My husband and I walked in with hurting backs and necks. The Man that was working was very knowledgeable about this and recommended 2 diffrent beds. And 2 pillows. And I have to say the bed we chose, is great. We dont hurt or toss and turn trying to get comfortable. Its a bed with coils in it an coolness in mattress. Very comfortable . We also got 2 serenty pillows and our neck pains have went away. I highly recommend this place. Great prices. Alot to choose from.

I went to mattress depot yesterday for a new mattress and the girl was very helpful and got us a great deal on a mattress but when we went to pick it up they gave us a whole different mattress than the one I paid for and said it was free upgrade. this bed is not comfortable at all and nothing like the one I wanted and paid for. Be careful If you buy from them. They gave me completely different brand and style mattress.

We were shopping for a new mattress and decided to stop at the Mattress Depot. We had already priced mattresses at Ashley Furniture. From the minute we walked in the door it was a pleasant experience. The sales rep was professional knowledgeable about the products he showed us. Unlike Ashley Furniture who tried to pressure us into a purchase. The rep made us feel welcome and un-pressured. I knew after the first 5 minutes that we were going to purchase our new mattress at Mattress Depot. The sales rep gave us all of the information we needed on his products available. We purchased the mattress that we liked the best. And the rep sweetened the deal by throwing in a couple of extra items. If you are looking for a new mattress and dont like pressure sales. Drive past Ashley Furniture and stop at Mattress Depot. It pays to shop at an independently owned business.

I bought a bed here and they gave me the wrong slats so the bed is unusable. I called several times and keep getting the run around about a call back and scheduling a delivery out to me since I am almost 3 hours away from them but they will not return the call. Very poor customer service in selling products that are unusable right out of the box. I would be very leery about spending a dollar in this place as there are cheaper places in town that you will actually purchase good working condition furniture. Do not shop here unless you want the run around.

Mattress depot is the place to go for furniture. I ordered a mattress from mattress one and it was supposed to be delivered last Saturday between 8 am and 8 pm. They called at 7:30 that night to inform me the truck broke down. Then I was told yesterday my mattress wasnt even on the truck because it was on back order and it would be in this Saturday between 8 am and 8 pm. I was so disappointed. I went to Mattress Depot and I left with a better bed and so much happier. Thank you very much Taylor for your service.this us the place from now on that will be receiving my business.

I had A great experience buying fruniture here! And Rey Perez, the store manager took his time to go over all the options that he had available for me. Then when I thought I was going to have to pay cash he actually got me qualified for a ridiculously low intrest rate so I didnt have to use all my cash. The crew their loaded my entire bedroom suite carefully and DIDNT damage ONE PIECE! I reccomend Rey Perez and Mattress Depot to Anyone who wants great customer service and a Phenomenal Deal on New fruniture and mattresses. And I dont even like buying fruniture. Not a good experience when having to deal with warranty issues. They change their response to stuff every time you call or go by there. Would not recommend them.
