My wife and I only use the drive thru to pickup her medications. Always a line of cars ahead of you. the total time of the last visit was 40 minutes to receive medications. Better pack a lunch!!

Do not fill your prescriptions here - HANA N - pharmacist refuses to fill life saving prescriptions given by your doctor based on her personal beliefs. HANA N is a fraud.

My dad just left to get syringes for insulin and was denied them. They told him he had to have a prescription… he’s does & told them he does. They still refused to sale to him! I have bought syringes with no prescription before… sorry he doesn’t look healthy or maybe he looks a certain way that your would deny him! I am so unhappy with your service right now. Bad enough he waiting for a very long time for them & I waited in my car with a crying baby! You are very unprofessional & stereotyped my dad I don’t appreciate that at all!

Always friendly going out of their way on more than several occasions. Both the location near the mall as well as the other near airline and CVS has treated me with above and beyond hospitality and friendliness--its great theres been more than once its done something to my day that increased my feeling of personal value. Walking out standing taller feeling More like the day would go well and Even deserving that it wouldThats Nice!

Friendly staff here every time goes a long way compared to the CVS across the street. The young lady in the beauty dept is great!👍

They take care of my family prescriptions. For a long time this is the only place i go. Ya longs are long but they always have are stuff right.

The staff is almost always friendly and helpful, store usually stocked with normal product so I dont have to make more than one trip and waste gas driving to other Walgreens locations. Prices may be just a little higher than stores like HEBplus or Walmart, but the convenience to get in and out in 5 minutes when Im in a rush is worth the extra dollar or two. Also they give rewards for all your purchases (when you sign up for their Balance Rewards Program) and the points stack up so fast that I usually have $5 worth of points to apply to my purchase almost every other trip I go. One time it was $10! Almost every purchase you make rewards you with coupons and some of those coupons give you up to 10x the normal reward points on certain purchases, especially beauty products. With all these savings, it ends up being just as affordable as bigger stores! Walgreens is definitely my favorite place to purchase health and beauty products, by far!

The customer service at the pharmacy is terrible! They are rude and very sarcastic. I do have a choice, but when you have to take a family member to the ER, you have no choice. The employees forget that WE are the customers! Not them! I will never come here again!

Absolutely the worst pharmacy around, they have bold faced lied to me multiple times about my families medicines not being ordered. Ill call the doctor and they will say its been ordered in but Wal Greens will still lie and say nothing has come in. Recently they told me my fathers prescription wont be ready and to wait an hour and a half. I said, dont you close in an hour? Ya guess youre not getting them tonight. Thank you for that Wal Greens for being complete trash

Cant even answer the phone so I can see if they have something in stock. Last thing I would do is allow them to fill my prescriptions if their to greedy to hire enough help

It is very sad for the Victoria community to have this only resource to get medicine late at nigth. (24 hrs walgreens on airline) It looks they do not the staff to do the job. In addition they do not seem motivated doing their job (lazy people). Hopefully CVS will open a 24 hrs service.

Been on hold for 10 minutes no acknowledgement from the pharmacy. Called back and went through the main line was on hold for 7 minutes and still no acknowledgement from the pharmacy. finally asked to speak to the manager. Told her what I needed she said to give her a minute and she would get back to. That took an 3 minutes. Seems customer service is not on the top of the list for this Walgreens.

My favorite location. It feels bigger and its open 24 hours.

Failed to enter prescription into the system for over 3 hours so I was unable to pick up at another location. Kept on hold for over 1.5 hours until the location I was in closed.

I really like the cosmetic and arthritis creams that is sold at Walgreens at the corner of Airline and Navarro in Victoria Texas.
