After struggling off and on for awhile, went into a store, was greeted by a great Rep, had me out and totally fixed the issue I was having with my iPhone, I decided not to upgrade, since my 8Plus is my favorite for now. When I do upgrade, I am going back to see Jesse! Great experience!

Was very impressed with the service I received from Joseph back on Sept 2nd. I went into the store and asked about wifi options for folks who travel a lot for work. Joseph broke down for me the difference between MiFi wireless plans versus the United Express 2 Router (which I ended up purchasing).He next was also able to setup a plan for me that will save me the most amount of money based on my individual preferences. Joseph basically just went above and beyond what a normal customer service person would do at a store. He really took the time to service my unique questions and needs for that particular product I was interested in.Its folks like Joseph that make you want to come back to the same store.Well done sir, and you have my continued loyalty to the Maple Avenue store here in Vienna; as well as with ATT in general.
Terrible.. This store doesnt know how to process exchanges of cellular devices. Instead they disco the lines and issue a new line, leaving you frustrated and calling tech support for hours to sort it out. They are just a reseller, most likely they do this to make their #s look good. Go there for super super simpleton requests. They cant handle much else.
We recently changed our phones and updated our family plan from Verizon to At&t and came to this location. We worked with Jessie and a few other employees and can’t thank them enough! Friendly and professional staff. He was super patient, answered all our questions, and made the process super smooth. Highly recommend going to this location if you’re considering anything with AT&T.
Young man in the store (formerly known as Wireless Jungle) finished with previous customer, then solved my problem minutes later. Top marks.
My knowledge of iPhones is very limited. So, I was nervous about buying my first phone, setting it up and learning how to use it. Jean Ventura and Jessie helped me through the process and made it easy. Not only did they help me with the phone settings, security, and downloading Apps, Jean took the extra step of teaching me how to synchronize the new phone with my home PC. I highly recommend AT&T Vienna if you need a new phone and want superior customer support.
Avoid if possible.Spent hours on phone with customer service a week after leaving the store due to $20 of added fees to my phone plan I never asked for and that were never told about. $15 for protections I was never told about and never asked for. $5 for something called NEXT that I was never told about or asked for. Disgusting what commission sales has turned into.Store was disgusting, not clean at all.No phones on display so I had no way to see what phones they had.Parking lot is a nightmare.I recommend buying online or from a real ATT store (corporate store), you can at least see what’s being added to your bill.
Nice staff but had several charges on my account for things I was never told about (multiple insurance charges added the day I bought the phone). I have had to get those removed and refunded through customer service. Took multiple calls to customer service to get all my money back.

Definitely deserves to be one of the highest rated AT&T Stores around our area! We worked with Jesse in changing my old family wireless plan to a better new one. He took the time to explain all the details and differences on each available plan in order for me to select the best one for our family needs. He is very knowledgeable, courteous, and we received a great service! Would highly recommend this store for your AT&T Services needs.

We needed a phone switched between service providers and activated. I was helped promptly and got everything set up quickly and accurately. They double checked whether anything else was needed, and then I was on my way !
I was told that the guy who was not with a customer cannot help me for 15’ minutes because he’s doing something very important.He was killing time getting in and out of the storage, in the back of the store.Then, he just told his coworker that he’s leaving for the day and left the store.Very rude, but I guess customers are not important in here and if you wait for your turn without protesting in the most hideous language you, get ignored.Last time coming in here.

0 stars if it were possible. The two employees seemed more interested in taking personal calls, watching TV, messing around on social media than tending to a customer who is ready to purchase a new phone.There were no other customers at the store.
This is by far the best Store in the area, everybody is very helpful and also knowledgeable about the ins and outs of these phones. Will be returning for my Christmas shopping.

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. An agent at this location created a Direct TV Now account with my credit card information under a FAKE email address in Oct 2017. It has taken us months to sort this mess out and nearly cost me $1000 in monthly charges over the last year for a service for which I never consented. AT&T agents receive points or bonuses for signing customers up for Direct TV Now. This is unacceptable, fraudulent behavior. Paying customers deserve better than this. Trying to deal with AT&T customer service on this issue has been horrendous and an uphill battle all the way. They made it so difficult to get a refund even though they knew that their agent was at fault. What kind of service is this? I will not be continuing my business with them.

Very bad serviceStaff cheating me, and asked me to sign for prepaid service. He told me I’m paying only 70 dollars for two lines including all charges and he mentioned and confirmed no activation charges. When time come they charged me 135 dollars, I visited ATT store he was surprised by what happened then he excused he nothing to do. After Along argument he agreed to refund but not cash they credit 68 in other account bill.Where is customer satisfactionThe worst ATT store I visited .
Person on call has no patience to understand what I am trying to say. I am talking and he disconnected the call and didn’t pick further. This is ridiculous behavior.

Awful, dont believe their talking about any discount or promotion, fraud, fraud, I bought 2 cellphone and 1 tablet 5 months ago, they had a promotion of BOGO for two same expensive cellphones, so I could have one of phone for free after third month but I am still getting charge by at&t, and the manager tells me that the previous manager quit and I cant do anything for you .... dont waste your money and time here
