I went in to get alterations done on 2 pairs of jeans and it took almost a week okay. I understand when I went to pick my 2 pairs of jeans 1 was still to long so I called and the lady said she can fix them but i would of have to pay again I’m like wow it doesn’t even look like the have been alter I took 2 pairs of jeans and one was done okay but the other one not so good at all never again my first time going and my last time as u can tell in the picture and these are brand new jeans

Overpriced!!

Service was reasonable price. They finished my daughters jacket faster than promised and it is exactly like she wanted. They even fixed the things that the letterman company messed up! Will do business there again for sure. Very large selection and MANY color choices for patches and embroidery.

UNDENIABLY THE BESTT-shirt/Embroidery/boutique shop- EVER!!!!They have embroidered T-shirts, gym bag, back pack, tote...ETC & have done an EXCEPTIONAL job on EVERY order!Simply outstanding!And I have to say-- their employee Christy (might be Chrissy--sorry on spelling) IS SO NICE!!! I could not compliment her enough on her exquisite customer service skills!!! She is SO friendly, kind, accommodating, helpful, knowledgeable, & courteous. It is SO imperative to have the utmost highest quality of employees working for you (& I feel a lot of businesses forget this) because these employees are the face of your company & handle the customers... if their interaction does not go well with the customers-- then the business will not be profitable... so, Im sure if this young lady reflects the overall staff of Initially Yours, then business will be booming for quite a while!!!!I also want to mention that she & Initially Yours really saved me! I had a miserable experience with another local T-shirt shop & so I called Initially Yours and wow, right from the jump it was a 180 difference! Without me even having to ask, Christy offered me T-shirt sizes, colors, fonts & sizes, mascot samples, etc..ALL OVER THE PHONE, TOO!!! How AWESOME & convenient is that?! At that point... I didnt care how much $ it cost, I was giving all my $ to THIS exceptional customer service!! And I cant even tell you how in-love I was with the final product.. it was EVEN MORE than I had imagined-- absolute PERFECTION!! AND finished within only 4 hours!!! Thats INCREDIBLE!! Most T-shirt shops take 2+ WEEKS!!!This is definitely my go-to place for ALL of my T-shirt/embroidery needs!!!LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE!Thank you SO much for your service & for being an outstanding example for businesses everywhere!
