This was by far one of the easiest (and dare I say near enjoyable) experiences I have had at a Verizon store ever. I typically never feel the desire either to write a review, but Yancey at this location specifically helped me and impressed me much so that I couldn’t help but write one. Seriously, the customer service and conversation was so pleasant and upbeat, AND she helped answer all gazillion of my questions. I will be back for sure!

I went to several Verizon stores to seek help for a phone issue I had and this Verizon seemed to be the best one yet! I had experienced the greatest customer service from any Verizon store I had gone to. The girl who helped me named Emily was very sweet and patient with me and my problems. She got the job done and got me out of there in 15 minutes!!! 10/10 recommend this store.

Door was locked, called the store to ask if they where closed, so a employee comes to the door and opened it said they are open, went inside waited 30min. Did not get to talk to anyone so I left.

Great service from Matthew! He was able to help me change my Apple ID and reset the password so I could get my stuff into my new iPhone. He took his time and did not rush me.

Matthew made my first visit a great first experience. We upgraded my sons phone and he took his time and explained everything. He was even able to get us an extra deal on the tablets.

Went into this store on the first of February looking to upgrade my phone. These people are rude and don’t understand English whatsoever. I told the guy I wanted and iPhone purple with 256gb. Guess what he ordered and iPhone with 64GB and printed out on receipt an iPhone with 128gb. And when I caught mistake and called the lady was all kinds of rude and hung up on me. So where do they learn their job and customer service?? From a Cracker Jack box obviously. Won’t be back there ever again. And the only reason they get one star is cause you can’t leave zero!!!!
