Excellent service. Christina was very knowledgeable of products and has extensive experience in this industry. She was quite patient as I made choices for new construction.

Didnt catch the womans name I talked to. She was not helpful at all and acted like I had no idea what I was talking about. Kept asking me if I just wanted to order what I was looking for not knowing if it would fit. I continued to discuss options and she finally just blurted out do you want to order or not! Wont be back ever and dont recommend. I then drove to another business which treated me how I should be treated and when I told her of my experience she told me that she has been hearing of people experiencing similar problems. Hands down one of the worst customer service experiences Ive had in a long time.
