Great customer service! Christian was extremely helpful and very patient with me. When he didn’t know the answer he was very honest and said he would find out. Great place to go for great T-Mobile expert advice!

They Christian( sales person) lied to me on phone ana tell me they have iPhone 12 available in blue colour. I drove there and he changed and ask me to order online . He mislead and try to sale me different phone and colour. Never go there they just rude and clue less what they talking about. Go Navarro store . Good people.

Maribelia and Ronnie helped us find the best plans and options for our budget. They were very helpful and patient. This is the best T-Mobile location in town. Don’t go to the one on Navarro across from Lowe’s. They are always rude and pushy.

The people were very patient and informative. We are considering switching from Verizon. Looks like we will say goodbye to Verizon.

My husband Hector Salinas and I traveled from Corpus Christi to Victoria due to the misleading info received in the Corpus location. Management K.Garcia was great. He was respectful, precise and patient as he switched us over from Sprint to TMobile. Also I want to thank Paige for her compassion. She offered me her personal water and some yogurt due to my sugar drastically dropping. Also to Jaylyn who helped with the port. Thank you TMobile for welcoming us!

Manager is very friendly/helpful. GREAT communication and problem solving skills - Went in with an unusual charge on my bill, and they were able to figure out what happened in a timely manner, while also making me feel important. Love tmobile.

It was the worst customer service Ive ever experienced. They ignored us and talked to each other and other customers that were already being helped by another employee. They never asked me for my pin or ID and they knew nothing about the phones.

Besides having a couple employees who need attitude adjustments, they are clueless on how to fix issues or problems with phones they sell. After the initial sale of a phone, u will receive substandard help with poor customer service skills. Youd be much much much better off going to the Navarro location.

They tried very hard to fix my issue. While they could not resolve it (it was a very complex issue) They tried their very best and I like that.Them working so hard is why Im still a tmobile customer.

The lady with the lip piercing comes off very rude. Not very helpful either.

Would have given zero stars but it wouldnt let me..Went in to pay my bill and the manager and assistant manager were acting childish in the backroom..and cussing to where I could hear them in the front... They were tossing a basketball and hitting the walls and bouncing it in the back...very unprofessional...I will not visit this location again!! I will make a point to drive across town!!!
