We leased a softener for 13 years. We decided to purchase a water softener in March 2021. A young salesman came to our house and tested water and explained to us what would be the best softener for us. The young man was ACE .. very nice, helpful My husband and I selected a softener and a payment plan. Water softener has been great, we really love it. On April 25, 2021, upon viewing our checking account online, there was a $6, 600 withdrawal from Culligan. We were in shock, knowing that we had worked out a payment plan with the salesman... now, it is Monday and we are frantic!

The best customer service every time whether in person or when going to the office. This is also the best tasting water.

Dont buy water softner from this place because warranty wont cover anything. Softners are way overpriced, service is outrageous just to come out and replacement parts are astronomical. This rated PG and based on a true story.

Culligan has the worst service. If I could give them a 0* I would. First, they forgot to deliver salt which ran our unit out of salt. Then, once they got that fixed and delivered the salt, the guy doesnt make sure the salt got all the way down which caused an air pocket bridge which caused the unit to still not work. A week later I called and they sent out a technician who explained what was the cause, calling it a salt bridge. He literally kicked the side of the salt container and the salt went down fixing the problem. A month later I get a bill for labor and service fee for $117+tax for a situation that Culligan caused....Are you kidding me? I was not even told that they would charge for coming out. The technician was great but their customer service rep is just plain rude and does not care.

The Culligan technician was prompt and very capable. The entire installation was completed in less than 3 hours. Very happy with the service and product, our well water is much easier to deal with now.

I purchased a Culligan system several months ago. Every couple of months they deliver bags of salt to me. I am a elderly widow and I keep an eye on what I am billed for and how much they actually deliver. I have had to call them every time after they come to complain about something. Last month I watched the deliveryman put in two bags of salt and he even said it would only take two. Afterwards when I got a receipt it showed three bags of salt. I called the Culligan office in Victoria to complain they said it would be adjusted on the actual bill. When I just received my bill it had not been corrected. In calling the office again I was told that the driver said he delivered three bags which was not true. They would not adjust my bill and I again told them I was cancelling my service. This company is robbing folks by billing them for supplies they never received. I would not recommend this company to anyone else unless they changed their delivery and billing practices.

We just recently had our yearly filter and membrane replacement work done on our residential Culligan RO unit. Culligan Ultrapure of Victoria has techs that know what they’re doing. They are quick, professional and neat, no mess to deal with! We highly recommend Culligan Ultrapure of Victoria.

Have been a customer for about 2 years. Find the water quality to be smooth, tasty and not harsh; no aftertaste like our tap water. Service is wonderful. If there is an error, a call to the office always yields positive results. My one concern is the need for stair climbing delivery dollys so the delivery personnel wouldn’t risk falling or injury while carrying 2 - 5 gallon bottles on their shoulders. Culligan, the ball is in your court. Thank you & continue the marvelous work!
