Set up a reservation for a trailer online. Nothing online said a tow ball was required. Just a hitch, which I had. Once I showed up, was told that I would need a tow ball and they didnt have any to sell me. After going to purchase something, I was told that it wouldnt work and needed a raised hitch with tow ball. After getting that, I was told the tow ball was the wrong size and needed a bigger bolt for the raised hitch. Once I finally got all the correct pieces brought back, I needed assistance installing them. This location has advertising on their windows that they will install tow hitches on your vehicle. I was told they didnt have the proper tools to be able to tighten the ball to the hitch. So again I had to go somewhere else to take care of this. After jumping through all the hoops they then proceeded to tell me that the lights werent working on the trailer and I couldnt take it, but he checked my vehicle and saw nothing wrong there. Finally just took a refund and left. Highly recommend going anywhere else but here for your moving needs.

Made an appointment 10 days ago to have a hitch instalation done today. I showed up 15 minutes prior to my appointment time, waited 20 minutes behind an already upset customer and then was told they didnt have the parts to install my hitch. After an hour of phone calls to other stores, they told me there was one in Redlands that they MAY be able to install but, possibly not. They wouldnt know until i got there. Ridiculous

This company is THE BEST. Thank you SO much to the manager and his team. I waited to write this review until the whole process was finished. We had our household belongings and our vehicle shipped. Great pricing and great customer service. I am SO impressed!!! I highly recommend this company and am so thankful to have worked with them!

Terrible service, slow moving staff, sadly been here a few times. Its worth it to drive 15 minutes somewhere else. Everytime I come here it take 45 min to do anything. Pick up drop off doesnt matterNails screws everywhere... Staff doesnt care.. they blame management..

This is worst store I have ever seen, I rent a van its showed 1/4 gallons on paper so I trust it, but the van stopped when I drove couple miles, the gasoline out then I called friend delivery gasoline to me. I used more than one hour try to call the company but only computer respond me. I told all the thing when I returned van one guy said ok we give $30 gasoline deposit to you when next time you rent, but nothing happened when I rent next time. Then just look at me like thief .The day before yesterday I rent van again, its showed 4805 miles dashboard showed 4847, I take pictures and told them again, but they still charge me from 4805 miles, they play game, they steal money on this way!And more, the van was so dirty I told the employees, one guy just said okay have a beautiful day. Yes I have if you not doing so bad thing in the world!

Worst storage place to go to ! My storage got broken into only after 1 week of me having my stuff in there ! Then we got a call a few days ago saying other people’s storages got broken into as well . It’s not worth it ! Now we have to start from scratch

The customer service is not my issue, they are doing what they can with what the company gives them, less help & more responsibility. My issue is that I have been trying to find what they did with my uboxes, I get my invoices from this ficility & pay my bills there also, but just found out thats not where my uboxes are even stored, cant get an answer from anybody I have contacted including management as to where they are and I need them delivered.

Had my hitch installed and never got my wiring done. Told us it would be done by Friday and today is Monday no call and when you call over there no answer always hang up on you. Not happy.

It says here storage access was 24 hour access which is the only reason we decided to use this place but come to find out thats not the case. And the lady who helped me failed to mention otherwise. Very irritating

If I could give it a half-star I would because it doesnt deserve a full star. When I try to call them, most of the time the phone doesnt even ring on my end and its just silence for 20 seconds and then I get hung up on. Once it actually answered with an automated message asking you to punch 1 or 2, etc. So I punched 2 and was holding for help and then a message comes on saying the approximate wait time is 15-20 minutes. No way am I holding for even 5 minutes for somebody to tell me if they have something in stock. If you want my $, take my call in less than 5 minutes or else Ill take my business somewhere else.

Been here 5 times and always busy but they never have helpers. Last chance I give this place.

I feel bad for the employees, they do their best to hurry up the process, but are extremely short handed ALL THE TIME. Customers here are always cussing at them and behaving rudely. It’s not the employees fault! But if you need to come here for ANYTHING even propane, you may need to get a sleeping bag and a pillow, because it will take 10 times longer then you planned😵😬.

Rented from this place prices are low but service is really slow

Literally the worst uhaul location. Slowest service ever and theres one worker. You can tell by the way he does things hes purposely making the people in line wait longer. You guys either need more staff or at least one that can do their job efficiently. Stop wasting peoples time.

Slow, poor customer service

Most amazing team of people Iv ever had the joy of working with. I had to travel over 2500 miles. These are hard times as everyone knows. Just myself and my two children embarking on a risky journey during the COVA-19 epidemic and they made sure I was safe and secure. I had a hitch installed on a 2016 VW Tiguan and a trailer put on the next day. Not a single problem the entire way and we arrived safely. Please everyone try and understand how hard these folks work and how much responsibility is put on their shoulders! Daily, they have to make deadlines and improvise on the spot! First time visit at this location . The service slow as F.... take about an hour to 2 hour waiting. When I signed one 26ft Van, paper show has over 1/4 fuel. But I checked it was not have any fuel . I try to come back let FD personal know . I spent other 30 minutes wait time. It is wasting my time . Totally I spent about 3 hours to rent a Van. Unbelievable!!!!

I always use this locations service when I need to rent a truck. Theyre super patient, very helpful and always make it easy when picking up or returning my rental. Edwin and Keegan make sure their customers are taken care of and treated with respect! These 2 employees deserve top recognition! Thanks Edwin and Keegan!

They were ridiculously slow. It took them 45 minutes to attach the trailer to my truck and I had my own hitch. They work on their time. I couldve done it faster. Horrible customer service and they dont seem to care. While I waited other customers seem to become very agitated with the employees. I will never use this location again. I advise no on else use it either.

No system in place, they talk to whoever they want to talk to or whoever they see. The equipment return line was blocked and no courtesy of letting you know whats next, what to do. I dont care if the are short staff, not my problem but they to communicate. If they have a problem with that, they need to talk to their boss. Customer is customer. Get a number system or something. This place is worst than my dentist office. Sorry but one star is still too much for you guys. You guys deserve minus.

I don’t care to go to this uhaul unless Michelle is working the front desk. If I don’t see Michelle I leave and find another way as I frequently rent tow dollys from there. She’s usually in early mornings which works out perfectly, get in get out and get back.

Nice people. Extemely limited sized fleet. Very slow. If youre patient and have schloads of time to wait around, itll be fine. But when customers have their timeline to get stuff done, and there are only 2 staff members on a busy weekend (back to school weekend), they need to have more staff. Ridiculous.

They have you waiting in the return equipment area but never come out and when you come in to tell them they tell you they will be right out but they actually just keep helping everyone else I’m waiting and still waiting as I do this review lol it’s ridiculous

The truck and rental location was clean. The employee Veronica was not rude as described in another review. She was very helpful and professional.

Always have issues here, whether they mess up my reservation, overcharge me, or struggle to provide adequate service. They dont go lengths to keep your business, but when the stars align, and your needs can be met, it goes well enough.

Went in to deliver some used boxes after calling to see if they reused moving boxes, I was told they did and to bring them in broken down. I broke down the boxes, loaded them in my truck and took them down there. I went in to ask them if theyd take them and was told to put them in the bin as long as they fit. I was then told I could do this as long as they were not Home Depot boxes, I asked why that was the case and was told we had to slash our prices because of them. another customer in the store asked if Lowes boxes were ok and the guy said those were fine. He was arrogant and prevented me from providing a service to his customers and community, and the whole operation seemed pretty shoddy. Id recommend using a Neighborhood Dealer because Ive never had any problems with those.

When we picked up the truck the manager was very kind and helpful. When we returned the truck the customer service was the worst I have encountered in years!!!!
