After reading the recent review from Ashley Camille about her treatment from Compadres Design, I am appalled that she feels the need to disrespect this company and their employees. I have been using Compadres for many years, not only for my two businesss needs but also our local high school baseball program, little league program, and wraps for our boats. Jay, Lori, Chris and their staff have gone above and beyond. The quality of their work is undeniably the best. I have been 110% completely satisfied with their staff, prices, designs, turn around time, and professionalism. Jay, Lori, and Chris have donated countless items to our baseball programs. I am talking thousands of dollars worth. These people have the biggest hearts and the most loyal customer base. I am only one of those loyal customers and have been for many years. Im not just someone that picked up the phone and wanted this company to stop production so that I was taken care of.THANK YOU COMPADRES DESIGN FOR EVERYTHING THAT YOU DO FOR OUR COMMUNITY AND FOR ALL OF THE COUNTLESS HOURS YOU DEDICATE TO HELPING OTHERS!!!

****Edited to add: this is obviously a review based on the experience I had-- which was with the woman I spoke to on the phone-- which I definitely specify in this review.Also, again, this is MY personal experience. Not a representation of all customers of all time as well as various teams, etc.I thought that was obvious, but I am more than happy to edit this to make that abundantly clear. IM SURE that whatever T-shirt our team ultimately ends up with, will be just fine.In NO way, shape, or form did I request that all production CEASE, so that my needs could be fulfilled... but thank you, Tammy Mitscherling *review beneath mine* for the grossly, misconstrued interpretation of my own, personal review.I dont understand how giving an honest account of my personal experience is somehow a bad thing. If a person doesnt want a poor review, then do not treat them poorly. In fact, if the woman would have immediately apologized & offered something to the effect of Im so sorry I yelled at you.. I am having a terrible day then, I would have been more than forgiving & I would have dropped it & forgotten it. But I feel compelled to write a review because I honestly feel all people (customers, particularly) should be treated with kindness, respect, & courtesy; and that is my firm belief.I do not at all appreciate being review-shamed by such a loyal customer (ie: Tammy) who for years & years & years & years has been SO satisfied, yet has just now taken the time to leave their generous & favorite business a review (sheesh, what a way to repay them!)-- & its not even a praise-worthy review. Its a retort (actually, a tirade even) against MY review. I certainly would hope that this one woman, does not generally represent your satisfied-customer-base &/or the behavior of them as well. *****By far, the WORST customer service over-the-phone I have ever received in my life, from the one woman I spoke to. I was so appalled. I am the coach of my team, & a parent was kind enough to volunteer to create, organize, & order team shirts..... when she told the team she needed our orders in today, there was no sizing chart available..so I decided to call Compadres.The first woman said she had no idea about the sizing, that it just depends (but hey, at least she was friendly, if unhelpful..).She said that on her, an Adult Medium was super large but that then again, the Adult Small was tight in the chest area.... so, I asked for a sizing chart or could she text me pictures of the T shirts &/or people wearing the shirts---anything? Any sizing reference online?...Then she said, well, she would transfer me to another woman and that woman would be able to answer all my questions & about size, etc (not sure on this womans name..Christina? Or Tina? she sounded like an older woman, on the phone).This woman then gets on the phone, & begins screaming at me, THERE IS NO WAY ANY EMPLOYEE CAN TEXT OR SEND YOU ANY SIZES!!!!& Im not but two words in when she cuts me off by yelling, YOU ARE NOT LISTENING TO ME!!! YOU JUST HAVE TO COME IN THE STORE!!!! & you BETTER come in bc we are NOT liable if it doesnt fit you!! YOU would be liable for the cost!!!Really? How unprofessional, RUDE, & disgraceful.& she seriously demands that the CUSTOMER adhere/listen to HER?! How about LISTEN to the CUSTOMER?! Imbecile.As a business owner myself, I would NEVER, EVER treat any of our clients in this manner-- ever. Under any circumstances.All she received from me after that, was a dead line. Because I hung up the phone.I have no time or tolerance for the unnecessary condescending, deplorable treatment of others.If someone else on my team acquires a sizing chart, then I MIGHT consider ordering one, but only because I am the coach & made a prior commitment to wearing a team shirt, and taking team pictures.... Otherwise, not only will you never receive any business from me in the future, but you wont receive it even now. Yes-bc of ONE bad employee!Thanks for nothing but an example of how you definitely do NOT treat customers.
