I went in to buy a water filter housing after the ice storm. They were the only people to have it and were helpfull. I was set up with the installer for an appointment to price up rehooking my water softner, swell tank and other components. The guy told me hed call me when he came out there that day. Never got a cal . The next day no call. So I waited for two days and not even the respect of a phone cal . I called today to check on my appointment and he told me hes busy with paying customers. I informed him I am a potential customer as I am getting my well fixed not just getting a quote from you . He then said itll be next week and that he has paying customers out of water . I said sir we had an appointment AFTER the ice storm and Im paying cash money also. I also am a single father of 2 kids and a retired disabled veteran with no water and we had an appointment. Not even an apology or anything just yea screw you and our appointment. Im thinking my money may have not been the color he liked. Ill never ever go here or send anyone here ever. Totally disrespectful and unprofessional.

Britt and his helper came out on very short notice to help me with a failed water well pump. Friendly, professional and did an outstanding job. Britt is a hard worker and is meticulous in his work. He didnt cut corners on anything. On top of all of that they are very reasonable in cost. I wont use anyone else for my plumbing needs. Thanks again guys for taking care of us today!
