Great products for your home! I love this store because they have items I cannot get anywhere else. The Wamsutta brand in the bath linens and sheets holds up real well. They actually have a lot of good quality products.

Haven’t been to this location before. I have shopped at the Jess Ranch location and I found that location superior compared to this store. I found the store disorganized. The staff working on the floor seemed indifferent to either my mother or myself as customers. This is definitely a place to watch out for high prices. With the competition from Walmart and Amazon, this store seems to be pricing itself out if the market. The only way that I would purchase anything from here is sale items with using a coupon. Without that consideration there are much better deals to be found on similitude products elsewhere. I sense this chain is struggling.

I love this store however this specific store is closing you can still find really good deals. Probably open till the end of the year Im glad I still have the one in apple valley.

I had called about 2 Sodastream refill bottles being in stock. They confirmed they had them and I told them I was going to drive 50 miles to get them. What I didnt realize it was going to take 2.5 hours to get there. They held the bottles at the front desk. Even though they said 2 others asked to buy them at the desk they were still there when I arrived. I was very thankful even after the drive. Customer service gets A plus.

I was looking for coasters for the living room and a new tablecloth for the dining room and of course...score! The table cloth pattern almost mirrored the centerpiece I made for the table and the coasters I chose from their amazing selection are even way more than I was expecting. The employees are so knowledgeable and always eager to make sure that you are happy before you leave.

Like coming to see all the cool stuff, staff is friendly and very helpful

I always enjoy walking into this store. It always smells so good. I enjoy shopping here (I want one of everything).

There was this gentleman at the cashier, he welcomed us as we entered the store with warmth and was also extra kind and nice when we were checking out. I was very happy and smiling as walking out the store. He truly cared about his customer and was professional .I think it was Marcus ? On his name tag, Im not sure but I really want to tell him that I appreciate him for making my day.The world needs more people like him.

Just went in to see about picking up a new cups for my grandchildren for the car and was approached bye three different workers as I was going through the store all asking me was I okay did I need any help trying to locate anything if there was something high on the shelf that I need it what the specials in the store were and actually ended up picking up something that I wasnt looking for and getting it because it was one of the specials upon checking out that was a really nice thing to have with the heat that were having here in the high desert so its a great store plenty of helpful hands to help you and clean I would suggest you going there and guarantee you if youre not sure what youre looking for youll probably find it just walking through the store have a great time there

This store in VV is closing doesnt accept any coupons and no returns, didnt have what I needed. But lots of marked down prices for what they have left in the store

Always have nice things. However, I was looking for a tray for the fridge that holds 18 eggs. They had one that holds 14. Wants the point? When you buy eggs, its usually 12, 18 or more

I absolutely love that they have a do-it-yourself gift wrapping station for bridal registry items. It saved me from buying wrapping supplies that I didnt need and a trip to another store. I removed one star because it took a while to check out due to one woman being on the phone and the other woman ringing by herself with a long line.

Amanda was very friendly and kind. She was very helpful and helped me resolve my issue very quickly. I would highly recommend this location and am glad that I met Amanda

Why did bed bath & beyond still in business? They are so short staffed. I always have a problem when visiting one of these stores. The line is long. Only one cashier. You cant find any help in the store.

Friday,15 December 2017Since I have been living in California in this area since the year 2012, I always thought of Bed-Bath-Beyond as a womens store.So, I went there to get a womans hair blower seen on TV a few years ago. Since then I have been back a few times.This store has a lot of items and it has the best return policy ever, better than Walmart, Target and other retail stores.I had to return my wifes blender that I got over a year ago. I did not have the box, but BBB found my name in the system and gave me a new one. Cindy, the manager was great and so was sales lady, Dee.Two thumbs up and a 11 on the store scale.

I only give this store 2 stars because of location. I dont go down there often because of aggressive panhandlers in the parking lot. It has become increasingly worse over the years. The store itself is nice, and the gentleman who checked us out was friendly.

The customer service was EXCELLENT, but the items we wanted to purchase were only available online and couldnt be shipped to Calif.

We went to purchase a large rug for our living room and the manager sussette refused to help us even though she followed around every part of the store. When i was selecting my rug I asked her for help to bring down the very large rug when she told me to do it my self. Mind she was standing behind me every step of the store. I have never been looked at with such a horrible demenor by someone like that in my life! I called corporate. No one with a management position should ever treat a paying customer especially when the customer is about to purchase 200 dollar item. Very unprofessional.

Location is a little hard to notice if you havent been here before or do not know the area. However their service is pretty good, price matched with their online prices assuming that it meets certain guidelines.

I went to bed bath and beyond to purchase a cover and when placing my order in store through online since it wasn’t available inside the associate messed up the first time so the manger took over. Then the manger didn’t know how to use the computer system so I couldn’t order one of my items so now I only got one item and had to order the rest at home. Then after two hours of her trying to final place one order I left ready to move on with my life but then she didn’t give me the discount code and coupon she had already took from me sending me to go back. Thankfully they just let me take back the coupon instead of spending another hour canceling and re ordering the same item once again but still haven’t received my item and can’t get email notifications because she spelled my email wrong the second time yup they got it right the first time then messed up with the last one. Well besides how slow they take to place an order and the fact that there confused at all times umm they smile and are friendly if that helps (it didn’t) This order is taking long the system is corrupt This company is too big to be taking long use another delivery company for items to come quick something like amazon uses too slow for a big company

I seen a certain person, being racial profile because he was black American going into the store... dont believe go in there and see if they say walk your wood. That little term is to watch if you try to steal anything.
