Went in to upgrade my grandmothers phone for her birthday and I got help from Lily. She helped me when really she didn’t have too and she went above and beyond for me and she was the sweetest person ever. She did everything I needed and more, she truly did a great job and I honestly believe this girl deserves a promotion or at least a raise. She made sure that I left happy and with everything I needed and only because of her I got to surprise my grandma with a brand new phone for her birthday with no trouble. Thank you so much, Lily, you made my metro experience worth every penny!
Been to this location 3 times and been terrible everytime. The poor service here helped me make the push to actual T-mobile. Between the poor coverage, 20-30 dollar sim card swap fee, and prices no longer being competitive, would recommend anyone thinking of going Metro save their time and money

My fiances phone stopped working 5 days after buying it and I have been dealing with trying to get it fixed for almost a week now. I was given the run around multiple times until today. Joey was a god send in my eyes today. He was able to help me out more then I could have asked for and helped me resolve my issues. Thank you Joey for being great.
They are good here. They do their job in a timely manner. Read the fine print people. Its their job to explain the basics but thats it. They are customer service, not tech guys.
Walk in and Double charged on a monthly payment .. Same day, same time asked for a refund on one of the payments and was told they couldnt cancel either of the payments that it was out of their power and instead I would only be able to receive store credit for the next month. A mistake made by them that was out of their power, how ironic. I was told everyone would say the same thing even after speaking to who i was referred to as the manager who acted no where near professional. They said that they could not help me neither could customer service without even trying to contact them. It was 30 minutes until closing hours so it seemed that they didnt care as it wasnt their money and they just wanted to go home and take the easy way out without making phone calls in order to fix their error. Since I was clearly talking to the wrong people I ASKED for customer services number which I was told couldnt do anything for me which was a horrible business assumption on their part. Once I called customer service they were able to do the refund for me which I was told by this location once again that they wouldnt be able to. Its ridiculous to pay a buisness money so they can cause an error and so you can do their job for them. I pay for a service, I dont pay so I can do your job for you. Proper training at this location is needed ASAP here.
Needed a screen protector. Went to other metro dealer and they said they did not have any. The girls here were great. The one even applied the protector for me. Highly recommend
Horrible customer service. Employee was only providing service to those who were making a payment. Non payment customers were asked to stand in line and watch as payment only customers passed the rest of us waiting. Wow!

Gabriel is great help... Great customer service... I spent 7 hours 4 trips back and forth to the store my whole fathers day wasted!!! 115 degrees Even came back home got a new Sim card and phone... I was told the mobile network was down by customer service... Smh... Metro Pcs... Gabriel showed more intrest in trying to help... Smh Metro you guys really need more employess like him. Out sourcing to 3rd world countries and people who read scripts and sing is not affective... Hey Gabe thanks at least u tried...

I brought in my Galaxy S5 to get connected I payed $55 as i they gave me my phone back with their service i noticed I still didnt have data only calling and texting so I tell the lady there and she says it usually takes 2hours so i go home and through out the whole day i still dont have any data so i go back to tell them and they said they cant do nothing about it since it was a Bring your own device activation and all they could tell me was sorry! So apparently i just payed $55 for a talk and text plan when i told them i wanted my money back cause thats not what i payed for the lady got very aggressive with me and basically just told me that i had lost my money!
I switched from boost mobile because boost mobile had horrible customer service, thinking that metro pcs would be better. I was wrong!I paid my bill on april 6th!And they are demanding me to pay my bill on may 1st! And disconnected my service!I am beyond angry because this is ny business line and who knows what calls ive missed!Tried to call customer service and there arent actual people for you to talk to. Everything is automated! With that being said if you ever have any problems there is no one for you to be able to talk to to help FIX IT!Im switching back to boost mobile! Today! What a waist of time and money!
