Had a wonderful experience! Got in to see the doctor quickly, and had no problem picking a pair of glasses as the store carries a wide variety of name brand glasses. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely would recommend.

Jocelyn and billy here at the Victorville LensCrafters we’re awesome, we walked in to see about getting my girlfriends glasses fixed willing to pay whatever it was. And they took us right in and fixed them for free and even put new nose pads on. We were super grateful for their kindness and helpfulness. 10/10 would recommend

Sky was the absolute best! She was knowledgeable with products and lens options. This was the best eyewear experience I’ve ever had hands down. She made my 12 year old feel completely comfortable and helped choose the perfect pair.

Skylar is amazing! She made me feel very comfortable and answered all of my questions even if I wasn’t sure exactly what I was asking lol. She was very knowledgeable and broke everything down for me very thoroughly when I had questions about the difference between piecing and lenses. She even showed me the difference between different coatings on my lenses with the iPad (which was really cool to see) Had a really great conversation with her and had some good laughs. She does above and beyond at her job helped me order new lenses, fixed my glasses that I currently have, and cleaned my glasses for me without even asking.

My family and I have been a clients here for many years and have very impressed with the customer service from almost all of the staff. I have had many eye exams, and she (the Dr.@ Victor valley Lens Crafters) gave me a very through eye exam, plus she was easy to speak with regarding my eye history. Today as I woke up and put on my new glasses I am reminded why I have been visiting LensCrafters for years! Yesterday the Sales Associate Ashley Morales was able to find my style of frames immediately and had them ready to go during the same visit with my prescription lenses in new frames. Her customer service was through the roof. This isnt the first time she provided excellent customer service either. I remembered her from my last visit but most importantly she remembered me! That tells me to her I wasnt just a job, I was that long time client and got the serviced I deserved! Victorville location has the right people are the right place and time!

Julie was incredibly helpful and even managed to somehow repair my (terribly damaged) frames enough to where I can use them until the new ones come in!

This is a must and I have to express how reluctant the staff are at this particular place. LensCrafters staff is informed we were purchasing two different frames, under the same LensCrafters credit card so we can have the promotion of buy 2 frames for one year free of APR. LensCrafters staff makes two different purchases which disqualifies the promotion. We talk to the manager and she says there is nothing she can do. I keep reiterating that it’s their mistake, staff made two different transactions. Why? I don’t know! Manager lacked customer service and compassion towards us as customers. I used to work retail as well and we always got trained on the significance and importance of customer service. I’m shocked how manager and staff at this place don’t care about the importance of saying “I apologize/ I recommend this/ It’s my mistake but I can help you with this/ Or here is a compensation of a discount on your return/“ or bleh freaking something that shows how compassionate you are to these customers. Manager sounded very annoyed and she recommended for a return! I just think the way the manager handled this also showed her immaturity as a manager and lacked the basics of customer service. Very disappointed how everything got handled. They seriously lost all of our family members as customers and I won’t be recommending them to anyone as well.

I had a great experience this past week while purchasing glasses at this LensCrafters! Bailey especially was of so much help to me when trying to price out my prescription glasses and sunglasses, she made everything super easy to understand! I want to thank her for being so kind and understanding while helping me even though I kept going back & forth unsure of what I needed to purchase. Also, my eye exam for glasses and contacts earlier this month with Dr. Mousavi Paver was done in a timely manner & she was very professional and friendly. I was very happy with the accuracy of my given prescription. I will definitely be returning to this LensCrafters location next year for my next exam and to purchase more frames/lenses.

Let me start by saying I know the mall closes their shops at 7pm...but not at 6:45pm. I have been a manager so I know closing needs to be at that hour not earlier(unless alarm testing). As we were getting close to the entrance the employee pulled the band to close off the entrance. I looked at the time and it was 6:45pm, no other customers were in the store. My husband asked the employee how much a certain brand started at she told us and my husband asked me which ones I wanted. I said I just wanted to look. The employee said nothing. I said lets go theyre closing anyway. The employee didnt offer me to look for a second or say hey guys we open back up tomorrow at this time. She just seemed completely annoyed that we even came to the entrance of the store. Im not sure if I even wanna try again to go to this Lenscrafters...

Bad experience being the 1st time we visited this location. Laura was the person my husband spoke to. She gave him attitude while rolling her eyes. She seemed bothered. Doesnt seem like she likes her job. My husband expressed that she was giving him attitude and she didnt care to apologize. She repeated everything my husband was telling her as if she was just bothered to help us. All we wanted was an appointment. Her body language told more than just her face expressions. My husband walked away after she asked if we wanted a business card with the appointment on it. My husband told her we normally do get an appointment card and she said normally we dont give any. My husband walked away as he didnt want to waste her paper and I stood by waiting. She then told me I dont know why he thinks I have an attitude. I just told her I dont know what happened because I couldnt really hear her just saw her expressions. She responded saying I dont know either. We usually pay cash for my glasses so they just lost a loyal customer. Do better Lenscrafters!! Never going back Laura so just cancel my appointment!🤷

I was coming from LA to Vegas and stopped by LensCrafters, Victorville because my frame broke and Ashley M. was able to find a comparable lens to swap out the lens.

It has been a small struggle for me to find a pair of glasses with progressive lenses that fit my face. I have been in a few times and have seen probably everyone there, including 2 technicians, and I must say, everyone has been so kind and helpful. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! I understand being cautious because of covid, BUT I just stood at their storefront which was cordoned off, and was never acknowledged in any fashion. After being COMPLETLY ignored for 10 minutes I entered. I asked if we were allowed to shop or simply stare at their merchandise. By then I was so angry I looked for 2 minutes then left. Bad service lost them my business and my husbands. I dont mind waiting, but dont treat me like im invisible, all three of you!!!!

There hours say 11Am-7PM and every time I call it takes me straight to voicemail/Directory.I was there last time customer service was okay not sure why post your hours if no one is going to answer the phone.

LensCrafters is very professional when it comes to helping you find the right glasses and frames that will work for your face. They also help find my old prescription for my old eye doctors office, which is very useful. Overall the service was amazing.

This is the worse Lenscrafters facility I have ever been to. Poor customer service and lack of eye prescription accuracy. I have had to pay out of pocket several times due to errors or incorrect eye prescription. Customers should not be accountable for errors made made on the prescriptions. This is unacceptable!! They expect for the customer to pay for a new prescription if something was not added that it should have been added by the eye doctor. Is seems like this is how they get most of their extra money. By making customers pay for nonsense and errors they make. This is my last time here. Moving forward. Horrible!!

I’ve had to go to quite a few different optometrists ( I have glasses since I was I’m now 20 almost 21) and this place was by far the best ! They made me feel completely comfortable, they didn’t make it seem like it was rushed when they were doing the testing part overall I will continue to go here until I move.

I am going mid way here to decide to return for new glasses. I saw that it has happened to other people so I will also say, the doctors were very nice, even though I have had to return several times to have my lenses corrected. To be re tested to correct lenses is my debate at present.

I would put a minus 10. The feeling of used car dealer came to mind. Get it in writting. I asked if we get side protection, she said yes she can. No they dont.Also scratch resistant. Means resistant, not that it gets repaired within the 1st year. If you leave the store, anything happens its not covered.You have to buy insurance. They dont stand by the product. Ive been getting glasses for over 40 yrs and the supplier stands by it for one year. My wife gets her at Vadez eye and they took care of her.

The eye doctor was nice and professional. But the staff was totally up-selling lens and glasses. When I just wanted the basic lens that my insurance covers they said it would not be as clear. So they were telling me that the ones covered by insurance were inferior and trying to up-sell the high impact lightweight ones that cost hundreds more. But when I looked at my prescription later, the doctor recommended the ones I actually got. Watch for the up-sell from the staff.

After speaking with the corporate customer service and working with Chrissy in the store I decided to change my review. I got a chance to work with Chrissy in the store and she was beyond amazing and had the most welcoming personality. I really appreciate the time her and customer service took out to help me and my situation.

I made an appointment with jaime for 5/5 at 11:20 am. I came in for my appointment which was apparently never made or made for a completely different day. Sara while walking away told me we can take you at 1pm there are 5 people ahead of you. She couldve apologized and not been so rude as if she was doing me a favor. Do not do business here staff is incompetent.

Raquel was awesome! She was quick to assist me, never impatient with my endless questions. It was odd that while I sat down she remained standing. A little uncomfortable looking up at someone while youre sitting. But overall, a great experience.

First and last time:9/8 my boyfriend and I were followed around the whole store. Being a minority, living in our current society, it hurt me so much. Ive never stolen anything. I have never gone to jail or even visited one. I have a career and a degree...but it doesnt matter. I was made to feel like absolutely nothing. I was asked if I had insurance, the name of the insurance and if I had a prescription. If I didnt, would I need to leave??? No one has ever asked me these questions in this way--not as part of a conversation, but apart of a checklist for criteria to be in the store. Now that I think about it she had a paper and pen when she asked me and looked like she was pretending to write it down.After being followed so intensely, my boyfriend and I left. We came back and he asked to speak with the manager. The lead came out. She listened as he explained how we felt. She informed us that before we came in someone stole 10 frames.So our experience happened because of their reaction to an event that had nothing to do with us? Yeah....Nope! Not cool. Not cool at all. I dont care what the situation was. Following people around the store and then admitting the reason why it happened...ugh! Never ever again. Once again, first and last time I will ever go into a lenscrafters....oh, I went to costco immediately afterwards and bought 2 pairs of glasses. :)

Ive heard complaints about this location, but figured Id check it out all the same. I really liked their frame selection, but unfortunately, they dont take my insurance (VSP). Although the staff was super busy, one employee found a few minutes to help me. She was actually extremely knowledgeable about how frames should fit on your face. In the past, Id just bought what I liked, and this time, she taught me more about what looks good on my face shape. HUGE help! Bummer on the insurance thing, otherwise, Id probably have purchased here.

The 2 ladys behind the counter need to be fired. The tech Manager needs to be fired. They are lucky I dont put there names down. The only part of the experience I had that was positive was the exam its self. They messed my glasses up 5 TIMES! Then my moms 2 TIMES! Then they treat us like we are the issue thats so messed up.

Eye appointment wait wasnt too bad, the eye exam was okay. I only had to pay $70 out of pocket and was able to pick up my new glasses within 45 minutes.

I need glasses real bad. I walked in and wow the lady in the front made me feel like I was bothering her. She was no help just wanted to schedule a appointment date. I told her I wanted to see what glasses they have and she said nothing (Ive never been in a LensCrafters). Didnt even point me to a wall. Ill go else where for my prescription glasses.

Go somewhere else they are a rip off and it takes over 2 weeks to get your glasses. They always have an excuse as why they havent gotten them in. Very irradiated with the store in Victorville, CA. Paid over $650 dollars for frames/lens and that was with 40% off the lens. The said that they had to order my frames because they werent in stock and it should be 7-10 days. When I called yesterday I was told that my glasses should be here the next day Friday. When I called today at 3:45pm the lady told me my frames were in but my lens were not. That I would now have to wait until Tuesday... very annoyed with their customer service. If I could give them no star, I would!

If It was up to me I would give them no stars!They are extremely rude! Every time I call to make an appointmnet I cringe.The staff is extremely indifferent.I called 4 days ago to make an appointment with the optometrist, I explained that the insurance information was no longer the same and that this year I had a new company. I advised if they should take down the information so that all is ready for me at my appointment. They advise it was fine and that they would take care of me when I got there. Well surprise, surprise the day of my appointment they were scrambleling to find my information and could because it was after hrs. I TOOK TIME OFF WORK FOR NOTHING!!!! all because they refuse to prepare them selves. I work in Customer Service I would never dream of mistreating my clients the way the do.so if you are looking to be professionally mistreated, move forward with this company.only reason I still go there is because of the optometrist doctors who are fantastic and extremely professional! and I only will se the Rep upfront whos name is Luisa, she is wonderful. everyone there needs to be trained by her and only her!I hate this office with all my guts!
