I love big lots. This place has some cute finds. It is very dirty though. I like shopping online & when I pick up an order, I have not had to wait very long.

If you like shopping for a bargain, this is your store. Furniture outlet, cleaning supplies, for the energy drinker cheaper then Walmart. School supplies, crafts, candles, phone cards, headphones. Very cheap and reasonable pantry items, assorted plastics, trash cans and trash bags. A bit of everything.

Friendly service, patience,very understanding with what I was trying to purchase. They told me and showed me ways to save on my purchases, considering that I was needing to buy for multiple rooms for my house

My cousin bought this bed NOT EVEN a year ago and it came with missing pieces, an unstable foundation, and not enough holes and nails to put it all together! If anything I dont get why yall sell beds if theyre just going to break every 5 days.

I went in kind of discombobulated. Delores was more than helpful in helping me select a storage unit. She read all the dimensions to me and carried it to the check out.

I ordered furniture through this store and they told me it would be here in 2 weeks and it came in before 2 weeks and it was on sale and they honored the sale.

Placed an order online for curb pick up on an item that showed 5 in stock so I ordered 2. I not only recieved a confirmation email stating my order was ready for pick up but drove 1.5hrs to pick it up. When I arrive they had no record of my order. I showed them my confirmation email with my order number and items. Their simple response Sorry maam we have no record of your order. We only have 1 in stock would you like to take it?... Not even to offer a slight discount or something for the inconvenience. Horrible customer service!

Rearranged since the last time I was in the store with a ton more space devoted to home furnishings.

Had 2 item I wanted. Other too pricey. Clean n friendly.

Went to buy an entertainment center and 2 bookshelves. Lady tool my question on if the entertainment center was in stock then she blew me off and walked away.

The store has nothing but furniture and Halloween stuff.I went to buy outdoor lighting and they only had 1 string of miniature lights.Grocery section was being stocked but I felt this new direction is probably not going to work for me.

Love going there, find many items, on sale. Great price. Employees have to be more friendly, and smile!?

Called 3 times to talk to the manager regarding a position they have posted and still NO manager has called. Ever had my friend call there and ask if a manager was in and she was told, yes they are in hold on. What a bunch of BS that people get these management position and cant even do the job.

Kind of disappointing, seem to be more about selling furniture. The grocery section has about the same prices or are slightly higher than HEB or Walmart. No great savings unless you can catch a sale.

Pete and Cindy were extremely helping in assisting my mom and I finding patio furniture. They also helped us load our purchases. :) The staff is attentive to the shoppers needs. Great bargin shopping, several seasonal items displayed.
