I wish I could rate this place a 0! While purchasing my first ever car from Honda, the Sales representative was extremely pushing to see my bank statements even though I have an amazing credit score. Also we had to get a new sales representative to help me cause he was being very rude and disrespectful to both me and my parents. Anyway, I get the car I want and at the signing they included a insurance to cover my car to protect the paint and windshield. Not even a few months later my windshield cracked! So what did they even do? Did they even do the service I paid $800 for? Well again I take my car for the service thinking they’re going to replace my windshield after waiting 4 hours I come back to see how my car still has the crack. All they did was patch it when I called the Insurance they made me paid for when they said I had 5 windshield replacements? No Supervisor was there but the manager basically told me “not all cars are going to be perfect” like is that your motto? My car is brand new and that’s all he had to say. As a military wife I was treated very badly. Would never recommend.

Best new car buying experience I have ever had - even with the nationwide car shortage. Fernando and Tommy were both great. Fernando handled the sale and Tommy assisted me via phone earlier in the day before I traveled to CA to complete the sales. Both very professional and friendly. Even the guy Chris was great. These worst place to buy a car.They sold me a lemon, I told them there was a grinding sound but they kept saying it was the brakes, I had the brake changed 3 times and its still there. They had to replace the transmission and fuel pump as well. All before 65k miles.I told them I wanted to lemon law the car out and I heard nothing from anyone after that. No one would answer their phones for me or get back to me.Customer service there, stinks!!! Ill stick with American made.... just not ford...

My husband and I purchased two new cars from Honda last week. Our salesman Ray Torres and his sales manager Chris and also the finance manager, (I cant think of his name right now) they were all fantastic. I never felt 1 oz of pressure from anyone at this facility. This is our fifth car we have purchased there, our first car was for my 18-year-old daughter 8 years ago. They made it happen for her and we were so excited that she was able to buy her first car on her own. I recommend going to this Honda and not going down the hill. Like I said, there was not one ounce of pressure and they respected us greatly. I feel like going down the hill is a stress and I always walk off a lot if they try and upsell you. When I went to go look at cars with my brother, Daniel greeted us and explained a couple of details about the cars that we were looking at. I liked how nice he was and he didn’t seem like some of the other car salesman that put that pressure on people to make them buy a car. He explained all of the details about how much the car was going to be and everything that Honda has to offer. At first I didn’t like the numbers, but Daniel knew where I wanted my payments to be at, and he was able to work with me. In the end, I got the Honda that I wanted and I am very happy with my purchase.

Service department need to all have a meeting. I’m forced to come to this dealer for services. I wish there was another dealer in high desert. I called to ask if I could walk in to replace my tires. Service person “ sure if you get here within the hour we can fit you in”. I arrive to find out they don’t like when you walk in! If service department doesn’t take walk ins. They should say so and ask customers to make appointment. Third time I come here and service needs to improve. They need to get on the same page. SMH.

Daniel was great, amazing customer service. The only issues I had was with the fiance person she completely lied to me and my wife multiple times. This lady made up her own terms and stipulations to our contract and tried slipping in number on our contract for services we didnt agree to. Make sure you read your contract before you sign anything, this women was out to take advantage of me and my wife. The sales people are amazing but the fiance people you gotta watch out for.

I searched for a truck online and found they had one. After several talks with the sales person the manager called me and I was able to work up a deal. I decided to buy the truck without even test driving since it’s 6 plus hours away and have it shipped it me. Hour or two later I get an email from the salesperson they don’t know what happened a sister dealership took the truck and could not provide much information. Don’t waste your time with these people. I didn’t even get an apology.

I recently purchased my first car from Valley Hi about 3 weeks ago and the experience was great. I showed interested in an accord and the same day I received a call back from John to setup an appointment for me to go in the next day to try and find me the right car. When I arrived John was very friendly and easy to talk to and we got straight to it and I got to test drive the car within the first 10 min of arriving and it was great. He explained to me all the features and answered any questions I had. by the end of the test drive i was sold. Made an appointment easily, although it had to be 2 weeks out. Fred from services never gave me an update on the status of my vehicle . When I went to pick up my car Fred was also not around. I texted/called the number provided with no luck at all. Makes me wonder why are they being so sketchy & I still have no idea what they did to my car.

*****SELLERS BEWARE*****I went through the website to potentially sell my Honda Pilot, It seemed rather straight forward, as it is with most online sites to sell your car. Enter all the pertinent information accurately and you get an offer, pretty simple. In this case I got a decent offer, at least according to Kelly Blue Book that was on the site it was well within the range of what my car was worth. So I get in touch, take my car in, the used car manager Marco (I believe) gets in my car, starts it, I assume to check odometer, and then proceeds to tell me that the price they are willing to offer is over $2000 less than the offer that they were obligated to give me, key word is obligated. Naturally if they find any damage or things that were not accurate that will affect the overall offer, however the lowball offer came before he even inspected my car. He brought up some website on his phone that showed what the prices were for Honda Pilots, I told him that didnt matter to me as I could go on EVERY website and see that used Honda Pilots were selling for over $20,000 and they were offering me vastly lower than that amount. And I was quite certain that they were going to be selling it for the same amount as everyone else. In the end I told him I was not interested and I just sold my car to Vroom, almost the exact price they were supposed to give me and way less hassles and headaches. So in the end watch out, what they say about car salesmen in general and used car salesmen in particular is quite accurate, total scammers. So, yes if you are dealing with this dealer, BEWARE!!

Yes - it’s hard to find cars right now, I talked to few dealers and they were like I have a car - take it at my terms with some additional price I want to charge you on top of MSRP as market adjustment.Marshall did amazing job providing us info about the car, overall experience was amazing as we did everything remotely and he delivered the car at our home. We saved so much hassle of going in person to negotiate or waiting for paperwork, yet we received great service. I am very happy with the car and experience of buying car.

Hi. My mom and me went here a few days ago. And as soon as we were on the lot Tommy the sales man came out and introduced himself and asked if he could show us around. But my mom already had an eye on the car that she wanted. So we quickly got to test drive the car and we liked the inside and the way it ran. He quickly took us in and did some paperwork. He was very courteous and professional. Even while we were waiting on paperwork to process he offered and handed us bottles of water while we waited. I have to admit while waiting on approval was nerve wrecking. Tommy always came back and checked on us and made sure we okay. He was awesome when it came to explaining the financial part in buying a car. He was clear and communicated very well. If I could give zero.. I would. I had an appointment, but needed to reschedule due to unforseen circumstances. When I called service to do so, the young lady was RUDE as hell. I choose not to deal with her attitude. So I walked in waited 15 minutes, and still no HELP.. The people after me got helped out 1st!!! I felt that it was RACIAL.... Secondly, the last time they serviced my vehicle(oil change) they left the cap off. I smelled my car burning, opened the hood, and found OIL all over the inside of my hood. What a mess!! When I spoke to service manager she was not helpful either. I will make it a point to never go back to this dealership for any reason. I will drive to Ontario from now on. Wont recommend anyone either!!!!!!

They claim no mark up on cars, then proceed to tell you they installed add-ons to the car already that you “can’t take off” ie Karr alarm system and paint protection. But after you finish paying and signing your contract you find out they were not actually installed and will need to be installed. And they are very persistent that you pay for those add-ons. Just learn from me and don’t let them make you pay for something that you don’t actually want. ThreeK out of my pocket smh.

Bad experience. Seller tried to have me pay nearly 500 a month for a 2016 Honda USED! that hade high high millage. My bucket car I’m in now have the same amount of millage!!! Not naming no names i give that man no stars if i hade to.!

Thanks to COVID, I thought I was getting rid of my car this year. Jake worked his powers in getting me the best deal for my situation and even handed me over to Oscar, another gem at Valley Hi. Oscar was clear and concise about everything. I left knowing more about financing after my visit at Valley Hi Honda. Ive been to this establishment before and there were some employees that were a little rough around the edges. But after meeting with Jake and Oscar I am definitely coming back to this dealer for future purchases and deals on my next Honda! I highly recommend going with Jake to get the best deals on a Honda & anyone trying to avoid the greedy sales people of dealers that promise one thing, and then you get pulverized with different quotes and deals later.Thank you guys SO much, I am BEYOND grateful!!

Definitely recommend taking the drive up the hill and ask for Marshall (bilingual lol). He was the best and makes you feel like youve known eachother for a life time. No BSing, straight forward and to the point. Everyone was friendly! Ryan our finance guy was great too. Great convos and just made us feel at home. Loved our experience ❤

First time going was a few months back. The employee who helped me was very nice and helpful. Even gave me a discount! Took three hours though but the customer service was great

They wasted my time, I drove from Los Angeles for them to not honor the kelley blue book cash offered. They came up with some cheese excuse, and that they had to do an oil change, when the vehicle had just had an oil change done. Then they said that the vehicle needed to past an inspection and to do that, that the dealership charges, it’s a brand new 2020 vehicle with only 8700 miles, and those inspections are done by them at no charge. They were offering me 26k and the vehicle was worth 29,700. Trying to rip me off because we are women. But I took my vehicle to another Honda and they gave me what the car was worth it and no issues, this other dealership was way more helpful, took the car in right away to get inspected and came back and gave me the 29,700. Shame on this dealership for making customers drive so far and then come with some nonsense like that.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Took my 2011 Honda Pilot in to check out a noise that is was making when the motor was cold. (Turned out to be the tensioner for the timing belt). My pilot was due for the 100 000 mile service anyway which takes care of that so nothing to be concerned about. Valley Hi Honda was attempting to charge me literally double what other reliable mechanics would charge for this service so of course I picked up my Honda to get it serviced elsewhere. Now to my major concerns, 1, Valley Hi Honda stated that I had 3 leaks which they wanted to charge me over $500 to fix, I do my own oil changes so Im under the car quite often, never seen a leak. Im not a mechanic so I took it to another mechanic to get this confirmed, turns out this was not accurate, there were no leaks to be found. 2, Valley Hi Honda stated that my air intake boot was cracked and that I was missing 2 out of 3 bolts to the airbox. I know for a fact that this was not the case when I brought the car in, I had replaced my airfilter a few days prior with the boot being perfectly fine and all 3 bolts in place, I never thought that a huge dealership like this would do such dishonest business, straight up sabotaging in order to make money. 3, Valley Hi Honda stated that my oil level was low. In fact they stated that they couldnt see any oil on my dipstick, so they did a complimentary oil change since I paid for the inspection. Again, this was incorrect, I had done my oil change the day prior to taking it in, the oil level was perfectly fine. Now Valley Hi Honda might have another idea of how much oil should go in a 2011 honda pilot, they filled my oil tank with close to 2qts more oil than recommended by the manufacturer. Only reason I found out was because my check engine light came on. When I read the code it was caused by high oil pressure. There is no way I would let Valley Hi Honda touch my car again so I did an oil change and filled the car with the right amount of oil, reset the check engine light and now, 1500 miles later, the light has not came back. So in other words, my complimentary oil change came with a FREE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT. I dont have any experience with the sales department at Valley Hi Honda so I cant comment on that side. The parts department is always friendly and helpful whenever you need a part so that is great. But the service department is a disaster, please save yourself the headache of dealing with these uneducated mechanics and take your car to be serviced elsewhere 👍

Just left Valley hi Honda with a 2021 civic. I got the exact car I wanted. Tommy Svay made sure the experience was smooth and I got a great deal. (A deal rock Honda said was impossible.) Overall the BEST car buying experience I’ve ever had.

Rey and Junior are awesome they did everything they could to make me and my family feel comfortable when buying a vehicle. I truly recommend these two gentlemen when buy a vehicle.

I had no way to get into dealership to pick the car I wanted. Jake from Honda brought me a CR-V it had everything I wanted except for automatic tail gate. First we made sure my sister could get in and out, she is 90 so this was a must have! After getting information to figure out buying options he went back did all figuring brought back the perfect car finalized everything and the car is ours. Jake set up my phone and a lot of mind boggling details for us I’m 77 and not the best with this new technology he took all that worry from me. I am very please happy with Jake I know I can call him if I need help. It was great that I didn’t have to leave the house. Thank you Jake and Valley Hi Honda!!!

Dan “the night rider” was very professional and a definite got getter for his customers! Would definitely recommend him to any family or friends who are interested in purchasing a Honda in the high desert. Great personality!
