workmanship.

They got my windshield in very quickly. However, they didnt clean it at all, so when it rained (and I mean it was a downpour) I couldnt see at all. It was a serious hazard. I had to stop and get 409 degreaser to clean my windshield thoroughly, which immediately made a HUGE difference. Water beaded up and rolled right off. Make sure if you get a new windshield, that they clean it properly before you leave. I did appreciate that they took all my stickers off my old windshield and applied it to my new one. They were very friendly and the price was right. I recommend...just make sure its clean.

Have zero idea what they are doing!!Safelite is a good company but NOT Victoria, TX store, they have zero Idea of what they are working with. Here is a really good example story that happened to myself on how bad they are!They just refused to take fix my car windshield (2nd visit) because they are not knowledgeable enough to work on it.

I walked into the business and the lady was very pleasant! They are quick to gather all info needed, insurance, what kind of truck, and quick for appointments. Prices are very comparable! I would go back to them again and again if needed!

The tech could not get there and have it done before 5:00, so I called to see if he could come to my house instead and he was more than happy to do it. He was very professional. The workers here treat you the best ! They are not only nice they have candy for you and a treat for your dog ! They understand that you bring the business to them so they treat you right. The keep you informed about your glass, what needs to be done, and a final inspection to make sure your happy with the results.Great place to take you vehicle if you have a problem with your glass.

They dont come to your location for work on classic cars

Great service! In and out under 30 minutes. Service was very good. I have used Safelite in other cities and have not been disappointed.

The technician installed windshield and documented additional services performed when in fact they were not done. I tried to call local office, got the automated system. The system wasnt user friendly and I kept getting a response it didnt understand what I was saying, I was disappointed in not being able to get a real person.

I had 2 windshields replaced... my 2nd vehicle a few days after the installation rearview mirror fell and now just hanging by the wires and they said it would be 2 weeks before they could come reattach it... WTF seriously expect me to drive around and risk damage to my mirror and windshield with it flipping around really? Because they will supposedly pay for any other damages done... I dont believe that one bit... Or they said I take a day off of work and drive to a office to get it done... definitely not satisfied with the customer service... and now will be doing business elsewhere due to this...

Scheduled the night before, i dropped my car off and went on my merry way. About an hour later, they notified me that my car was ready. They put back my registration sticker and a miscellaneous maintenance sticker, which alot of places dont do.Hopefully ill never need them again, but if i do they will be the first option.

They got me in right away to fix a chip in my windshield and they helped me file with my insurance right on the spot. Calling to schedule is annoying though because you dont get a local person you schedule through the main corporation.
