Excellent customer service Daniel had a great personality and sold me on a pair of shoes

We were not greeted when we entered the store, there were 2 employees standing next to each other talking and seen us walk in. We looked at shoes on each side of the store and still did not get greeted. I had to call one of them over for help and when he came over he just stood there not saying a word and I asked him if he worked here and his response was no he just a referee. I asked him for the 3 shoes we wanted and each time they did not have my size. We finally went over to Shoe Palace and bought my sons Birthday gift from them.

A WIDER SELECTION OF BRAND NAME SHOES, VERY CLEAN, PEOPLE FRIENDLY. THEY KNOW WHAT THIER DOING.

Customer service was amazing but they dont have much of anything in the store their shoe selection is very minimal

But never have my size AT THE VICTOR VILLE MALL... I just ordered my jordans and perfect fit, THANK U. but people enjoy the pick up and wear vibes so please do better with sizes for girls woman in the mens sneakers

They were monitoring the amount of customers in the store. Not a long wait and the store was very clean. Good customer service without being to pushy we were able to look and get the sizes we need on our time.

Went in when they were not busy. There was 2 groups of people and 3 to 4 employees that I saw but no one bothered to help me. I guess they dont need sales since the employees ignore customers. I wouldnt be surprised if they get robbed and they just stand around during that. I dont recommend this Footlocker.

Bought some Nike and the sole of the shoe lost air!!!! When I walk I walk sideways!!!!! Clearly noticeable, and embarrassing!!, need a refund not a replacement

Walked in this afternoon and asked an employee to recommend a good shoe for walking and was told to go to Famous Footwear. She didnt bother to recommend any of the hundreds of shoes on display but was quick to say a customer returned her shoes because of blistering. After waiting 10 minutes for 2 employees to find the matching shoe to a display I asked to see, I heeded their advice and went to Famous Footwear. Best decision of the day.

Had the worst experience returning a pair of shoes, Ariana C was so rude and defensive telling me “I’m not giving you back your money, if you were a customer purchasing these shoes you wouldn’t buy them,” She then goes and ask approval from her manager and she ends up doing the return. I will never come back to this store the manger needs to train the associates to assist customers in a respectful manner. Poor customer service!!!
