Nice shoe store. This is the one in the Victorville mall. The young lady that assisted me was not only patient and helpful but also saved me some money on my purchase!! Great job!

I was in journeys yesterday looking for a pair of shoes. I met with Annabelle who happens to be the best customer service rep. I met in. Long time, not only did she extended her service by checking to make sure I was purchasing under a legit vendor through Amazon amazed me. Usually you walk in stores and customer service is basic but Annabelle was different and helpful and I appreciate her.

I went in today not really expecting to buy anything, but these three girls really gave me the confidence boost I needed! They were so beyond helpful and sweet. Emilia, Valerie, and Celina thank you for making my experience so wonderful! Will definitely come back!

Went in with my daughter for a backpack and some shoes best service ever! Timothy was a real sweetheart and provided great service he even put my daughter shoe on laced it up to make sure it was comfortable.

Went in with my little brother to get some shoes, and a young guy working there was acting like a real jerk. He asked how my little brother liked the shoes he was already wearing when he came in and then the guy working there called them cheap. Then he continued to question where my little brother got all of his clothes from, then bragged about how many shoes he owns. Non-stop gave us dirty looks as well. This guy should not be working there. Made us very uncomfortable and was also very rude by calling what my brother was wearing cheap. As long as I see that guy in there, I will not walk in

Employees are very helpful and friendly. I made an exchange and the transactions went very smooth, the girl that helped me (and i regret not getting her name) went above and beyon helping me.. Journeys will be my first option for now on.

I always bring my kids here to shop for back to school shoes. They always have limited edition Vans and Converse that you literally cant buy anywhere else. Sure, you have to pay full price, but the kids are happy and I am happy.

I went to return some shoes that were the wrong color and ended up ordering the ones that I needed since they weren’t in stock. Amanda was very helpful in helping me order those and gave me options in how I could have them shipped. She answered all the question I had and didn’t seem the mind. I started asking about other merchandise (a mini jansport backpack) that was displayed behind her and she actually referred me to an adidas one since I was returning the shoes. I was still in the process of returning the shoes but she let me compare both backpacks side by side. Although the store was getting a little busy she was very attentive to all my questions. I ended up buying the backpack because it was cute and better than the other one, but also because of the amazing customer service that I received. Thank you Amanda.
