On July 2, 2021, I ordered an LG range microwave online and it was damaged badly during delivery. When it was delivered into my home on July 12, and I was in the process of painting my kitchen and therefore did not open the box right away. The delivery guy said “No worries, if you have any problems whenever you do open it, just go ahead and call the online customer service number from the website and they will help you and take care of any problem.” He never told me I had a 48 hour deadline to check for damage. He never offered to inspect the item prior to leaving. I had absolutely no idea I had only 48 hours to check the item. I finally opened up the packaged microwave on the third day after it was delivered and noticed the microwave was damaged (see photos). I called the Home Depot online customer service number right away, and they said that since it was past the 48 hours after delivery, it would have to be replaced under warranty with LG. So I called LG, and the representative said it was clearly damaged during shipping, so it’s Home Depot’s responsibility to replace it. I physically went into my local Home Depot and was told there was no way they could accept a return or placement for an online appliance order and that I’d have to contact LG. So I once again contacted LG. An LG representative was assigned to me and inspected my microwave and saw the damage, and determined it was damaged beyond repair, not repairable due to the shipping damage. They referred me BACK to Home Depot customer service for replacement. So I called Home Depot back again as instructed, and made them aware that the LG representative refused to replace the microwave. They told me they would not replace it because it had already been 48 hours past delivery. So now I’m stuck in an endless loop of Home Depot not taking responsibility for sending me a damaged item. LG told me they would cover a defective item not a damaged item. Here is my experience over the past few days. I can’t believe they are willing to burn me on a $350 microwave after spending over $5000 on four appliances in that order. Unbelievable. This has been such a huge burden on me and my family. I have wasted many hours for my time on the phone being on put on hold, being transferred to different departments and different people, and having to re-explain the situation multiple times to multiple people. All I want is my microwave replaced due to damage that was done during shipping. Home Depot, you need to take responsibility. The return policy states no return after 48 hours on “some microwaves”. It doesn’t specify which microwaves. It certainly did not specify during my online check out of this item. And your delivery staff did not relay the message either. What absolutely horrible customer service. I hope nobody ever has to deal with the lack of empathy your employees have shown me. I am beyond frustrated and will be until this matter is resolved.9-03-21My issue has been resolved. Miguel the Home Depot store manager was able to swap out my damaged microwave with a brand new one. Thank you Miguel for helping me, this process has been long and frustrating but luckily you were able to help me in the end.

If toy want to go here for some more house improvement I really think this place is gonna be good for you! This place has everything going from plastic, to wood, to house plumbing. Home Depot is preferred to be the best house building store by tons of people. Home Depot is packed with nice workers. Yet its quite packed it still gives some room. Honestly I think that home depot is the best place to go if you are building a house because it has everything you need!

These days I usually stay home while taking care of house jobs including gardening. I went to Home Depot to buy a bag of mulch, hose nozzles, and couples of step stones to improve the yard. As for hose nozzles, I bought a longest one just in case of brush fire in my neighborhood. It might be useful in emergency, I thought.Overall, I was satisfied with Home Depot on the quality and price as usual.

We needed supplies to rebuild a section of wood fence. We started in the lumber section. Sako dropped everything he was doing to help us pick out the right lumber pieces. He then walked with us to the garden section for the rest of our supplies and assisted us at customer service. He was Amazing! He was so helpful and full of wonderful info and tips. We highly recommend Home depot if you have a project and need assistance. We have run into the most helpful staff at the Home depots.If you read Garrett Gs review then you will probably want to be careful with ordering an appliance on line. I keep forgetting to leave my review but finally Im leaving it even though its been 3 weeks. So on Monday August 30th I went to Home Depot to order is washer and dryer that I really wanted. I stood in appliances from 8:55am until exactly 9:54 am without getting any assistance. They couldnt find the girl that was supposed to be working In that department although multiple people called and paged for her. I have never waited one whole hour to be assisted. I only waited this time because I really wanted the washer and dryer. I ended up going to lowes and getting that exact washer and dryer. It was the same price however the service was amazing.

I rented a tractor, looked good enough got home and as i was using it it started falling apart, rented for 2 days and only got 1 hour of run time. Spoke to the people in tool rental and they just kept blaming me, saying i damaged it and i was responcible for it. Wouldnt hear anything else. So if you rent tools make sure that you inspect it thoroughly and have mechanical knowledge because if something happens they wont care it wasnt your fault they will blame you and just charge you without you being able to contest it.

Great store with excellent selection. Always have what I’m looking for. Prices can be higher on some items compared to others and hard to find workers if you need help. But they are always friendly

I purchase many medicinal plants and the home Depot in Victorville is seriously lacking in this area...also I never find large tub storage containers on 4 wheels, you have 2 wheeled containers WHICH MAKE NO SENSE....tubs get heavy when full, so start carrying 4 wheeled storage containers with pull handles and lids with snap lock clamps pleeeaasse....prefer solid colored gray or black storage containers not see through plastic! You should also carry extra large canvas yardage and muslin. Home Depot needs a lot of improvement, enjoy Home Depot and dont want to go elsewhere, Need more help on the floor, can never find anyone to ask questions. I am disabled and cant walk long distances....Im hoping I see improvement quickly at home Depot, its really lacking..

They have every things i need to make my home better. The prices are good and manageable. The quality of the products are good too; a little less than Lowes, it goes with the price; i still choose Home depot over Lowes. Employees should have more knowledge about the area they work in but overall friendly; good customer service. They could hire more employees so customers dont wait long for service.

I absolutely love The Home Depot I have loved it for many many years theyre very customer service oriented they are always eager to help with whatever you may need they provide impeccable service & I really just enjoy the huge Warehouse store with the super high shelves they are always putting safety first which I rate as a very big deal in any store that makes use of forklifts, pallet jacks, & super high ladders they always have a tidy appearance & they make me feel very welcome Ive never had a bad or even a not so good experience in any Home Depot I set foot in & Ive been in quite a lot between California & Texas & it has always been very consistent as far as store appearance, employee appearance, through each & every Home Depot Ive visited the employees, managers, & just the vibe is always A++👍👍 way up & a🙌 keep up the awesomeness that Ive come to know as Home Depot yall ROCK 😁 A huge Thank you to each & every employee, dept head, managers, pro sales, phone center etc, etc.. for being out there at work for all of your customers through this very hard pandemic every single one of you are APPRECIATED THANK YOU THANK YOU.

We have spent several thousands of dollars here over the years!! Lately ive noticed that the store is very dirty and is lacking in help. Was there just today and noticed that all the human Registers were shut down and only self check out was being used..hate it.. people dont Realize by using these self check out machines there helping the companys eliminate jobs!! No need to have cashiers if the machines can do it and not talk back nor take lunch & breaks.Sorry affairs for the younger generations like my grandchildren..its the wave of the future ..but i dont have to appreciate it or like it. So best wishes to the Remaining home depot workers because of today 7-8-2021 there might of been a total of 6 employees for the whole store..

The only one worth a damn in Victorville is the location on Roy Rogers Bl., and Apple Valley is pretty good as well. But the one off of Bear Valley Rd. is pretty bad . I am almost afraid to share the good location with u for fear it will soon become too popular!!!!I have rarely seen such poor Management at a Retail store as I have seen at the Bear Valley Rd. location, just try finding a sales person to assist u...the only store that is similar and IS FAR worse is Lowes on Bear Vallet Rd., talk about horrible with customer service non-existent and sales staff who knows jack squat NOTHING...Home Depot on Roy Rogers Rd. makes up for the short comings of the rest of the stores mentioned. I worked with George and Anna, they were God sends, and Denise is polite and knowledgeable as well. Overall this location is well run. everyone I spoke with over the phone was helpful, and are known to go the extra mile for a customer, dont even ask me about the store on Bear Valley Rd., calls disconnected, people sounding rude over the phone, give me a break..

Called to verify product availability, was told they have it in stock, when I get there, I was told they didnt have it. after I talked to the manager, he replaced it with another product. I was there over an hour, and when I finally paid for my supplies, I told the manager and sales person that I needed help to unload my supplies, after waiting again over 40 minutes, I just managed to unload the materials by my self. I know people makes mistakes, but this place seems like everyone makes mistakes here. I cant believe that the managers cant get a grip on their employees.

Young kids that work there arent trained right or forget what they are taught. Other than that.. its great..

Dont even try curbside pick up. They will literally have you there waiting and no one comes out. Even though theres a notification to let them know your here, still nothing. I had to go inside to get my order. Pretty pointless to have curbside when you have to go in the store. I will say the lady at the online pick up desk was very nice. I will never do curbside again here.

With as much money as I have spent over the years I should have my own parking space. :)As usual if you need help it is very hard to find alot of times the associates blow you off and do not pay attention. They seem more worried about their breaks than customers.Asking questions is a complicated process.On the plus side the girls at the registers are always nice and friendly too bad the floor associates cant follow suite.Also a bit tired of vendors following me around asking if I have solar or have had my water checked.

Store has really gone down hill. I used to love this store then there was a store manager change and it seems like they never keep anyone on staff. They have a handful of people who have been their for year and everyone else is new. I will not shop here. I made the extra drive to go to the one off bear valley rd better customer service and more knowledgeable staff

Every home builders dream location. I used a lot of materials from Home Depot while I was building my house in Maurepas Louisiana 22411 Gull street, 70449 back in the year 2003. I would highly recommend this place of business to anyone who wants to build.

Purchased an Amana Oven in January. I hate it. I sincerely do. I had a whirlpool for 23 years and it took a dive. I thought it would last forever. My husband chose the Amana and he hates it too. He doesnt even cook. Its been 3 months, I still hate it. Something is wrong with how it cooks at certain altitudes. If I could return it, I would. When a oven doesnt work at certain altitudes, the temperature gage goes out in a couple years. I thought Amana was a strong product but I guess not. Be warned.

I dont think I can give this any less than three stars because there are employees there that are really nice, but I had a recent trip there where I asked for customer service and that person helped two other people before me and I was originally the only person on that isle. I waved them down letting them know it was me who called. They still helped other people. I waited quite a while. Just needed a few bolts.

It was so hard to find someone to actually help us. When I finally asked someone they said they were going to get someone for us, but never came back. Nor did anybody come to help us. Needless to say I drove to Lowes instead.

Was arduous. No carts at greenhouse entry. No big deal. Waayy aways door didnt work. Thru paint. 2 front 4 cart. I bought few plants. Left store

1/4 inch typical sheet of plywood $51.00 ridicules. Thats price gouging there is a law to stop just that but home depot does it anyway.

We went to Home Depot to purchase a washer and dryer. They had the lowest prices on the machines we wanted. The sales person, Vick was knowledgeable and helped us with our selection and we had dealt with him before. We do most of our shopping at Home Depot as we feel they are, for us, the best store of that type around.

Was on crutches. Went for 1 item. Courtesy worker helped me find what I needed (not making me feel rushed at all) & escorted me to register where he instructed cashier to help get me checked out. By far my best Home Depot experience!

I normally am delighted when searching for my project materials here...but one morning last week was in a bit of a rush...I needed an umbrella an had remembered that I could find one for under $10 there....I vaguely remembered they were near an exit, when an associate asked if I was finding everything I needed...I explained my needs and he walked me to garden...the length of the store...he then checked his electronic device to see if there was one in stock....which he told me there were not...I thanked him a d proceeded to exit near the lumber dept....where at the exit...were the exact umbrellas I was looking for....hmmmm.....oh well.

It was great much clearance plants for $1. That I know the flowers are not much to see but I can plant them and they will be green for a awhile.

Home Depot is usually my go to for home supplies, but, I was disappointed that it was so hard to get someone to help me.Hopefully they come up with a solution to helping customers quicker than they do.
