I have never been here before today. Wasnt expecting to find much but they do have a great selection of shoes and clothing.

This shoe store is just awesome. Wide variety of my two daughters shoes that are in the latest fashion every school year.This Monday, July 26, 2021, we went here to purchase more shoes. The two Hispanic gentlemen workers were absolutely brilliant. Excellent service, they both were very professional, and were very helpful. They provided my daughter with all the information to order shoes that were not there in her size. And just like they said, three days to seven days later they are at my front door. The woman cashier was very nice and professional as well. Thank you all for your excellent service. We will definitely be back.

Great Customer Service, Great Variety,Very Clean Place.

They have a good variety for women but not so much for men shoes. Also the brands they sell the sizing is off and I had to buy a whole size larger than normal and it looked small and thin and werent comfortable burst least I was able to get my full refund with a receipt. If youre on a budget looking for good shoes and good prices then this would be a good option. the location looks like its not in the best area but its clean inside.

This is a great shoe store for active wear! I did see some boots for ladies, as well but I didnt look at those. They also carry active wear clothing. They have name brands on discounted prices. I was able to get my son some Vans for for a little over 40 bucks. The store is neat and clean with everything laid out very nicely. The store is in a perfect location on Bear Valley with plenty of parking.

I always go here. You can gain points by your dollar amount spent. By setting up your number and you can use it for money off of your purchase.

Ive never felt so uncomfortable shopping for some shoes. There must have been at least 6 employees working not one of them asked if I needed any help there were other customers in the store they were helping them either no customer service at all I had to get the boxes of shoes I wanted to try on that were up high on shelves and the best one was the shoe boxes that were stacked nearly as tall as I am which Im 5 foot 7 and of course the ones I wanted are at the bottom of the stack there were two stacks of the shoes I was trying to try on next to that was a different shoe which had three stacks a boxes and behind that how about three or four Stacks shoe boxes so I could either pull the ones out from the bottom if I do it right stack just drops down or Ill take them down one by one which why am I doing this so what Im thinking so I get irritated after taking about four four boxes off and I decided just going to try to pull box at the bottom out and it drops down I get my shoes and go to put the ones that are on the top and I put back a little cardboard sign that was on top and have the prices of shoes which weighed nothing I placed it on top guess what it was like a roll of Dominos and it was not quiet there were boxes shoes all on the ground I know they heard the crash nobody came to check on it something like this happens at any other store and use their is an employee theyre telling the person dont worry about it Ill get it for you I picked up the shoes the boxes starting to stack them all nice and neat the way they they were before I knock them over and and after two employees walk right past the Isle and me and didnt even bother to see what happened or say something to me I just piled them no order at all and then there was sandals in the boxes and I could not for the life of me get them back in in the boxes the right way I left a pile of scandals on top of the pile of boxes and honestly that is something I would not usually do I would have left it a lot nicer near but at that point I was just overly sick of being in the store cuz I can get no help no hellos there was an employee at the front door when I got there that did say hello and smiled and open the door for me and the girl that check me out did say thank you but other than that thats it what were the employees there for him because nobody was helping any customers I honestly dont think Ill ever want to go back even though the prices are good just give it to the whole store was just giving very uncomfortable vibe why would you hire employees and pay them and they dont help customers just an odd experience at the store

This particular store was so clean and inviting. The ambiance tempted me to stay longer and shop around more. Normally these stores are junky and Im in and out quickly.The staff was friendly, helpful and patient. The security was even helpful.

So the security person in the store might look scary but dude was very helpful with my wife and I. Found some dope shoes also and that same guy found me a second pair for a cheaper price. All and all I have always had a great experience here.

I think it was Sunday or Monday but a very nice genuine young lady had helped my mother and I try on some shoes!! My mom is 73 and I am 59, I have arthritis so i couldnt help my mom try on shoes so this young lady helped my mom and I try on shoes. She took her time to listen and be patient with our indecisiveness. She went down every isle to look for a shoe that would take care of all of our needs. She even took our shoes to the front. I tried to ask the cashier with blonde hair what her name was but she hurried me up out the door so by then the young lady was off for the day!! So if anyone knows her name please help me find her so I can thank her. And if you are her and you see this I just want to thank you for all of your help!! The shoes are very comfortable-!!!

Great place for shoes, other than Footlocker. Staff is cool all day every day . If you cant find a shoe in your size chances are someone else got them before you did, so just go earlier in the morning and hope for a restock.Great experiences each time Ive visited .

The management is very rude and they spend their whole shift in the back leaving employees to answer questions they dont know, which is very frustrating for the employee and customer!! I say disrespectful because I over heard a man in a blue shirt with dark black hair talking about one of the employees saying he would have her hours cut if she didnt communicate with him more. Im sorry you just shouldnt be discussing it openly for cutomers to hear and to another employee. That is very unprofessional. I wouldnt want to speak to him either. To add to that I was waiting in line for a couple of minutes because a guard had to call a employee (that saw me waiting in line but didnt want to cashier) to cashier. Which is very lazy!!! Please take my comment into consideration. DO NOT SHOP HERE!! A bad business!!

These people are very rude I asked a chubby guy in the store if he could help me get a shoe down and he never came back to help me so I went to this skinny girl to ask her if they had a shoe and she said she can get someone to help me so she asked the same guy that I asked before and I finally got a the shoe. This is so unnecessary. If you dont know if and where you have a shoe you need to take your time to look instead of throwing them off to a employee just because you are a supervisor. That is just pure lazy!

Selection isnt the largest, but its still a great store to get shoes. The prices usually range from about $40 to around $70 for any shoe, but you might be able to snag a cheap $20 shoe in there or a $30 raiders hat.

This short boy on register that was about 4 1/2 feet gave me the wrong change and when I looked at my receipt at the register and told him, he gave me all of my change!! Im just saying he needs to pay more attention! No telling who hes done this to. With that being said folks, count your change and look at the receipt before you leave.

Me my mom and my bro went here we got our shoes and everything was fine we swiped the card it didnt work so we swiped it again to find out that it worked the first time but then it charged us twice we tried to get our money back and what I believe the manager said he could not do that and we would have to talk to someone higher up than him and so we asked can we at least get the shoes since we already paid twice he said we couldnt because of the error so we left with no money and no shoes later that night we evuantualy got are money back but still a horrible experience another thing is that the guy behind us in line said his daughter lost her phone they went back and they same guy said he saw it and it would be on the website but it wasnt

A good place to buy athletic shoes. Good selection, current styles and better than average prices as long as you have the coupon or buy on sale. This store used to carry a lot of inexpensive nice clothing but they phased it out. One of the best selections of Vans Ive seen anywhere and very good for Nike, Adidas, Puma and Sketchers. Excellent customer service with plenty of employees so never long lines.
