Every time I come here the staff is very friendly. Whoever was working Saturday and Sunday morning...11/7 and 11/8 did a great job

Been to this location on multiple occasions not once have they got my order correct. The drinks are never correct and they’re always overflowed when you go through the drive-through and they get all over the car. Due to the Starbucks has lost many customers. I feel they need to have more mature people working there.

Didn’t open the door and they close at 8:30 I was just here 10 min ago . Smh they were just having friends there but ignored customers waiting outside

This is the dirtiest Starbucks!!!! The workers know nothing about making drinks and there was a dead bug in my coffee. When I returned they proceeded to blame me.

Great Coffee. I just stopped in for just a regular coffee. They were very friendly and provided excellent service. The place was clean and comfortable.

The staff is nice. You can sit and study here for hours and no one will bother you. They play nice music that does not take your concentration away. They are prompt with their orders.

I got a drink today around 9am and someone with a really rude attitude took my order. I hope they really fix their customer service because no one has to deal with it for just $5 coffee. They better understand that a job is a job and they need to get it together. Will go back again to see if anything has changed or to get a name to update my review.

So I had respected my order about 3 times and once I got to the window they gave me ice coffee just gave me the ice coffee with cream and sugar I asked for a flavor and didn’t have the flavor in coffee then I asked for ice latte they give me hot latte then I ask for tall ice coffee with cream a caramel no cream in that it like my whole order was all missed up I honestly feel like they need to pay more attention to orders that been placed in drive thru

Today I got a Venti Iced Matcha Green Tea Latte from this Starbucks and it was undrinkable. I got it with almond milk and it tasted like they did not shake the almond milk before pouring it. Mixed with the matcha the drink looks like a swamp green and it had a horrid taste. This is not an average mistake, it almost seems as if they did not care.

I usually have dont a problem coming to this Starbucks, but today my sister and i ordered 2 smores frapuccinos 1. They gave us both dripping chocolate from the top and second they tasted weird after as we drank them we kept finding small pieces of paper in them. Maybe it was a hectic day idk but hopefully they try to work on this whoever worked today

Came in here this morning for a grande latte. 6 people working, no line and 15 minutes later the wrong drink. Not sure why there is so much inconsistency with Starbucks in the suburbs, yet they always seem to have the largest staff! Wont return to this one!

Very rude when i asked them for extra coconut milk in my drink. Had an attitude when i handed them my drink back. Very slow with so many people working with NO LINE at all. If Im paying for my drink I expect it to be how i want it.

This Starbucks is spacious and clean. There is ample seating: 5 4-chair tables along the wall with outlets, 1 long communal table, a few 2 person tables, and a 4 armchairs. There is also some outdoor seating. The big windows give more light to the space which already has a great open space. This isnt a starbucks reserve and they dont have a bar area - but its definitely one of the bigger stores Ive been to. There are many other starbucks around the proximity of this location, but it seems that this is a very popular one due to the amount of cars in the drive through. The baristas are also all very nice!

Since the inception of Starbucks there has not been a slower or more incompetent retail shop. Ive been to locations on several continets but I had to come to Lombard to see the idiocy and general malaise that is this location.

Love the drive thru. My drinks are always made just right and the employee have smiles on their faces. Makes you feel welcome

The order taker was very friendly and helpful. The barrista, on the other hand, could have cracked a smile. Disappointed with my latte as it seemed awfully light. If Im paying $5 for my coffee, I expect it to be full. The other thing I dont like about this location is that it is close to the high school, so if you stop in after 3:00 pm, theres large groups of teens. So if youre looking for a quiet place for an afternoon break, this isnt the place.

This Starbucks is very clean. Most staff is friendly and happy, and some kind of moody. Coffee is made fast. Rarely they messed up the coffee, but they apologize and make the new one for you. Its not going to hurt two more minutes. Has good wifi, and music.

Arguably the best starbucks Ive ever been to, and thats not something I say lightly, as I worked for the company for many years. Went every morning i was in town on a work trip, and the morning crew already had my order memorized by day 3. Every day it was quick, clean and on point. From an old school starbucks barista, this location was great.
