Awesome service fixed my phone within a few hours . My phone feels brand new again thanks cell on !

We had accidentally put in a sim card wrong into a brand new cell phone that was mailed to us and I was sent to 3 different places here in Victoria and each time they said they didnt have the tools to get it out without messing it up. I went to Cell On in the mall and they said they couldnt believe that the other people I had gone to couldnt do it. I gave them the phone and they immediately began working on it. Twenty minutes later, I had a phone that worked! They were able to get the sim card out, and then put it correctly in the phone for me. Not only that, but they checked, double checked, and triple checked that the sim was working correctly and not damaged! Onur was super amazing and made sure he did his due diligence to help me! Not only did I walk out with a working phone but also a phone case that they helped me pick out to go with the phone! I know the first place I am going to the next time I have phone troubles. Thank you guys so much!

Got there at 840 they closed at 900 and they replaced my phone screen and battery! They also had great discounts and were extremely helpful! I highly recommend!

Got turned away and told to wait 10 days for a new phone but here he managed to find the problem and fix it for me at a better price and took less than 30 minutes to get it back to me.
