I had not been here in a Long time because of the bad additude the employees had. & to my surprise as soon as you walk thru the door you can feel a real good vibe. Im not sure who or what changed but, I Love it!! I spoke to a gentleman and let him know we as customers appreciate the changes that have been made!

The place was absolutely dirty. Only a few people were grumpy but the cashier was nice. Some things were still in a box after shipment, that stuff wasnt put on the shelves yet! Im sure that will work on that.

The Dollar Tree in Vidalia is in awful condition. It dont have anything in it and what is in the floor !!

The shelves never seem to be stocked. There must be a company policy against two registers being open, Im sure the stockholders are happy though. On the upside, the employees are usually pleasant. Time to find new management...

This location has gotten so unorganized that the last few times Ive shopped here i witnessed customers trying to straighten out the shelves to make it look better. If the stock manager cant get the stock crew to do the job right maybe the whole crew should be replaced starting with the manager. The clerks are having to do there job and trying to go behind the stock crew because they are not doing theirs.

This is the most nastiest store i have ever been in...cant even get down the isles cause of all the mess.. will never shop there again 😝

Shelves were nearly bare.

A wide variety of items, all priced at either $1 (most) or less (some candy, Vienna Sausage, and potted meat, as well as clearance items, for example). The store is clean and easy to get around. The staff is helpful and know their store. I go there often and find many bargains there.

No stock and dirty

This location is a complete mess!!! It looks like things are just thrown on the shelf.

No rhyme or reason to anything. There is stuff EVERYWHERE.

Worst dollar tree in the state. The cashiers are great. The rest of the staff does not want to work. Stuff is unorganized and not where it should be. My wife asked for help today and actually had someone threaten to fight her in the check out line. This place has went down fast. Yall need some Jesus up in there.

It’s very nasty trash all over the floor and it has a sign outside the door that requires mask but, you see everyone with out one on even the employees this is the worst dollar tree I ever been in do better Vidalia Georgia

Dollar Tree is a miserable place to deal with. Their personnel are obvious in their lack of customer support and the store policies on exchanges and returns is terrible. Save yourself the headache and shop anywhere else, even Walmart is better than Dollar Tree.

I have no complaints about Dollar Tree. The workers do the best they can. However, they should hire more people because the lines are ALWAYS packed and long when I go into the store. Other than that its okay.

Things must be better now they are in the new building they seem to be able to keep it cleaner

The store was filthy and the products were all over the floor looked like someone came in and threw everything off the shelves not sure what is going on but between that and the funky smell we decided not to shop here.
