You cant go wrong here. Ive dealt mostly with a young lady named Misty. Shes very knowledgeable about cell phones, accessories and your account. We have bought quite a few phones here over the years. From a razor phone for my hubby, a simple no frills phone for my invalid mother-in-law, a simple folding phone for my 90 year old father-in-law to my newest phone a Samsung Galaxy S 9+. Thanks to Misty and the others at Comtex for being so helpful.

The young lady misty was very very rude and hateful towards me when I came in for service yesterday look at me as if I were there to rob the place when I first walked in! And then her attitude towards me just got worse so I walked out and filled a complaint with custumer service! Because the place is not part of the franchise and privately owned they probably wont do anything about it! This girl was very disrespectful and I dont recommend anyone deal with these horrible people and Im a life long resident of vidor Tx thank you

Misty always goes above and beyond to help me with any issues with my Verizon phones. Love being able to walk in, or call, and get help right away.
