Nice selection of costume. The spirit of Halloween was missing. Store was way too quite. Where’s the scary music? Left went next door to party city lol.

It was good. Decent selection and got what we needed. Not many animatronics for demo, but it had interesting walkthrough areas. The line was really long for checkout, but the 3-4 registers dealt with it quickly.

Loved shopping at this Spirit Halloween. The store was FULLY stocked and very well decorated. It scared my kids, so that’s a plus lol and we found everything we needed. 5 stars FS

We signed up for their newsletter on their website and we never received the 20% off coupon nor would their staff help us nor offer us the small discount after spending $ 200 on their store..poor customer service we will never waste our money again at a store and website that doesnt value their customers shop elsewhere..

Place is outrageous in pricing their costumes..not the best place to go to buy...unless you have money to burn...Two kids costumes with no accessories was just under $100..that is terrible..last time I ever go there....
