Tabitha at the pharmacy was super helpful and kind. After having a bad experience at the Walgreens across the street we decided to use CVS and so happy we did. Definitely using CVS from here on out.
My wife and I only use the drive thru to pickup our prescriptions. We never had a bad experience except sometimes very busy with long lines of vehicles waiting.
No updates in your hrs?? Specially in this weather...Why we been your loyal customers, at least let’s know you will close !! During this bad weather your costumers need to know if your pharmacy will be open or what!! People get sick.
Thank You for helping me find the product that I was looking for.
The young lady with the GREEN BLUE hair at the front register was extremely rude over the phone after speaking with the manager Mike I would only assume she’ll be givin a tutorial and more training on how to treat customers properly. If you don’t like your job honey...simple..Quit.
I called on 8/11/2020, spoke to someone in Pharmacy and she confirmed my prescription would be ready the next day. When by in the afternoon following day and no record of my prescription being filled. I was disappointed my prescription not ready and was told to come back in 20 minutes and it would be ready.
I just stopped by to get my sons medicine. The girl got the info, sent me the receipt but no medication. I sat there for a few minutes thinking they were going to send it down. Never did. No big deal. I press the call button to let her know. Never answered so I sat there for a good 15 mins before she finally asked me what I needed, I told her she never sent my sons medication. I understand people get busy, but she helped 2 more cars before coming back to me and I know she seen me still sitting there looking at her in the window.. This is not the first time I have been unhappy with CVS. If only Walgreens still accepted my sons insurance Id still be going to them.
Great service
I refill my prescription in store for my insulin. I was told it would be an hour. I leave and return and am told that they are out of insulin. No one thought to call me. I can’t live without my insulin. It would have taken a phone call to alert me that I better be looking elsewhere for it at a different pharmacy. After I stated I had no more insulin and would have to go to the ER they magically find one more bottle of insulin which was given to me as a “loaner.” I appreciate them scrounging through the back for a bottle of insulin, but if I hadn’t pushed the issue, a bottle would never have been located in the depths of the storage fridge.
The only place in town l will fill my prescriptions. Cheaper than anywhere else I have found in town. The staff is great and friendly. The only thing I dont like is that CVS do not sell cigarettes.

I have told staff five times in the last three years in the pharmacy that I will call in my prescriptions. They still continue to fill them with out my consent, I called to have the prescription filled and they said it was ready. went to pick up the next day and then they said it was put back into stock? I think im going to charge them for wasting my time.
