Good decent Wal-Mart, always very busy here...enough space for a Semi Truck

The store was pretty clean, unlike a few weve been to recently where there closing early to stock/clean really just means they are closing early and stocking in the WAY ALL DAY long. Only had this a bit of this in the womens clothing but it looked like a reset not stocking, so now help for that. Staff was a bit chit chatty with each other but they were friendly so cant really complain and honestly you rather have that than miserable employees. The only fault I have right now would be there was quite a few empties out of stock in some of the Isles we were looking at. And not like essentials or anything it was usually regularly stocked things like the Legos (isle was half empty) and few other things we were shopping for that day.

Checking out was a big pain. . Not one manned check out station was open. .everyone had to self check out. This is a bad Idea Walmart.!! .better change it back people like service.

This is my favourite Walmart store.It always has what I need each time I visit.They do a good job of having a clean and arranged aisle and shelves.The staff are always ready to help if you have any issues. They are so friendly and professional.The store is always neat too.The management does a good job here.

This Wal Mart seems to be a little nicer and have a little better selection of products than the Wall Mart on my side of the county but then again the grass does always seem greener on the other side of the fence.When the grass is actually greener on the other side of the fence, it is generally due to a septic system issue of malfunction.

Need more electric handi cart Everytime I visit the store they have carts broken not working. Im on disability and have a broken ankle. I spend alot of money. Just hope they have carts working especially during the holidays coming up😳

Every time I visit Walmart on Navarro in Victoria, Texas they pretty much have what I need. Yesterday, was a treat. Let me just say, Sales,Sales and more Sales . I was not disappointed 🥰

The lady at the Self checkout acted like she didnt want to help no one or anything.. Its like the customers were bothering her! It you cant be nice and Attentive while at work you shouldnt be there! Just saying! If I could I wouldnt give a star at all!

A man named Mark evertime I go in to Walmart he always sees me an ask if I need help very clean respected man an cares about people.

The pharmacy was great. I just wish the rest of the staff was more helpful. It took another customer to help my mother to get another buggy when someone took it while she was in the restroom. My mother has a drop foot and walking is painful for her.

Always a pleasure with a side of adventure shopping at Walmart. Huge variety and low prices if you know where to look. I visit daily to be completely honest. Thank you Walmart

Found almost everything I went for. The only part I didnt like was there are 14-16 registers and only 1 clerk to check out. Give an incentive for self-check, like maybe 10 percent off total purchase?

Great customer service. I asked someone where somthing was they told me exactly where it was. During tax season. I bought a set of tires, very quick about putting them on.

5 stars for the most beautiful bathrooms I have ever seen in a Walmart. Looks like new construction. Employees are nice and the place is clean. Looks larger than the average wally. I like this location better than the one in town. View my photos.

You need cashiers checking people out. Elderly people have a hard time with all this high tech stuff. Please hire cashiers!

Go to store for a wide variety of merchandise to meet everyday needs. I shop mostly for pharmacy and grocery items. Many items are limited in the variety of choices of branded products. Store personnel are personable and helpful. Prices are competitive compared with similar stores.

Had most of what we needed, but will never be better than 2 stars until they get more than 1 or 2 checkers open at a time.Its tax free weekend before school starts on Sunday afternoon and no 2 long lines???

They let me stand in front of the video game case for 30 minutes and nobody would get a game out for me. I asked two employees for help. Apparently the employees in black shirts just assume they dont work there. I had to go because of an appointment, come back, now the last copy of the game is gone. Never shopping here ever again. Walmart blows

Love this store but sucks when only two registers are open

Their gluten free section is pretty good. However today the soup cans were. Not in order. Just wasnt in the mood to search for gluten free cream of chicken.

What I enjoy most about this Wal-Mart is the friendliness of those working there and the fact I know where everything is located.

Its okay. Its a Walmart. The only complaint I have is either they need more human checkout lines open, or the need to add another automated section.

Tasting room was spacious and clean. Clinton (the host) was knowledgeable, polite and engaging. Good range of wines from very dry to sweet, well done 👏!

The pharmacy is always helpful and quick.

Customer service is hard to find...noone in sight and when u do see one they say their going to get someone to help and u NVR heard from noone again...checking out is horrific and I used to love Walmart but I hate to go now because the workers are rude, lazy, and just dont care about resolving customer issues.

You can usually find what you need. They have self checkout so you dont have to wait on a checker like the smaller stores

Went to Walmart to pick up a few items, and was a victim of being racial profiled, didnt know Walmart staff was allowed to do this in this day and age.

No cash taken at the self-check lanes and the only register open that took cash had six people waiting in line ☹️

The optical center was very good. I did have a wait because there was only one attendant there. But it was well worth the wait.

They accuse me of stealing and embarrass me in front of everybody when I didnt steal nothing very bad time at Walmart on Tidwell Street in Houston Texas

Friendly, informative staff. Well kept and organized product areas. Very vast selection and diversity of product. Between regular lines and self checkout, I have never had to wait but a couple minutes to checkout my purchases. Only major downside is parking can be scarce or a long walk.

This is the place we bought bed spreads and grocery. They dont have great selection like their supper store does.

The stores are nice, its just hard to find someone to help in most of the department. If someone is assigned to a department they should stay and not wander off, untill their shift is over.

Service was excellent and the workers were a blessing.

I had to get chairs for a house I manage...this is what they looked like. Im sorry...I shouldnt have to clean the chairs when I buy them brand new...inside the store.

Cometely out of bread, milk, eggs, meat and most of their frozen foods. The had the back ladies room closed for cleaning and the front restrooms were taped closed. I had to hurry back to the back restroom that was being cleaned by a nice guy and I told him I had to use the ladies room desperately. Thank goodness he understood and let me in and left. He finished his cleaning afterwards.

Store is ok. Just have an issue with some of the poorly designed products they sell. I purchased a backpack sprayer for weed killer, the Chapin Homepro brand, 4 gallon (see attached photo). Heres how senseless the manufacturer is:The pump handle attaches with 2 bolts and nuts (hexagon heads that require a box-end wrench or socket), but the wrench included was a small hex key, made for a completely different style of bolt.Also, the strap to hang this sprayer on your back is poorly designed. The strap chokes your throat. There are two little hooks on the belt that look like theyre designed to hook to the bottom of the sprayer to support it, but the hooks are placed improperly. They cant be hooked. Oh, if all else fails read directions, right? The instructions dont tell you where to hook those hooks or how to fasten the pump handle. They just tell you the already obvious facts, like which hole to fill the tank with (there is only one, Duh!), and they show you a list of parts and their names. Not how to use it.It was hilarious, but I couldnt laugh, beings I had just spent over $50 on this sprayer. So I carefully put it back into the original box with all the parts, left the box untaped, and returned it to Walmart. I told the lady at the service desk what the issues are, and I stayed calm, told her the exact truth, and she willingly gave me a full refund, no questions asked.Conclusion: Walmart as a store or company is better than some of their products.I then bought a better sprayer from Lowes. Walmart is probably naive to this product quality issue. Hopefully whoever manufactured this sprayer will be put out of business and will find something to do they actually know how to do.Now I can laugh, since I got the refund.

I wish Walmart was more connected to real Americans. They make me sad. Will shop anywhere else I can. Im not on board with their agenda for America. Amazon either. Boycott.

Each self check had about six customers waiting in lines an there was only ONE CHECKER actually checking customers out on a Saturday Morning!!! Very poor customer service.

Busy good service

It seems like every week theres a different problem with the food section of the store. A couple of weeks ago, there were several different packages of meat that were clearly spoiled and no one in sight for the meat department to discuss it. 2 weeks in a row now, the bagel section has practically been nonexistent. The produce is a hit or miss. Either theres good fresh options or theres molded fruit and vegetables sitting around with gnats everywhere. At this rate, I might as well just go to HEB for everything I need. Very disappointing to say the least.

There was a girl there shs was so nice love her attitude she was great she was at the self check out not the first ones but the bigger self check out she had blondish curly hair she was awsome 💛

Their prices are hard to beat. So I will always come here a lot for almost anything. I have yet need to order stuff online but most likely will in the future. Only reason why I gave it 4 stars was the fact that its all really self checkout, so it tends to take more time due to other costumers, or waiting on someone to clear/ verify something on the screen. Customer service has worked out good for me too.
