I bought a car and about 20 minutes of me driving it off of the lot the radiator cracked. They sell unsafe and broken cars (in my experience) and the lady, whom I think might be the owner, is absolutely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. Her name is Angelica (Angie) I took the car back and she refused to give me back the full price that I had paid for the broken car. I HIGHLY recommend that nobody uses this unprofessional dealership. If I didnt have to rate a star in order to post this I would have given zero Stars.

Do not come here the day we brought it home the check engine went on we would call them to help us with the issue it took them a month to fix minimum of one of the issues they did they sold us the car with 2016 tires switch one eventually blew out .we had to personally diagnose the car only to find the transmission slipping. They had the most horrible attitude about everything .they also sold us a useless warranty that was promised to cover these issues. You would think a dealership would be more proffesional honest .and helpful they sold us a 7000 dollar lemon.if you are smart believe the bad reviews they are real and we fell for it

Beware!!!!! ***No cooling off period*** car purchased had trouble same day the owners are very rude do not want you to speak up about your concerns talk to eachother in Spanish so make sure you speak Spanish or take someone who does. However its all apart of their game to get over. Definitely be prepared to put extra money into the car because they can care less if the tires are worn brakes bad car shaking and smoking or just break down on the side of the road. I was told oh well maybe it needs a tune up with laughter. They are overpriced priced and just want the money and can care less about the customers experience.

This location is now at 14939 7th Street in Victorville. DO NOT buy anything from this place. I was promised that the inclusive warranty would cover most repairs, that the car was wonderful and completely checked out. The stereo system, and display was not connected, but since I was paying cash for the vehicle; I was told they would take care of it and took it to a stereo shop down the street. The next day the car was leaking coolant everywhere, found the car grill had glue and was spray painted. It came off with the car wash. The stereo Bluetooth and display stopped working. I took Ito the stereo shop, and they said it was a bad faulty system. The owner of the dealer was called and she said she wasnt going to fix it. I replaced the system and paid $500 out of pocket, as well as $200 to fix the leak that the good for nothing warranty didnt cover! I originally was going to buy another car from them this week...in cash. Needless to say... They wont hear from me, theyll hear from my lawyer. Ive had the car less than a week. Business opens whenever they want with no set business hours as posted.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! I went through a horrible experience. Angelica (the owner/sales person) stood me up multiple times and I told her Im paying cash for a car I kept trying to buy. I was very disappointed. She came up with some crazy excuses. She wasted my time and energy for more than a week. She comes off very nice and convincing but thats all fake. There is no respect for customers here. Also, a part broke when i started the car in their car lot. After all this, she wanted me to pay full price for the car which was over priced as it was. I did my research on it. They buy their cars at local auctions and have them pass smogs easily since they have their own smog place they are connected with. This place is still open in Victorville and very shady. Also, they let homeless people live in their car lot on the side of their building. Im not the only one that has had a horrible experience here. Spend your hard earned money at a better trustworthy dealership.

NEVER LEAVE A DEPOSIT! NO REFUNDS if you decide not to buy from them. Angelina (Owner) does go out of her way to make you feel helped, but its QUESTIONABLE?! The automobile s are (AS IS). I watched the lot porter or some homeless guy gluing vinyl seats, and weather stripping in some of the vehicles with Gorilla Glue. He was even glueing a convertible top. Walk away if they need more personal and financial info etc. This isnt the best place in the high desert. If I could give it to zero Stars I would have but the only option I had was one.

They sold me a lemon here. My car only ran for 1 month. And had a blown head gasket. Went back to saleman and he told me they dont aspect cars after buying them and its pass the 30 day mark so oh well. Do not go here horrible cars.
