Refused to give a covid vaccine to a Black woman because too many walk ins were done when she came in for her scheduled appointment. Lawrence is completely unprofessional and should not be working in a health care environment with that type of attitude. Completely unacceptable to turn anyone away from getting the vaccine because he didnt feel like doing it

Who is responsible for this location? These folks need help in the pharmacy and requested it over the intercom.... Someone else came on and said she was on break... Poor customer service. I’m all for breaks, but not when there are tons of people that need to be serviced.

This place sucks. Customer Service is non existent. Wait forever to get a prescription filled. 2 people to work the pharmacy and line at window and 20 deep inside the store.

CVS Pharmacy in Vidalia lost my specialty medication for the second time today!! They didn’t want to look for it beyond the computer system; even though I showed them the UPS tracking info that showed Mr. Singleton, Store Manager signed off for it. They even had the audacity to tell me that they didn’t recognize the last name Singleton. He is the store manager! Liars … after this I do not want any business at all with this store. The package was left without refrigeration, and the box specifically indicates that!! If you can’t do your job properly leave! They showed no interest to help me at all! Those who suffer from any immune disease should understand the importance of taking medication exactly as prescribed.

By far the worst customer service and least educated as far as CVS pharmacy staff that interfaces with customers! They are rude and seem to get defensive when you ask a question. Both at the store and especially on the phone.

Horrible pharmacy! They never answer phone so if I have a question about my prescription I have to drive up there. The pharmacist has no knowledge. And I have been in the drive-thru for 20 min and there are 3 cars ahead of me. Changing to a better pharmacy.

We drove an hour here to be tested for covid-19, only to be told that their computers were down and to come back tomorrow! Would have been nice to receive a call or text from them letting us know before we drove all the way out here!

I’ve lived in 3 different states with no problems at any CVS pharmacy. This is By far the worst Phamarcy I’ve ever been to. I don’t know what the issue is with filling medications, lack of urgency and giving good customer service.

The pharmacy staff are not friendly. They never show any type of concern. You may wait over 40 minutes just to get prescriptions filled. This pharmacy is all about making money. They need to be investigated. Dont trust them A bunch of people with no personalities. Sorry Pharmacy. CVS VIDALIA, GEORGIA. I STOPPED GOING. SEVERAL FRIENDS ARE COMPLAINING AND LEAVING. CLOSE THEM DOWN.

This place is a joke. Just got done at Meadows Regional dropped off prescription they said at max 30 mins. Waited 40 minutes before returning to be told they had not even started working on my daughters prescription. Got told it would be another 10 to 15 minutes. Why give a quote of time if youre not going to even attempt how long it will be. They cant say they were that busy only two people were in the parking lot when I got there and no one in the Drive-Thru I parked nearby and hopes they would finish early. Having to Wait with a child under 2 that long is ridiculous.

Our grandson ( 5y) was with us at Camp Hillview when someone bumped his side playing ball. The intense pain reminded us that we had failed to remember to check what appeared to be a spider bite from a previous outing several days before. A pediatrician with the group was concerned that an abscess had formed. He quickly located the CVS in Vidalia and ordered a prescription. The kind and thoughtful pharmacist stayed at the pharmacy until we come arrive after closing time. Many thanks as this child could have required hospitalisation had the treatment not been started that night.

This pharmacy is absolutely awful. The staff is rude, they ALWAYS tell you a time (that is way too long) and when you come back even after the time they said, your prescription is still not done. DO NOT use CVS pharmacy in Vidalia.
