Tabatha is very knowledgeable about the vehicles. I ended up purchasing a Jeepster which I am in love with. Tabatha listened to what my needs were and went above and beyond and I was very pleased with the outcome. If you need a vehicle ask for Tabatha as she is AMAZING!!!!
Had a great experience at buying parts for a damaged work truck. Rodney was very helpful. Instead of back ordering the parts I needed which would take weeks to months to receive, he checked with other dealers and got the parts for me over a weekend. Very satisfied with the service. I been calling for a hour I tired sales and customer service trying to get details so I can come buy a new car today and no one answers they obviously dont want to sale car I recommend carmax they answer first time and are very helpful on my way to buy a new truck
Do not buy here for the first time we bought a jeep here it was my worst experience at 13 days the jeep was leaking oil and we brought it to be checked they had us waiting five hours to tell us that it would take 2 weeks to give us a diagnostic and for the time being we did not have the jeep. We bought an insurance of 5,000 dollars xtra that stated that it will cover the expenses for a rental car but they said that they were not going to give us anything. Just imagine you go in to buy a car from a dealer expecting it will be fine but in less than 2 weeks you got leaking oil and now they keep it for 2 weeks while they give this whole story of being there for the customer/buyer. When you go in to buy they treat you the best but when you need something they do not turn around or even look at you. If it was possible, I would give 0 stars.

Took my 2015 Chrysler 200 here for lower control arm replacement because my bearings were shot 3 weeks later I’m still waiting for them to finish up. Worst dealer ever I could have done this personally in a day but I have warranty that covers it so I took it to them. To anybody reading this go to Ford or Honda and buy a car I’ve been there for my other vehicles and they are super fast and very understanding

I picked up my Jeep after a 40 consecutive day stay and the back half was covered in scratches. Im giving 3 stars because despite the series of unfortunate events that transpired, I was able to get my Jeep detailed and although the scratches didnt come out entirely, they did mostly come out and I was reimbursed by Victorville Motors for the detailing service. I was just glad that Mariam was able to help me out and make it right for me.
Do not do business with them they lied about fuel capacity on my new truck and did registration wrong wasting 1800 dollars. Stick to moss dodge at least when they were wrong over the 15 plus years Ive dealt with them. They make it right.
We have two New Rams trucks and we always take it to the Ontario dealerthe difference in customer service its hugewe always have issues with the services rep trying to charge me fees for oil changes when we already paid for all of them .save yourself some time Go to another dealer you will see the difference.
I had an appointment with Josh. However he called off work and here came a Jeremy. Just looking at him, I knew he would be a problem... Jeremy pre judges people and have no idea how wealthy a person can be.. He wastes my time with his jibber jabber that went through both of my ears. He didnt even run my perfect credit. He was trying to tell me that I would qualify for a used car. That old man was sadly mistaken. I even had a big down payment with me. I didnt even want a male sales person to get my commission anyway. I went down to San Bernardino Jeep and walked out with a brand new Jeep within a few hours. Thanks to the lady sales person there. She was a sweet heart.
So disappointing. Make sure your taking pictures of how you take your car in. Had my cabin air filters replaced but to do so they had to access it thru the glove compartment, then was told it was broken which is funny cause it was perfectly fine prior to this, and have the nerve to quote me for a replacement. Then was told I had to take it up with a higher ups which at the time were not available. So now my glove compartment is sitting on the floor and they’re telling me that’s how they found it whatA joke! Then I was told good luck with that, great customer service I must say.
After Victorville Motors completed a transmission service and oil change, my car leaked transmission fluid and was making a strange sound. I returned the car, the transmission leak was fixed but the noise was still present. I had no idea that there was an oil leak that was caused by the dealership’s neglect so now the engine has seized and the service manager will not return my calls. I should have never allowed this dealership to work on my car, it is now not drivable, I am out over $2000 of service cost plus my car is now junked. Unless you have a warranty, do not use this dealership for car maintenance.
No Appointment Needed marketed on website. Drove an hour from Fort Irwin for an oil change only to be told they cannot accommodate if I did not have an appointment. False marketing, a waste of a half tank of gas and two hours of my time. Well done Victorville Motors.....

Good for the most part, they told me lug nuts were a maitinence item and cost eleven dollars each or two hundred and twenty us tax a full set.I found a full stainless steel set on Amazon for fifty four dollars.Keep an extra set in your jeep cherokee, you wont regret it.
BUYER BEWARE!! after buying a PRE OWNED vehicle from here I experienced dozens of problems with my truck. Turned out to have major frame damage and a bent axle. In return the dealership tried offering an even trade for a BRAND NEW Ram 1500 eco diesel. I thought that all of our problems were over with until we quickly discovered a dozen more problems with even a brand new truck!! It is unbelievable that any person would have to go through so much hell to try and fix a Brand New truck!! It shouldnt even have any problems in the first place!!! THIS DEALERSHIP DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THE QUALITY OF THIER VEHICLES!! We have been in and out of the service department over 18 times in the last 6 months going back and forth with problem after problems. In the end not being resolved!!! BUYING FROM HERE WAS THE BIGGEST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE!!
Complete joke. I had to order a dealer only part for my door lock. They said it would take a couple of weeks to get. Three months of me calling them and hearing its gonna take another week and finally the part is in. During these months no one ever called me to say what was going on with the order. If I had not kept on them, they would have been happy to keep my money and never deliver.. When I went in, they couldnt find the part in their storage area. They did have in stock a whole kit that required replacing some working parts, and after some negotiation they did install it, but not without breaking the door handle. A responsible dealer would have pointed it out, but not these guys. I found out after driving 40 miles home and having part of the handle fall off in my hand when opening the door. AVOID AT ALL COST.

I have lost all confidence and trust in this dealership. I took my Jeep to the dealership in November 2020 for an oil change and tire rotation. During that visit my custom wheel caps were damaged. The dealership agreed to replace the caps, but they have not been replaced to this date and I have continually been told the caps are on back order, which I understand due to COVID.On April 15, 2021 I brought my Jeep back to the dealership for brake noise and I was told the rear brakes were rubbing metal-to-metal and would need pads and rotors. I had only driven 1,500 miles since the November visit and should have been told at that time the brakes needed to be replaced, but due to an error by the technician the wrong brake condition was listed on the inspection sheet from the November visit. It is my belief had I been told during the November visit that the brake pads needed to be replaced I would not have had to pay to replace brake pads and rotors during the April visit.The reason for the one star rating and my lack of trust and confidence in this dealership is due to the damaged caps and failure to alert me to the brake condition in the same visit in November, I had to have more costly repairs done during the April visit.I prefer to use the dealership service department for maintenance and repairs due to their supposed highly trained and qualified technicians, although I have learned with this dealership that is not true.

I asked for gap insurance they did not put that in my contract. Would not even look at my car when the ac went out just 45 days after purchasing the car, I can’t even get my registration because they sent it to an address I cannot receive mail at. I am not satisfied at all. 😡

Buyer beware!!! As most car salesman, they are always friendly, helpful, and make you feel like youre getting what you want; theres always a catch. Please read everything they give you to the fine print and research ANYTHING they claim. I advise you walk away the first encounter to do your own research then make a decision. Theyll say you have everything and quote you numbers that seem accurate and factual but they are not. I blame myself for not paying attention but please do not be like me. The owner and his child/in-law work as a great team with the same mission and attitude, every customer will leave with a car NO MATTER THE COST! I say all this because a very trustworthy friend worked there and made the same claims!

I tried to take my truck for a faulty codeIt was the worst experience I ever had in any dealers.First they wanted to charge for the oil changesEven thought I already purchased 7 when I signed the lease contract.Then they told me that they don’t do loaners trucks even thought they are going to do a maintenance repair and a warranty claim.I had to call Mopar so they can Email my contract and it clearly shows that they need to offer me a rental and it can be up to 5 days.But I call them again and now they act like they barely noticed that I had purchase this contractBut they still trying fight ne on the next days for rentals.Needless to say I won’t be going back there.Neither to purchase a vehicle or to get any maintenance done.Horrible customer servicesHorrible way to do business
Ive been a loyal customer to Dodge for years bought my first one from victorville motors Ive had really great experiences with them never felt like theyre try to rip me off until this past few years of going here not sure what happened to this place but heres my experiences with this place. I bought my first truck here went back bout a charger then another truck and then a diesel bought my wife a jeep here and then went back bought another jeep. Service Department was great until these past few years. So I took my truck in for a recall ram 2500 diesel said screw it I needed and alignment so ask if they could do it. Get a call a day or two later from the advisor telling me my front axle is bent and I needed a new one would be around 6k he said without one they wouldnt be able to do a alignment on my truck within spec I said I couldnt do it at the moment 6k is alot of money to me it is at least. Got my truck back a few days later and the alignment was within spec according to the paper they gave me so I spoke with the service supervisor asking him why they would tell me they couldnt aline my truck within specs and then give me back my truck alined within spec drove my truck and it pulled to the right said I felt like they were just trying to get money out of me. They refunded my money for the alignment but I felt they only did that to not have to deal with me. So about a week ago I got new tires put on my truck and had an alignment done again on my truck at BIG O Tires and guess what my truck doesnt pull to either side anymore. Makes me sad that a company Ive been going to for 10-15 years tried to do that to me. Im in the market for a Dully and I think Ill go somewhere else that place in my opinion has gone down hill the past few years I have more stuff thats happened to us there but this post is already long enough hope this help someone out.
Went here looking for a challenger this was awile ago idk if the man still works there was told the only stick challenger they had was the hellcat and proceeded to tell me that I had to put 1000$ down to test drive he said its not your age or anything (I was 26 at the time ) I felt insulted and walked out never came back giving three stars becuase I dont know what its like anymore it was clean had a bunch of vehicles but only one that was stick and I couldnt test drive it no skin off my back went to chevy that week.
Sergio in the service department has been helping me tremendously with my 2017 scatpack. He’s assisted me with everything that I asked and needed. His customer service is 10/10!

Service here is horrible I own a 2012 Durango,and 2020 ram 3500. we try to get our Vehicles service at a dealer so that there is always a service record for warranty.I ask to schedule service for my truck. But they don’t do it over the phone. Only online schedule then u can only schedule same day. And won’t let you drop off in the morning so a working person can go to work and pick up later. There not open on the weekends and close early. How do u maintain your truck or car with the limited schedule and help for the service department.
I was more than happy when we bought our Jeep Wrangler at Victorville Motors, and even made sure my brother bought his new Grand Cherokee there just a few weeks ago, however it was my visit today that really blew me away and confirmed I made the right decision on where to buy my vehicles. When I arrived for my appointment to get a recall completed Sergio greeted me with a pleasant smile and had me checked in and ready to head out quickly, I had to leave it overnight so he arranged for me to get a rental car from a local office. While I waited to get picked up our salesman Gabe spotted me and came over to say hello. As we spoke he asked me how our son was doing in football and I was incredibly impressed by what he remembered about our conversations from the day we bought our Jeep months ago! The sales manager, George P, also walked by and said hello and as we spoke I found myself thinking how sincere they were about our conversation, it wasnt simply polite chit chat with a past customer, I felt like a friend and that means everything to me as a customer! I knew we got a great deal on our Jeep, and now I know I have real friends at Victorville Motors as well and will be making sure EVERYONE I know hears about it! I fully recommend shopping here when you are looking for your next vehicle, you will find the deal you want of course but more importantly you will find a group of people you truly want to do business with!

Even though it took a while to fix the issue and find out what was really going on. I was still comfortable and satisfied with the help I was given though the process. I wish I knew the name of the person who worked on my car so I could thank them as well because my car feels great so far. Even better than when I first bought it. I made an appointment to take my truck in steering stabilizer sensor came on they told me it will take 3 days to find out the problem this was on a Wednesday, finally on Tuesday of next week after calling they tell me they have to order the parts and will be in soon. Come back on Monday to pick it up So just giving you heads up they are slow on getting your vehicle back to you.

I went there to get my air/heater fixed along with my power windows and radio. I purchased the lifetime warranty along with the car but it turned out to be no good because the amount exceeded the value of the car so they say, so I was paid out without a choice and after they had my car for close to 2 months they didn’t fix 1 thing but still charged $2000 dollars and told me it might have more problems than it came in with as if that was acceptable. If you’re smart you will stay away from here and choose another dealership
Long story short made an agreement to purchase a vehicle and they sold it to someone else (the same day). Not only did I make an agreement but they also told me the vehicle would be held for me and failed to communicate afterwards to me (5 days later) they sold the vehicle. Thats bad practice, to have someone fooled and break their trust. If you see a car you like here better buy it the same day, otherwise you wont get it. They let me down and it hurt. They screw service members here.

Ive visited twice in the last week to help myself decide if I really want a new dodge as my replacement for one of my current vehicles. It was my first time looking at with my woman with me (we both work, alot.) Before I can even get from my cars door to the vehicle 10 feet from it, for my woman to check out the vehicle I was potentially interested in, two men asked me two times each what my goal was, if i was buying today, etc. I asked for the salesman Id seen the first time, he comes out and immediately starts hounding myself and my girlfriend for an answer and trying to force us to decide immediately before shes even seen one vehicle. We were asked by AARON 5 F-ing times in 2 minutes what we were going to do about it that day, it was so frustrating that my woman and I decided it was best if we just leave before a PTSD episode happens because they have no chill mode and were stressing me out, we tried to tell them several times that we are just still deciding, that we arent even sure a dodge is the vehicle for us etc, that were JUST LOOKING and DISCUSSING with EACH OTHER whether its even a good idea, with another child on the way. Even when we would be responding to them they would cut us off and try to force us in for paperwork on a vehicle we didnt even say we wanted. Absolutely will not return, and suggest others do not either. Completely disrespectful and ignorant. These folks need to learn how to chill and stop being so money hungry. Maybe if you actually approached this situation properly you would have achieved a sale, but instead I will never let anyone I know buy a vehicle from there now. Especially Aaron, considering its only my second time there, EVER, the first time was the day before!!!! and hes saying well youve already been here lots of times looking at cars, so whats the goal f### you guys. Worst way to run a dealership and worst choice of employees. Management and aaron both deserve an update/replacement for the way they let their customers be treated and hounded.

The best place to get an oil change n like 15 minutes great staff frindly & very thorough and not the kind of place that tries to get you to spend more money and you wanted to. Very helpful on giving info on any Dodge regardless of year make & model . The mechanics definitely know what theyre doing.

Amazing company, I bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee there in 2015 and today on 2020, I went in for a routine service and Tommy Mack who helped me in 2015 saw me an immediately came over to shake hands, talk and make me feel welcome. And Techie Stewart my Service Manager took car of me and immediately made me feel welcome and get me back on the road as quickly as possible. Once upon a time I used to work here.. past previous employers i had before working at victorville motors. At Victorville Motors was the first employer that i felt like Im value as a employee like the rest of the other employees. I was going tru some personal problems and another employee came. I wasn’t sure going in, because the reviews, but I shopped around and they gave me a really good deal on a gladiator. They even gave me a lot for my trade-in. I wanted to make sure I give a shout out to Jimmy B. he was extremely patient and helpful.
First time went there for an oil change and paid for my tire rotation. I had to go back cause they didnt rotate my tires after saying they did. Second time went for same maintenance, and came to find out at another tire shop 2 tires had loose lug nuts. Not sure why they have a problem with rotating tires. Glad I was able to catch it on my own before anything worse happened.
I purchased a $60k car, in two weeks the fog light housing fell off, the service DEPT didn’t care & accused me of “doing something” to cause the piece to fall off. The piece cost $28, so I paid for it. Later, It had a defect with the GPS, it also req a wheel alignment, they had my car for two days and hadn’t done anything.meanwhile I was struggling to get to work, of course buying a $60k car does not make me worthy of loaner car. I left a message on the service manager’s phone, he NEVER returned my call. After 5 days I get my car, but they’re still not done with it. The next day I get a text asking if I was not happy with service to reply. I did but they ignored that, of course why have me fill out a survey if I’m not happy, let’s hide unhappy customers!!! I’ll never buy a Dodge from there again !!!

Honestly never write bad reviews but in the service department was some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Very direct, demanding, rude, and almost irritated I ask questions. Expected me to just sign invoice without me reviewing it as well is almost a predatorial sales tactic. I hope management sees this and I will be emailing Jeep directly to hopefully help improve the quality of customer service for the only local jeep dealership I will support if changed or maybe got someone on a bad day. As of now i would not recommend to our friends, family, and clients that love their jeeps unless because its the only option that is.

They promise one price and tack on money at the end. Not willing to work on the price at all. They took my car as trade in. They had a 10 day payoff for my car. Two weeks later my car was still not paid. I tried calling and got the run around. No one was available to tell me the status of my payoff check. When I asked for the manager, I was told he was with a customer. The girl from Finance asked me if I was more important then his customer! They are rude and dishonest. Dont go there. Ive learned my lesson.

Visited the parts department. I called ahead looking for a specific part. Was told they had 3 in stock. Drove 20 miles one way. Got there and was told they didnt have any in stock. Wasted trip.
Took the Jeep there for a missing nut on a sway bar link and suspension check. Was told by service advisor that the car might be held for 2 days just to diagnose the problem not taking into account repair time even after making an appointment. The interaction with the service advisor was horrible. Lack of customer service and acting irritated if I asked questions or addressed my concerns. You pretty much have to text or call constantly trying to get information. Had to get the manager involved because of how much incompetency was shown by the service advisor.

Was planning on bringing our Dodge Ram 1500 here. After reading all the bad reviews it sounds like this place needs to be shut down, maintenance department has to be re trained or have a whole new crew hired. These guys are the best hands down!!!! Came into town thinking we had a car with another dealer, well that fell through.... But Josh the superhero came through and made magic happen!!! Between Josh and Kim they are car heroes!!!! We love you guys and LOVE our car!!!!!!
Cons:Really expensive. They charged $610 for what should’ve been $400. They charged $225 for Napa legend batteries that retailed for $180 with cell charge. $150 diagnosis fee is absolutely insane.Pros:The plus is that they are really nice people, and are transparent and up front with the costs. They aren’t trying to charge you behind your back which is good.
For the most part customer service is solid here. Only thing I would ask they work on is the time it takes for the service to get done. I get my trucks oil changed here everytime. They actually have a good deal for 4 oil changes for $120. Basically $30 each.

My husband & I revisited the dealership last Saturday because we purchased a brand new Dodge Journey a couple weeks back but couldn’t figure out how to pair my phone, unfortunately neither the salesman who sold us our vehicle or a delivery coordinator were present at the time of our visit. But fortunately for us I asked a young gentleman named Rene who I believe is a porter to help us out & he gladly did, I’m so thankful he was able to successfully pair my phone into our brand new car & happily showed my husband & I the step by step process.
