Staff is so rude and are not helpful all. When you ask them for help they get frustrated because they have to do their job. The manager was even worse. Will NEVER shop there again. Id rather pay a couple of extra dollars and go somewhere else.

The employees that work at this place are awesome. Any questions I had they had an answer. I was looking for some laminate flooring that I had bought there five years prior unfortunately they didnt have it because it was no longer available but they were nice enough to let me know where to find it. I was very pleased 👍

Guys are helpful. My kitchen cabinets are coming from them. Glass doors and one section of cabinets are on backorder is why I didnt give 5 stars. Nice place to shop for my remodel 😀

I went to Surplus Warehouse yesterday and encountered a rude, impatient employee, but i figured that he was just stressed from preparing for the sale today. Anyways, i came back today and dealt with a different person who was also very impatient and rude although there were no customers waiting behind me. The staff needs to work on their positive customer relations.

We purchased our bamboo flooring, kitchen sink, and bathroom cabinet and all our faucets from Surplus Warehouse. We are very pleased with all of our purchases. The employees are all very helpful and friendly.

Great experience, if your looking for a bargain for building supply such a in redoing your home you cant get a better deal.

Drove 150 miles twice once to return wrong part and then to get a missing part. Spent more money on gas than i saved.

Order my kitchen cabinets and they had half of them ready within the first week but, the order half was a special order which it end up being lost. So now a month already and i havent received the rest of them and their excuse is idk what happen they should be here next week. Again is being another week and nothing.

I bought a bathtub for 150 because it had a little ding on it! Compared to 350-600?? Dont mind if I do! I also bought some of their floor! Everyone always asks where I got it from & how much was ! they cant believe the prices of this place ! Looking forward to kitchen countertops next :)
