I legit feel bad for all the people who had bad reviews, but I got my screen replaced here like twice, with no problem, a lot of people probe, but that also shouldnt excuse bad service. I didnt receive bad service, so in turn . Good for me

They charged me $15 for a case for my iPhone 8 Plus and there is MAJOR discoloration all around this cheaply made case that they overcharged me for. SUPER DISAPPOINTED!!! DO NOT COME HERE FOR CELL ACCESSORIES!!! You’ll probably have MUCH better luck purchasing a 99 cent store case.

ENTERED WITH A CRACKED SCREEN LEFT WITH A BROKEN PHONE!!!!I brought my phone in to have the screen replaced since it had a crack down the middle. they told me that they could replace the whole screen and It was completed in about 45 mins. When I got home, my Camera would not work where it had worked prior to them replacing the screen. I took it back to them the next day and they spent more time trying to point fingers at which on of them broke the camera rather then trying to get it working. When they tried to fix the camera they opened up the phone and broke the connection to the processor and now the screen would not power on. The manager told me that they were not responsible for the damage and tried to point out a vague clause in their paperwork that would let them off the hook. After pointing out to the manager that I watched his employee open my phone and break the connectors. The manager came to tell me that they would have to send my phone out for repair and that it would be gone for a week. After a week I go back in to see if my phone is back from being repaired. the same manager was there and said that he had tried to call me, which was a lie. The screen is repaired but the camera is still broken and they refused to do anything about it. I had to fight with them to refund the $50 that they changed me in the first place for the screen repair. I am now left with a phone which a camera that does not work. I would have been better off living with the cracked screen. These people have no business working on phones and are terrible to work with.

Phone worked perfectly fine besides a cracked screen, brought it in to fix the screen and brought home a broken calibration and I can no longer hear calls.. came back to the stand to fix the calibration, fixed succefully but pinned the inability to hear calls on me bringing it in that way, another 30 dollars for something they broke.Update: the front camera is also broken and I DID NOT bring it in broken. Horrible. DO NOT GO HERE.

They sux . Dont go unless you want your phone broke even more. They have the nerve to say its samsung fault. You been warned.....

I would give a zero if I could. They installed screen wrong and the whole front of the phone fell off. They would not fix it for no charge. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS
