Would give a zero that woman over there is terrible wish I had not even paid for three months there terrible customer service can’t even be friendly when I had to go to the door for she could open the restroom because it was locked and said hi and just ignored me sad people and then when we get out the today says we owe 1 day when this is the day they said to get out by today idk but she is very rude and said she wasn’t going to close out the storage and keep the rent going crazy can’t do that

They are easy to break into. Be hard to get ahold of after hours. The doors to the small units are hollow-core. Overall Ill never return them again and Ill tell everyone that I know of not to done

This facility gives you the royal treatment! I am definitely a fan! I was offered a cold drink the office was clean neat and put together. They thoroughly explained the storage units and I had a ride around the facility in a golf cart!! Good choice!!!

I was referred to CubeSmart by U-Haul because they did have the storage I needed and I am so glad they did. My experience was wonderful. I found the perfect sized unit for my storage needs and the price fits my budget. The staff at CubeSmart was exceptionally knowledgeable about the units, storage sizes and explaining all of the details that I needed to know. The staff is nice but my only concern is the price baiting. They get you in low then hike up the price. My current rate is 60 dollars higher than I got in for.

Angelina was very helpful. Im currently located in Illinois and needed to get a storage unit for my brother. I thought at first it wasnt going to be possible because of being in a different state, but Angelina worked with me and guided me to what needed to be done. Great customer service, and kept me updated with any changes that happened along the way. Prices are also very reasonable for the space.

I moved to Victorville form Moreno Valley and needed a place to relocate my belongings and after calling around I found CubeSmart to have the best prices. So when I came in and ask to know more about the units and there plans, I met Angelina who showed me what they had.She really make it very easy to pick what I needed and and set up my auto deduct. If you are looking for extra space I cant think of a better place to go and she remembers all her tenants and always has smile and a hello for all.
