Me and my kids were shopping and as we approached the entrance they guys was like were closed so we continued to walk the mall passed by again on the way out and we seen a family walk up and was let in I walked back up to the entrance and the girl said were closed I asked then why were they let in she said cause there here for a specific reason when they were looking clearly at the shoes what other reason would they be in the store these associates clearly let people in based on their race..

Not the place to come buy shoes. i definitely will be taking my business elsewhere.

As soon as I walked in the store with my sister they yelled at us from across the store to put our masks on. Instead of having someone yell at us they should have the 5 other workers who were having conversations and not paying attention to stand there to greet people and tell them nicely to do so. While we were looking at shoes one of the skinny workers with long black braids was cursing 🤬 talking about the customersin a negative way. What a great way to open the mall on the first day. You would think some workers would be happy to get their job back since quarantine. While checking out the cashier was talking to her friend asking where her baby was at instead of paying attention to her customers who purchased air maxes and adidas which would have been more pleasant without all the workers yelling at customers to put their masks on and the constant attitude.

9/1/19I was looking at some lava see vans but it was from the men’s section. I walk to the women’s section and get the shoe. An employer asks me if he can help me and I ask if he has those shoes in my size (7.5) he then says he’s gonna get me a pair and walks away. I wait 5 mins and he brings me the same shoe I was looking at from the men’s sections and says “this is 7.5 try them on” they’re 9 in women -___- I waited for this? I didn’t even get to try on the shoes

The store is really nice and organized! They keep all different brands in their own spots so its really easy to find what you want or need! I would for sure recommend!

A lot of people complain about customer service as I see nothing has changed. Today is the 12 January 2019 around 6:54. I drove up here with the intention to purchase a couple of pair of shoes for workout purposes. I notice 3 employees in a group.one actually looked at me and still did not come over. I will take my money and go online or order from online sources before I come back here. This is the worse customer service I have ever experienced. If I could give it 0 I would. At approximately 7:07 I spotted a footlocker with excellent customer service and made my purchase.

The store was clean with no other customers inside. There were three sales associates, two of which notice myself and family walk in.We were there to purchase a pair of Converse for my daughter. We waited 7 minutes with no assistance from any associate (no other customers in the store).Two of the associates began stocking shoes and one watched us walk out without saying anything.We left without purchasing anything. Not impressed with this stores customer service.

Theyve got really cool looking shoes here. A little pricey bit probably worth it😉
